Cozy 1st Floor Casita. On the river and close to town!

Listing was accurate and central to everything. The pier was a neat and the owners were friendly and responsive. The caretaker Javier was helpful and welcoming.

The location was so convenient, so close to town. Checking in was a breeze.

Overall, the property itself was ok. It is truly “cozy”. Not much room to move around once you open your luggage which we had to do in the living area. The neighborhood did not feel safe to me and is quite poor with bad housing all around. The property itself is enclosed in a gate. Initially we had to park our golf cart outside of the gate and had our gas stolen out of our golf cart one night. Afterwards, we told the property owner that we needed to park inside. The property itself was suitable. I did pay to have clean towels and face cloths after the initial check in set.

Our 2 week stay at the casita was excellent. Everything was as described and the whole experience was great. Great location to everything you need in town and for exploring either south or north of town. Great couples get away. Cheers
