Really great stay here with my husband for 6 nights. We didn't opt for all inclusive (although for the time of year this wasn't bad value), as we knew we wanted to check out the Gran Canarian dining scene, but the drinks and food when we had lunch from the pool bar were very reasonably priced. Very clean and spacious rooms with nice balconies that look out to sea. Pool area is also nice, however is split in two with the 'beach club'. The beach club itself has balinese beds which cost €35 for the day. Whilst not extortionate the small pool and slightly nicer lounging space doesn't really merit the extra cost as you don't get any other real benefits for being in the area. There is some building work happening right now in front of the hotel where they appear to be making a new beach area (not sure if this is part of the hotel or not), which mostly wasn't that disruptive other than 2 mornings at the start of the holiday where a digger was placing the sand. All in all a very good 4 star hotel and excellently located for driving or getting a bus to the very nice Puerto de Morgan or Maspalomas whilst being in a more quiet and secluded area. Ideal for our winter sun week.

Belle vue sur la mer , belle chambre bien aménagée. Parking à l'extérieur payant à la journée et pas d'accès direct à la réception depuis le parking. Le réapprovisionnement en petites dosettes de café est payant après le premier jour, je trouve cela anormal car chaque nuit est payée donc pourquoi ne pas avoir le même service que le premier jour ? Sinon hôtel très agréable, buffet de petit déjeuner et demi pension très bons avec beaucoup de diversité et de choix .

Una buonissima struttura nuova e ben arredata. Abbiamo alloggiato a gennaio e abbiamo usufruito della piscina (regolata a circa 19° gradi), della palestra e delle attività proposte dall’animazione (acqua gym, fitness, yoga, pilates al mattino e giochi come beer pong al pomeriggio). Ogni sera è previsto uno show di 1h in zona bar che prevede un cantante o dei ballerini che fanno lo spettacolo. Soggiornando alla struttura di può prevedere offerta all inclusive e mezza pensione solo per cena, in aggiunta c’è un ristorante con menù alla carta che non abbiamo provato. La pulizia della camera abbastanza anche se abbiamo trovato qualche volta vari insetti di piccola media dimensione all’ingresso o verso il bagno (non abbiamo capito se a causa della porta aperta durante le pulizie o per altri motivi). La vicinanza con la spiaggia, la cortesia dello staff e l’animazione davvero super divertente e piacevole sono un PLUS. La zona è molto tranquilla e ci sono supermarket, beauty center e qualche ristorante/bar. Secondo me una delle più belle zone dell’isola! Ci torneremmo volentieri :)

Total renoveret dejligt all-inklusive hotel. Virkelig imødekommende og lækkert istandsat. Vi blev modtaget af en virkelig sød og imødekommende midaldrende lady i receptionen…. Hun er guld for hotellet. Hotellet ligger meget roligt ved Costa Morgan bugten, som er næste stop efter PourtoRico og Amadores. Der tager 30 minutter at gå til PourtoRico langs vandet. Ellers benyt taxa og bus…. Virkelig flot morgenbuffet med alt hvad hjertet kan ønske sig…, Ligeledes frokost og aftenbuffet. Selvfølgelig bliver det en smugle ensformig - men det ved alle som har prøvet all-inklusive. Hotellet kunne godt lave et par tema aftner… Grill, BBQ, Mexicansk, Spansk… eller noget helt andet. Det vil give lidt inspiration. Dog tilbyder hotellet et enkelt besøg i deres Gourmet Restaurant med 5 serveringer inkl. vin - det var en god afveksling. Men book bord med det samme i ankommer …. Det er næsten umuligt at få bord, og vi fik kun bord, fordi vores LADY i receptionen kunne trylle lidt… Poolområdet er helt fantastisk. Masser af solsenge så du ikke behøver at reserverer fra tidlig morgenstund. Masser af gode hyggehjørner samt et loungeområde for voksne. Super underholdning hver aften… Alligevel kommer vi ikke tilbage…. Personalet hjælper ikke hinanden og dermed falder all-inklusive…Til morgenbuffet kunne vi vente over 10 til 20 minutter på omelet - ved poolen var typisk kun en i baren, hvilket gjorde køen og ventetiden på drinks enorm. Selv når vi stod 10 i kø, kom ingen hjælp.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich Gegend ist ruhig und schön :) Cocktails könnten tatsächlich etwas größer sein, damit man weniger laufen muss ;) Tischtennisplatte sollte erneuert werden Insgesamt aber empfehlenswert

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were offered champagne, lemon water, or still water while the receptionist explained everything about the hotel during check-in, which gave a great first impression. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries were of good quality. A big plus was that no one reserved sun loungers by the pool, which made the atmosphere much more relaxed. The town itself is very cozy, quiet, and peaceful, with a lovely beach and a supermarket close by. With good walking shoes, it’s not far at all to Puerto Rico, and there is also a direct bus that’s easy to use. The hotel staff are always happy to help with directions or transport. There is live music every evening after dinner in the lounge bar. It can be a bit loud and can be heard in the rooms, but thankfully there is a reasonable end time, so it didn’t disturb us too much. The bars are great — the staff work quickly and really try to make everyone happy without letting anyone wait too long. The buffet is excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a very wide and varied selection, so there is truly something for everyone. A special mention goes to Airam in the lounge bar — super friendly, amazing drinks, and such a great vibe. He sang along to the music and had an incredibly positive and fun personality that really stood out.

Be aware with the lack of free parking. There is an outside parking paying fee is 6€ for a day I requested on hotels.com a quiet room ..not close to the elevator and they gave me the one opposite the lifts. Pillows a bit uncomfortable Good breakfast and good to have the pool. The beach did not look appealing

Personal i.o. Ein H 10 Hotel ist es nicht☝️☝️☝️vor 5 Monaten hat diese Kette das Hotel übernommen ohne es auf H 10 Standard zu bringen !!! Der Essensbereich gleicht eher einer Kantine die Duschen Schimmeln und Möbel abgewohnt.Der Poolbereich ist Top das muss man sagen Hervorzuheben ist die Mitarbeiterin Toni 👍👍👍

Das Hotel war okay, für ein 4 Sterne Haus, hatte ich aber mehr erwartet. Es ist ein Familien Hotel, dies war bei der Buchung nicht eindeutig. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were offered champagne, lemon water, or still water while the receptionist explained everything about the hotel during check-in, which gave a great first impression. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries were of good quality. A big plus was that no one reserved sun loungers by the pool, which made the atmosphere much more relaxed. The town itself is very cozy, quiet, and peaceful, with a lovely beach and a supermarket close by. With good walking shoes, it’s not far at all to Puerto Rico, and there is also a direct bus that’s easy to use. The hotel staff are always happy to help with directions or transport. There is live music every evening after dinner in the lounge bar. It can be a bit loud and can be heard in the rooms, but thankfully there is a reasonable end time, so it didn’t disturb us too much. The bars are great — the staff work quickly and really try to make everyone happy without letting anyone wait too long. The buffet is excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a very wide and varied selection, so there is truly something for everyone. A special mention goes to Airam in the lounge bar — super friendly, amazing drinks, and such a great vibe. He sang along to the music and had an incredibly positive and fun personality that really stood out.

Franchement c'est l'un des meilleurs séjours que j'ai effectué je suis déjà une habitué des hôtels H10 que j'ai connu à Barcelone il y a de cela 200 là c'est une plage magnifique le l'hôtel la nourriture tout était excellent tous pour le prix en demi-pension j'étais très contente les chambres sont magnifiques le ménage et c'est tous les jours la plage elle est bien la piscine elle est propre franchement 10 sur 10

Really great stay here with my husband for 6 nights. We didn't opt for all inclusive (although for the time of year this wasn't bad value), as we knew we wanted to check out the Gran Canarian dining scene, but the drinks and food when we had lunch from the pool bar were very reasonably priced. Very clean and spacious rooms with nice balconies that look out to sea. Pool area is also nice, however is split in two with the 'beach club'. The beach club itself has balinese beds which cost €35 for the day. Whilst not extortionate the small pool and slightly nicer lounging space doesn't really merit the extra cost as you don't get any other real benefits for being in the area. There is some building work happening right now in front of the hotel where they appear to be making a new beach area (not sure if this is part of the hotel or not), which mostly wasn't that disruptive other than 2 mornings at the start of the holiday where a digger was placing the sand. All in all a very good 4 star hotel and excellently located for driving or getting a bus to the very nice Puerto de Morgan or Maspalomas whilst being in a more quiet and secluded area. Ideal for our winter sun week.

Belle vue sur la mer , belle chambre bien aménagée. Parking à l'extérieur payant à la journée et pas d'accès direct à la réception depuis le parking. Le réapprovisionnement en petites dosettes de café est payant après le premier jour, je trouve cela anormal car chaque nuit est payée donc pourquoi ne pas avoir le même service que le premier jour ? Sinon hôtel très agréable, buffet de petit déjeuner et demi pension très bons avec beaucoup de diversité et de choix .

We booked a Junior Suite which proved to be a very good decision. It was very spacious and clean with a large balcony that included two very comfy sunbeds, two chairs and table plus hot tub. We did not use the pool area at all! Tea, coffee, bottled water, safe and pool towels included at no extra charge with the suite - these would have been expensive extras with other rooms. Our booking included breakfast and evening meal. Food was good but not amazing. We were not overly impressed with the drinks 'package' in the evening or the juices available at breakfast. Staff were all friendly and polite. We had one small issue during our stay that was dealt with very promptly, efficiently and with good humour. The area seemed very quiet and that suited us perfectly.

Das Zimmer war gut. Das Personal schien ab und zu überfordert. Vermutlich zu wenig Personal. Die erhaltene Information beim Check-In war dürftig. Es hatte sich auch niemand angeboten beim Gepäck zu helfen, obwohl meine Frau in den ersten Tagen eine Krücke benutzen musste. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ok. Manchmal fehlt etwas die Abwechslung. Beim Check-In wissen wie darauf hinreisen, dass es einen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel gibt aber nicht, dass man 100 m weiter kostenlos parken kann. Information über Ausflüge etc fehlte auch. Alles nicht weiter tragisch, aber bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwartet man etwas mehr.

Total renoveret dejligt all-inklusive hotel. Virkelig imødekommende og lækkert istandsat. Vi blev modtaget af en virkelig sød og imødekommende midaldrende lady i receptionen…. Hun er guld for hotellet. Hotellet ligger meget roligt ved Costa Morgan bugten, som er næste stop efter PourtoRico og Amadores. Der tager 30 minutter at gå til PourtoRico langs vandet. Ellers benyt taxa og bus…. Virkelig flot morgenbuffet med alt hvad hjertet kan ønske sig…, Ligeledes frokost og aftenbuffet. Selvfølgelig bliver det en smugle ensformig - men det ved alle som har prøvet all-inklusive. Hotellet kunne godt lave et par tema aftner… Grill, BBQ, Mexicansk, Spansk… eller noget helt andet. Det vil give lidt inspiration. Dog tilbyder hotellet et enkelt besøg i deres Gourmet Restaurant med 5 serveringer inkl. vin - det var en god afveksling. Men book bord med det samme i ankommer …. Det er næsten umuligt at få bord, og vi fik kun bord, fordi vores LADY i receptionen kunne trylle lidt… Poolområdet er helt fantastisk. Masser af solsenge så du ikke behøver at reserverer fra tidlig morgenstund. Masser af gode hyggehjørner samt et loungeområde for voksne. Super underholdning hver aften… Alligevel kommer vi ikke tilbage…. Personalet hjælper ikke hinanden og dermed falder all-inklusive…Til morgenbuffet kunne vi vente over 10 til 20 minutter på omelet - ved poolen var typisk kun en i baren, hvilket gjorde køen og ventetiden på drinks enorm. Selv når vi stod 10 i kø, kom ingen hjælp.

Skønt hotel! Smagfuldt indrettet ! Dejlig pool område med snack bar og placeret helt ud til vandet. Sandstrand lige ved siden af!! Meget venligt og hjælpsom personale der er veltalende på engelsk!! Madenlækker og anrettet indbydende i skønne omgivelser ! Alt i alt en dejlig miniferie på et skønt hotel!

Really great stay here with my husband for 6 nights. We didn't opt for all inclusive (although for the time of year this wasn't bad value), as we knew we wanted to check out the Gran Canarian dining scene, but the drinks and food when we had lunch from the pool bar were very reasonably priced. Very clean and spacious rooms with nice balconies that look out to sea. Pool area is also nice, however is split in two with the 'beach club'. The beach club itself has balinese beds which cost €35 for the day. Whilst not extortionate the small pool and slightly nicer lounging space doesn't really merit the extra cost as you don't get any other real benefits for being in the area. There is some building work happening right now in front of the hotel where they appear to be making a new beach area (not sure if this is part of the hotel or not), which mostly wasn't that disruptive other than 2 mornings at the start of the holiday where a digger was placing the sand. All in all a very good 4 star hotel and excellently located for driving or getting a bus to the very nice Puerto de Morgan or Maspalomas whilst being in a more quiet and secluded area. Ideal for our winter sun week.

Hotel was very suitable. We had an excellent room with a sea view. The food in the Hotel was plentiful & sufficient to suit everyone. The 2 boys that were the animation team were excellent putting everyone in a good mood. The resort itself is quiet but you can walk to Amadeus & Puerto Rico if you want. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel & we will certainly be back

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were offered champagne, lemon water, or still water while the receptionist explained everything about the hotel during check-in, which gave a great first impression. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries were of good quality. A big plus was that no one reserved sun loungers by the pool, which made the atmosphere much more relaxed. The town itself is very cozy, quiet, and peaceful, with a lovely beach and a supermarket close by. With good walking shoes, it’s not far at all to Puerto Rico, and there is also a direct bus that’s easy to use. The hotel staff are always happy to help with directions or transport. There is live music every evening after dinner in the lounge bar. It can be a bit loud and can be heard in the rooms, but thankfully there is a reasonable end time, so it didn’t disturb us too much. The bars are great — the staff work quickly and really try to make everyone happy without letting anyone wait too long. The buffet is excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a very wide and varied selection, so there is truly something for everyone. A special mention goes to Airam in the lounge bar — super friendly, amazing drinks, and such a great vibe. He sang along to the music and had an incredibly positive and fun personality that really stood out.

Be aware with the lack of free parking. There is an outside parking paying fee is 6€ for a day I requested on hotels.com a quiet room ..not close to the elevator and they gave me the one opposite the lifts. Total renoveret dejligt all-inklusive hotel. Virkelig imødekommende og lækkert istandsat. Vi blev modtaget af en virkelig sød og imødekommende midaldrende lady i receptionen…. Hun er guld for hotellet. Hotellet ligger meget roligt ved Costa Morgan bugten, som er næste stop efter PourtoRico og Amadores. Der tager 30 minutter at gå til PourtoRico langs vandet. Ellers benyt taxa og bus…. Virkelig flot morgenbuffet med alt hvad hjertet kan ønske sig…, Ligeledes frokost og aftenbuffet. Selvfølgelig bliver det en smugle ensformig - men det ved alle som har prøvet all-inklusive. Hotellet kunne godt lave et par tema aftner… Grill, BBQ, Mexicansk, Spansk… eller noget helt andet. Det vil give lidt inspiration. Dog tilbyder hotellet et enkelt besøg i deres Gourmet Restaurant med 5 serveringer inkl. vin - det var en god afveksling. Men book bord med det samme i ankommer …. Det er næsten umuligt at få bord, og vi fik kun bord, fordi vores LADY i receptionen kunne trylle lidt… Poolområdet er helt fantastisk. Masser af solsenge så du ikke behøver at reserverer fra tidlig morgenstund. Masser af gode hyggehjørner samt et loungeområde for voksne. Super underholdning hver aften… Alligevel kommer vi ikke tilbage…. Personalet hjælper ikke hinanden og dermed falder all-inklusive…Til morgenbuffet kunne vi vente over 10 til 20 minutter på omelet - ved poolen var typisk kun en i baren, hvilket gjorde køen og ventetiden på drinks enorm. Selv når vi stod 10 i kø, kom ingen hjælp.

Was a nice hotel. The live entertainment was ok but loud at times. The music by the pool very old fashioned and a bit too loud at times. The pool not being heated was the biggest disappointment, going in late november meant it was just too cold to use. Rooftop bar was excellent. Food was excellent.

Loved the hotel and most of the staff were amazing albeit an older lady on check in/out wasn’t over friendly but we didn’t let her manor upset our holiday everyone else made up for her. The cleaners were also lovely and friendly
