Everything was exceptional. The breakfast set up was great. The variety of breakfast made it possible for our children and adults to eat with gusto and got is set for a good day. The pool and surrounding area was clean and well.taken care of.

My only suggestion is seeing that the pool is small to have the last hour be adults only it was so hard to swim with a lot of kids running around

Easy check in process. Got a smoke-free room, but the bathroom reeked of cigarettes. We asked for a new room and the second room was much better. The pool had life vests, which was so nice for our 4-year-old. The lemon water available all day was delicious! The waffle makers and individual almond milks were fabulous. Overall, great experience other than the initial room.

Very friendly and informative at check in. Ron was very clean and comfortable. Pool area was nice and the 50% off the first drink at the bar was a great things. Great access to Funplex over all great experience will be back thank you.

The body wash in the bathroom was empty. There was no bartender in the main lobby. The brown blanket in our room was used. The elevator is super slow. Then on our last day we got stuck on the elevator. We rung the bell for help service. No one answered the phone. We were stuck for about 5 minutes with no communication from customer service. That was very disappointing. I would say the room was very nice and clean besides the used blanket.

Love the amusement park is directly across from hotel entrance. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Only thing I was disappointed with was the lack of towels available in the pool area. When I asked cleaning staff for towels I was told "theres no more." I also had a bunch of ants in front of the closet in the room. Other than that. We will definitely will stay here again.

Highlights: Top-notch service, super clean and new, excellent breakfast, good gym. I stayed here for 2 nights initially, and I extended my stay twice - the service and the overall experience made this not only possible, but an easy choice. I'd gladly stay here again

Very nice hotel. There is a complete kitchen with pans and utensils ready to use. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. However, there are only 2 elevators, which stopped working. There wasn't a sign put up to inform the people who were staying at the hotel. So people were standing arond waiting for the elevator that never came. The housekeeper never cleaned the room or took out the garbage.

The rooms were great, with a full refrigerator, a counter with bar stools, a double closet, and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was bright and the food was good. The work out room was spacious and We stayed a week. A few times we had to ask more than once to get a request handled (such as for new towels). The location next to Funplex was perfect for our 7 year old grandson.

The TV options were terrible. We were there 5 days and our room was Never Cleaned. Noisy. Picture window blind broke. Couldn’t lock the door from the inside, broken. Some mornings there was not a lot of choices because there wasn’t bagels, meat, eggs were just about gone.

Although the room was small in size, it had what we needed. The kitchen area was very useful for our trip. The breakfast was good, offering delicious bisquits with sausage gravy. The pool and the pool area were clean and warm. We had multiple problems with our room keys, being locked out of our room (or pool area/outside) multiple times. It became very frustrating after having to go to the desk three different times to "fix" it. Staff was friendly throughout our stay. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the room. Luckily I brought clorox wipes, to clean the counters and inside the drawers. The lights were covered in dust, there was a towel from a past guest that had fallen next to the stove and left there. The couch was covered in brown stains, so much that I put sheets over it just to feel okay to sit on it. Lastly, the bed had visible stains on the sheets. We wouldve switched rooms but we just covered or used our own bedding.

The Room was not clean. Walls dirty, bathroom dirty. Boogers in kitchen wall and bathroom not pleasant at all. No garbage on garbage. I think the supervisor needs to focus more on how the staff are cleaning rooms supervise rooms before guest comes in. The lobby and bar área are very clean and smell good but the rooms need more attention.

Front desk clerk was friendly. The room we got was not far the elevator, the constant beeping of it was clearly heard inside the room. The door could have been insulated some, with light out in the room at night, light coming in from the hallway could be seen all around the perimeter of the door. The room had a very strong unpleasant smell as if someone had just cooked or reheated food there. Bed blanket/comforter was dirty, at least the sheets around it were clean. The floor had crumbs abd food particles. Shower walls were also dirty. The tv and microwave had big obvious streaks from whatever was used to wipe them. The hotel itself is updated but the lacking attention to cleanliness takes a lot away from the value.

The hotel is actually 2 hotels in one, one side is Hawthorn and one side is LaQinta. The hotel is nice and clean on the surface. When I checked in they were very pleasant, helpful and informative. There’s an amusement park directly next door. When my daughter was ready for bed she pulled the comforter back and there were stains on it and some of the filling was coming out. I’m an understanding person, so I called the front desk and asked for another one. I was told there were no clean comforters or towels in the whole hotel. I was offered itchy blankets to cover the king size bed. But the most disappointing part was the tone and attitude of the staff. They were like so what do you want me to do about it. It was very disappointing from a Wyndham hotel.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property was clean and there was ample property. I felt like my room could have been cleaned better. The shower needed more attention and my sheets were washed, but had a small piece of something sticky stuck to them (it looks like it could have been candy that got stuck to it in the dryer). Overall we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The breakfast food they served was ok, but they did have a nice amount of options.

Stayed for 5 nights with my husband and three kids. 1st Day: Plugged something into the wall jack and sparks started flying out of the wall beside my kids. They told us room could be a FIRE HAZARD and moved us to the 3rd floor. 2nd Day: Upon getting the second room, the shower door was broken and wouldn't close AT ALL. 2 men came into the room to attempt to fix it, could not. They returned a second time, could not fix it. Told me they would have to come back with a third man to take a look. At this point I was alone with my daughters and no longer felt comfortable with grown men coming in and out of our very cramped hotel room. They left, then 2 hours later while I was taking a work call, they returned and knocked on the door several times. I had to explain it wasn't a good time and they couldn't come in. They asked if they could return at 4pm. I said yes and adjusted our plans to accomodate them...except this time they never botherer to come back. At this point, we spent the rest of the week taking showers with the shower door wide open and water filling up at the bottom of the tub (absolutely disgusting). Final Day: Check out was at 11am. At 10am, a male housekeeper along with 2 other women, used their own keyboard and entered our room while my young daughter was getting out of the shower wrapped in a towel. They could not explain why they entered our room and laughed at us when my husband and I confronted them. No apology, no recognition of error or hotel liability.

Overall, the room was great for the price point. Very good layout for an efficiency. The kitchen was a real decent sized mini-kitchen. Next a living room area & then bedroom area. My significant complaint is that the water pressure was very low. It wasn't spitting frogs, but definitely not great. In addition, the A/C was on when I checked in even though it was cold outside, the sofa bed was out, and there aren't any hooks to hang stuff in the bathroom. Overall, a good bargain for the price.

the first room we were sent to was leaking of curry of some sort of similar spices. The windows do not open, so that was a no. I must admit that the clerk was very nice and gave us another room. It was better, but the air was a bit musty. Otherwise it seemed clean and without major problems. A bit noisy in the corridors, but OK. The hotel however is in the middle of nowhere, you have to drive to Starbucks to get a decent coffee. Way overpriced for something like that.

Nice suit with full refrigerator. We booked a king bed room but were told ONLY at checkin that they were oversold. We had 2 queen beds but one caved in when lying on it. Otherwise it was a relatively new or renovated hotel with simple breakfast.

Very clean. Housekeeping staff was great. Front desk was hit or miss with some more willing to accommodate and fulfill their duties and responsibilities more than others when it should be uniform. I had an exceedingly large amount of luggage and personal belongings which required using a cart to get it downstairs when I was leaving but there were none available and when front desk saw me struggling when I went to ask about a cart, I was told someone was going to meet me at my room. Four trips downstairs later and still NOTHING AND NO ONE! Very unlikely to return.

The first night was okay, there was a family above us who let their kids run around jumping around into the next day starting at approx. 6am, I slept through the beginning of it, my lady and my 10 month old woke up first. I called the front desk and reported them. It stopped briefly (maybe because they were on the phone) then started again. This time they were being smart about it. I called again maybe a hour and a half later again because they would not stop and told the desk I’m gonna go up there myself and it may be a problem if you don’t handle it. I was angry at this point and hung up the phone on the young brown skin lady at the front desk who looked approx. 20-25 yrs old. In the end they gave up (sorta) after not getting a reaction out of me. We packed our bags and left at 12pm. I’m not the type to bother, I give my kids a range of freedom, I’m a cool dad so for me to have to call the front desk it really had to be a problem. It was not noises I could just “get through” especially once they started being smart, it’s like they let a chair fall on its back on purpose because we reported them. Luckily I have a level headed woman, because she could’ve turned the place upside down. May stay again if it’s my last resort. If I have an option I’ll pass from now on. Oh and btw the guys at the bar are thirsty 30-40 y/o divorced men hitting on women just tryna bartend. Poor lady.

Stayed for 5 nights with my husband and three kids. 1st Day: Plugged something into the wall jack and sparks started flying out of the wall beside my kids. They told us room could be a FIRE HAZARD and moved us to the 3rd floor. 2nd Day: Upon getting the second room, the shower door was broken and wouldn't close AT ALL. 2 men came into the room to attempt to fix it, could not. They returned a second time, could not fix it. Told me they would have to come back with a third man to take a look. At this point I was alone with my daughters and no longer felt comfortable with grown men coming in and out of our very cramped hotel room. They left, then 2 hours later while I was taking a work call, they returned and knocked on the door several times. I had to explain it wasn't a good time and they couldn't come in. They asked if they could return at 4pm. I said yes and adjusted our plans to accomodate them...except this time they never botherer to come back. At this point, we spent the rest of the week taking showers with the shower door wide open and water filling up at the bottom of the tub (absolutely disgusting). Final Day: Check out was at 11am. At 10am, a male housekeeper along with 2 other women, used their own keyboard and entered our room while my young daughter was getting out of the shower wrapped in a towel. They could not explain why they entered our room and laughed at us when my husband and I confronted them. No apology, no recognition of error or hotel liability.

The body wash in the bathroom was empty. There was no bartender in the main lobby. The brown blanket in our room was used. The elevator is super slow. Then on our last day we got stuck on the elevator. We rung the bell for help service. No one answered the phone. We were stuck for about 5 minutes with no communication from customer service. That was very disappointing. I would say the room was very nice and clean besides the used blanket.

Everything about the hotel itself was great. Clean, new, the staff was lovely. The downside was that our key cards were shut off overnight, so when we walked our dog at 6:30am, we were then locked out of the hotel. When we went to pack the car, we tried the other key and were locked out again, so both keys were turned off sometime overnight, but they knew we had a dog and would need to walk him. It brought down an otherwise great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and honestly this was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. I felt very comfortable and safe and very much enjoyed my stay. I would definitely go back again when I'm in the area.

Everything was stress free, easy, and the pool was awesome! The staff was very pleasant and patient. One staff member who was an absolute gem was Arabella! Her customer service was above and beyond, took her time to explain every answer to every question I had. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay enjoyable. We will be visiting again!!

This location is ideal for anyone seeking to get in some fun activities with their children and family, to focus on work, or to just rest and relax in a beautiful setting with lots of things close by to enjoy( shopping, restaurants, funplex, etc.). The only thing I would improve on is to request a room location Away from the elevators and ice machine if you're in town to work. The noise levels from people in the hall area near the elevator and ice machine can be quite disturbing when seeking a quiet moment to focus or sleep.

The rooms were great, with a full refrigerator, a counter with bar stools, a double closet, and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was bright and the food was good. The work out room was spacious and We stayed a week. A few times we had to ask more than once to get a request handled (such as for new towels). The location next to Funplex was perfect for our 7 year old grandson.

Easy check in process. Got a smoke-free room, but the bathroom reeked of cigarettes. We asked for a new room and the second room was much better. The pool had life vests, which was so nice for our 4-year-old. The lemon water available all day was delicious! The waffle makers and individual almond milks were fabulous. Overall, great experience other than the initial room.

I had a comfortable clean room, the hotel is in a great location and the staff was wry friendly. My only complaint is that the towel hook and shelf in the shower is 6 foot high. Very hard to reach either.

Shower floor was dirty. Hanging shelf in the closet was broken so we couldn't hang anything (we were there for a wedding nearby so this was very important). Room didn't have an ironing board. Lighting in the room is horrible and AC wasn't blowing cold enough.
