Super location next to the beautiful Coosa River and Lake, room is good and clean but poorly equiped. Breakfast is not served, just coffee to go. Pool was under construction, very disappointed with the hot weather! Front desk clerk was on the telephone al the time while checking us in, very rude and not professional.

There was a park like setting with access to a lake. There were some people fishing and there were swinging chairs on a deck. The room was very outdated but clean. Breakfast was a bagel or muffin, cereal, and juice. It was a good deal for the price.

Fishing Logan Martin for a couple of days and needed a place to stay near the water. Good accommodations and very good for the price. Able to hook the boat up overnight to charge batteries for the second day. Checkout was a breeze! Since we were checking out before dawn they said to simply leave the keys in the room.

This hotel is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable with awesome views, beautiful pool, and friendly staff. Traveling cross country on motorcycles in the hottest week of the year, we were making changes to our plans and needed a place to stay near Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum. Convenient to Pell City and I20 this hotel on the river offered comfort and ambiance at a great price. Lots of bike friendly parking as well. Rooms were clean and comfy, nice mattress and good pillows. Not walkable, but within a mile or two of excellent food choices.

Super 8's are generally down market, but this one is quite good. Nice pool and lovely deck view over river. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No coffee in room. Breakfast is very basic - just bread, bagels, two cereal choices, and bananas.

The owner of this property obviously takes great care and pride of their hotel. They are busy keeping the area and hotel looking well groomed. We were in town for a fishing tournament and when we pulled in with our boat I was met outside and was told where I could park the boat and plug it in to charge the batteries.

I would recommend getting the pool and hot tub cleaned up. The location is amazing! Right by the beautiful river! Staff are friendly. Breakfast is very basic. Get a room overlooking the river, it’s worth it!

Very dated. The first room had mold in the shower. Switched rooms, the chair in the room was disgusting. The continental breakfast, was nothing more than toast, bagel, cereal and a couple of bananas. The drink machine was out of order. The beds were ok, pillows were flat. Was a beautiful view of the lake and the staff was friendly.

Rooms were not freshly cleaned. There was mud and bugs on the floor and we had to ask for towels. Older property—rooms need TLC. Beds comfortable. Outside is beautiful. Need better breakfast to justify price point. Room keys were turned off way before checkout time when we were trying to load the car.

Check in was fine, my husband found a live roach in the bed, we saw a dead one by the front door and in the bathroom. It says that it offers breakfast they offered small muffins for breakfast. I don't think we will be staying here again.

Make sure you know that you need to pay extra for a room that faces the lake. We did see a small German roach in the room and that is concerning. Certainly don’t want to bring those home with you. The room smelled VERY strongly of inscents and that bothered my allergies. The front desk was kind. No breakfast was included and coffee pot in the lobby was broken.

Our only complaint is how small the bathroom is and the that there isn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Landscaping and proximity to the river is fabulous.

Very pleasant little place to stay. Room and bathroom were clean, and you can pay a few bucks extra for a water view. Pet friendly but with a fee. Service at the front counter was really friendly. Breakfast is some small grab-n-go stuff like muffins.

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a motel! The staff was absolutely amazing. We stayed here with our softball team for a tournament. This will be our go to spot if we play here again!!!

The owner was very accommodating and we were sent a text when we got in our room asking if we needed anything to reply back to it. We did, asking for the Wi-Fi code, which was promptly answered. All hotels should have this feature as this was the first we’ve come across that did and we travel a great deal for business. The area is on the outskirts of town I’d say, and very quiet, which we like. We felt safe, which is always a plus. Thanks for your hospitality and when in the area, we’ll stay here again.

It was almost tolerable until I was discriminated against from my disability and the fact that they seem to think they are doctors that can tell if a person has a disability or not. Also, they seem to be able to tell if a dog is actually a service dog and not a personal dog. This discriminates against every right that the handicap and disabled have and it’s preposterous and it needs to stop immediately here and now we reserve the right to expect a written apology from the owners and the promise that this will never happen again, and that their staff will be educated on the topic

This was a very nice quiet and pretty place that overlooks the water. The owner let us stay a little longer for the kids to swim the next day. The owners are very nice and we will stay here again!

Stopped for just one night. The rooms were very clean and smelled good. Service was great. Beautiful view of the river. We slept in and it was quite. My son left his iPhone watch and they called us within 5 minutes of leaving to tell us they found it in our room. It was at the desk waiting when we returned. If ever in the area we will stay here for sure. Best stay under $100 we’ve ever had.

Our AC didnt work and when we got someone from the office he said it will get there give it time ... we gave it 3 hours and then had to go back home because we were burning up .... no refund no care in the world he had when he came out to look.... we use this place alot and were very upset with our last visist.

Awful staffing booked after making sure we could get a room at 20 yo and got there and they turned us away. Person handling checkin was very rude

If you are coming to Lincoln Landing for a fishing tournament their is not better place to stay. They have plent of space and plugs for your boat. The hotel is right on the river so it has a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable with awesome views, beautiful pool, and friendly staff. Traveling cross country on motorcycles in the hottest week of the year, we were making changes to our plans and needed a place to stay near Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum. Convenient to Pell City and I20 this hotel on the river offered comfort and ambiance at a great price. Lots of bike friendly parking as well. Rooms were clean and comfy, nice mattress and good pillows. Not walkable, but within a mile or two of excellent food choices.

Beautiful setting on the water with a bistro set up and nice pool. Unfortunately, it was winter time so I couldn’t enjoy those but in the summer this will be a beautiful place to stay. Otherwise, my room was clean and quiet.

The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. Several houseflies as fellow occupants however. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but decent value for what I paid. I didn't use the pool or spend much time on the patio overlooking the river, but they looked quite lovely. Breakfast was very basic, but okay.

You get what you pay for. The price is decent for what you get. Breakfast is ho-hum... Corn Flakes, Frosted Corn Flakes, bagels, sliced bread, peanut butter, jelly, bananas. Coffee from machine is half decent. No coffee or drinks of any sort in rooms.

Very dated. The first room had mold in the shower. Switched rooms, the chair in the room was disgusting. The continental breakfast, was nothing more than toast, bagel, cereal and a couple of bananas. The drink machine was out of order. The beds were ok, pillows were flat. Was a beautiful view of the lake and the staff was friendly.

Super 8's are generally down market, but this one is quite good. Nice pool and lovely deck view over river. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No coffee in room. Breakfast is very basic - just bread, bagels, two cereal choices, and bananas.

Out of a lot of continental breakfast and no creamer for coffee for 2 days. Floors not swept or mopped in long time. Husbands feet black on bottom, gross. Management wanted to argue instead of fixing problems. Stayed several days and sheets not changed once. Sad ending. Also beds on metal stand so you could hear other tenants and when you moved it sounded like thunder. Embarrassing.
