[Entire home] "BIO (Batonship Inn Osaka)" is a refurbished Nagaya inn run by the building rehabilitation activity Batonship. It is located in a complex facility called "Kitanaga" (abbreviated as KITANAGA), which consists of 12 offices, stores, and accommodation facilities. Nagaya is a simple building that shares a wall with the next door, and each dwelling unit has an independent entrance, which is a kind of apartment house. This traditional Japanese dwelling has contributed to the formation of a rich community and culture in the region, but it is decreasing year by year due to aging and other reasons. Still, there are still many Nagaya in the Kinki region, especially in downtown Osaka. Kita's Kita Nagaya is a new method of reusing Osaka Nagaya. Earthquake-resistant, heat-insulating, and soundproofing have been carefully renovated, and the first floor has been reborn as a store, and the second floor has been reborn as an accommodation facility. There are 4 BIO units. We kept the old# House Rules ・ I think it is not suitable for children (0-12 years old). -Please refrain from loud conversations and phone calls, day and night, and do not listen to music, watch movies, or have parties without wearing earphones. -Wooden buildings are very flammable. Therefore, all rooms at BIO are non-smoking. The balcony is also non-smoking. If you are a smoker, please let us know. We will inform you of the smoking space near BIO. It's very close. -Do not drag your suitcase indoors. -BIO is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. The steep stairs make it a little difficult to carry a large suitcase. -The host is not good at English. I don't speak Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French or any other language. -BIO is not a typical hotel, but four vacation rentals of a refurbished old house. There is no pick-up service, seat change or breakfast service. (There is a delicious bakery nearby) -BIO does not have a TV.
