Brianna and Randy we wonderful, helpful and very friendly! The property was so clean and had such a cool Boutique Hotel vibe. The pool was smaller but perfect for adults wanting to soak or lounge. The hotel provides everything you need for a trip to the beach which is just a short walk down the road. The had a wagon filled with towels, chairs, umbrella, and a cooler with ice and water…who does that anymore! They also offer a complimentary drink upon checking in. While the pool bar was closing when we first arrived, the bartender happily made us drinks before she closed! What a wonderful experience! Absolutely would stay here again!

I've stayed at The Saint Hotel many times. I love the location, decor, cleanliness, room comfort. Check-in is always great. Service @ 82° is always good, but I wish vegan options were available. The obnoxiously loud DJ ruined the stay for us. It was so over-the-top loud that it was impossible to relax, read or to even speak to my spouse at the pool. We could hear the terrible music in our room almost as loudly. The saxophonist playing Memorial Day Weekend was much better.

Check-in was super easy—they texted us our door code ahead of time, which made arrival a breeze. The place itself was super cute, and we loved the pool/bar area. There was even a DJ playing by the pool, which made for such a fun atmosphere! The staff were amazing. Our bartender was excellent—I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. Every interaction we had with staff members was enjoyable. The food was delicious as well. The only thing I would’ve loved is room service, just because the food was so good and after a full day at the pool/bar we didn’t really feel like sitting down in the restaurant for dinner. That’s more of a personal preference than a downside though. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again! Side note: I’m extremely detailed when it comes to cleaning. The room was clean overall, but I did notice a few small details that were missed. For example, the edge trim on the bathroom tile hadn’t been wiped down and those spots tend to collect dirt. Not a big deal, just something I noticed.

Staff (1 person) was great! Property was so cute and aesthetically pleasing. Bikes were provided but needed maintenance. Room was adorably quirky, but bathroom was only topically clean - mildewed grout, built up dust on baseboards. I didn’t shower cuz it grossed me out. Surrounding area is a bit sketch, but the property itself is pretty cool place to hang out. I could see it being a hoppn place during the summer. They just need to take a toothbrush with bleach to that bathroom and it’d be a great place.

This is a bit of South Beach on St Pete Beach! The resort is boutique (so small) but has it all. Poolside has everything, however the tiki hut bartender never left the bar to come offer pool side drink service which would have been really a nice added touch and our drink bill would have doubled. All in all we are going back.

This place has a funky cool vibe to it. Outstanding service and staff. Nice pool bar and restaurant, however restaurant not open for breakfast. The only thing I did not like was limited beach access. That being said, they had complimentary bike and carts to take to the beach. .

The best part of this hotel is Randy, the Manager. Customer service is EXCELLENT! He was actually waiting for me outside the lobby when I arrived. There are also a lot of extras that are included with your room. Beach set ups, 24 hour pool and hot tub, restraunt (connected to hotel) bikes. The room was great! A one of a kind experience, with ameneties we did not expect, such as cooktop and sink. Randy was GREAT! Will return there.

Called ahead to let them know that we have baby with stroller. They still gave us second floor room with no functioning elevator on site. The room was not clean ( hair on shower wall). Shower drain was clogged- which we unclogged ourselves. The neighborhood was also not taken care of from the hurricane damage.

I love what they’ve done to refurbish, it’s cute, and I tried so hard to give the benefit of the doubt-but, it just wasn’t clean. I asked them to clean after checking in, food ground into the floor, which contributed to ants, and a lot of hair all over the bathroom. It just was never cleaned well. I asked 3 times over two days before giving up. It is a really cute motel and they redid it with pride but it needs a good cleaning. Exhaust fan dirt on the walls, toothpaste spit on the faucet, stains on the sheets, food on the floors, ants and spiders, it needs a thorough cleaning. I really try to ignore a lot in motels but this one was tough.

Our stay at The Saint was perfect! The hotel decor was adorable and the quaint size was just right. Parking was convenient and free. The restaurant on site was really convenient and made the most amazing drinks and the food was so good. The office staff were super nice and made check in and check out a breeze. We took advantage of the free beach wagon and umbrella and appreciated this amenity a lot. The beach was walkable and coming back to the pool after was our daily thing. We traveled with our two older teenagers so the king one bedroom was a decent amount of space but we probably would have been more comfortable in a bigger room. The only three things I will say were a negative for us were the bathroom in the room just was not clean. We had to put towels on the floor and definitely wear shoes in the shower which I do at all hotels so that was not the problem but it's a must here. And the room is not quiet at all. We were able to hear the people on both sides of us like we were sharing a room. Also when the hotel is fully booked the pool is on the smaller side and can get a little crowded. We were spoiled the first two days of our trip when the hotel was not fully booked, we had the pool all to our selves multiple times! Overall even the small negatives which most hotels have are not enough to deter us from staying at The Saint again. We recommended this hotel to multiple friends already and will for sure book there again.

Staff was outstanding. Pool and outdoor areas were awesome. We stayed in the King room. The room itself had charm, though the bathroom was very tight by the sink area. Not a lot of places to put your stuff, and the little table for eating was too small for two people. Overall though we were very pleased and would definitely stay again!

Hotel is just like the pictures. The pool is great, and they had a happy hour with a waitress that came right to the pool area. The upstairs bar was really fun and lively at night. We took an Uber to dinner but it's definitely walkable. The room itself was cute and comfortable. The bathroom was a little tight, no shelf to place toiletries in the shower. And the most miniature sink I've ever seen lol. We arrived before check in, but they were so friendly and nice, and let us use their wagon, chairs, and umbrella to head down to the beach. It was just an overall wonderful & happy place to stay. Will definitely be returning.

Nice property renovated from older structure so not very quiet in the suite. The noise from guests above is very noticeable so perhaps a second floor room would be better. Pool and hot tub nicely heated and maintained. Some maintenance needed inside the suite such as loose flooring. Still a good stay with easy in and out to beach and parking.

Very nice hotel. Very different/cool room (#24). Extremely clean; very kind and gracious staff (specifically Randy, Matt and Barbie). Small room but had everything we needed and then some (nice little kitchenette). The only thing we would suggest is remove one of the two sets of tables/chairs in the room—made the room too crowded and not necessary for only 2 people in the room.

It's more like a small motel and the room we stayed in was tiny but clean.ive got to say the staff were very helpful and courteous it's a wee bit out the way down a side street off the main road..if you like a small place with a small pool off the main highway then this is for you...I'm afraid overall it didn't suit my wife and i as we like a more lively and vibrant place.. i would give it 3 stars for cleanliness and the lovely staff..

The hotel is a cute , little , updated decor getaway. Close to the beach and only 25 minutes from downtown St Pete. The cons - no dressers to put away your clothes , no closet space , just a small rack to hang up a few clothes. Pros - Outside decor is beautiful , there’s a small cute mini pool and spa with the beach just 3 blocks away. The staff was amazing and very personable. We did notice our clothes hung up in hotel room and laid on the couch felt slight damp once we started packing to leave - might be from humidity in the room. The room was decorated nicely. You can tell they put a lot of thought in the decor . The sinks are a bit small In the bathroom. Outside of that we enjoyed our weekend getaway. I would definitely come back. Pros - lots of waterfront restaurants within walking distance - 83 degrees Restaurant connected to hotel has options for those who eat seafood but we don’t eat seafood so - we tried the jerk chicken pops and it just didn’t taste like we’d hope it would . We loved everything about this unique hotel. The manager was very kind and accommodating on many occasions throughout our stay. We loved the room the food, drinks , pool and hot tub and so close to the beach. The staff here (about 6-7 we interacted with were all very kind and helpful from the restaurant to the pool to the management and even the guys cleaning the walkways. We for sure will be back !

From the moment we arrived, we were treated as valued guests. Randy and Kendall went out of their way to make us feel special and even decorated our room at my request for my friend's birthday. The room is awesome and was very comfortable and clean. The pool vibes were great all weekend and the Happy Hour prices were good! The beach was within walking distance and there is a great sunset view with access across the street. The restaurant is connected and offered a good variety and tasty options. We really had a fabulous stay! I appreciate how they handled one concern I had.

Randy is a great asset to your organization and his sevice was what one desires at a boutique hotel. Michael and Elijah in the restaurant were also exceptional. We also had great experiences with Kendall and Brianna. We are already planning returning to this location.

i thought it hit a home run with this place until it was time to checkout if anyone knows how bad traffic is in tampa/st pete every minute counts around 7 i was ready to go and the lobby was locked out so i call the first number and its an outsourced call center so im getting nowhere. call the other number on the door right to voice mail. ended up wasting vaiuable time so i called two more times the call center and did not get a return call. left a message in the app same no response so to cover myself i filmed putting the key in the lockboxes they had this 10 minute fiasco got me stuck in traffic if you are going to charge a junk fee of $29.99 as a resort fee which i had no problem paying and have someone on site not an outsourced customer service so her that can’t do anything because they don’t know anything either My background is I’m a Marriott titanium member. I stay probably 50 to 75 nights a year in a hotel. This would’ve been a fun spot to go to, but not experience this morning. Has turned this place from a here to a zero.

The hotel's tag line is 'just another day in paradise' however, in my world paradise contains a bar that will serve drinks to hotel guests after 9pm, especially as food was still being delivered to diners after we were told the bar had closed. Wow - if you want an incredible stay, the Saint is your place. We were welcomed immediately by Randy who was friendly and accommodating. He checked us in so quickly then offered us free drinks to start the night! He let us know the hot tub and outdoor area are open 24 hours and yes, this is one of the few places in St Pete with a hot tub. We went to our room which was immaculate and decorated very nicely. The room was well stocked and even had fresh robes for us. We had an amazing nights rest then visited the Corey Ave Sunday Market and had an incredible time, all thanks to the recommendation of Randy! Oh yeah, the hotel even let us rent their bikes for free to ride there - no parking or hassle! They even have chairs, umbrellas, carts to rent in addition. Our second night we were relaxing by the pool, without prompting, Randy came and delivered us two beautiful glasses of champagne with fresh fruit!! I was in absolutely heaven. Basically, choosing the Saint is a no-brainer. Just do it!

I have never stayed somewhere so lovely! The staff was always there to help. They set out bikes for us, set up a cooler for us with ice, gave us a drink as soon as we walked in. Kendall saw us walking back from the beach and she grabbed our beach towels out of our hands and took them to wash. They were folded perfectly back in our hotel in no time. Randy and Kendall and the whole staff were like little fairies. It was the best place. Shout out to the maintenance guy that even brought me a sparkling water. We stayed for a bachelorette party so highly recommend for that!

Overall it’s not a bad little hotel; staff was amazing! Only feedback for improvement would be the water pressure, or the lack thereof. Both the shower & sink had very low pressure. Also, the beach is a little walk away, not just across the street. For the price, I would probably go with somewhere that has better beach access next time.

The place is still recovering from last years hurricane, but everything was getting done there. Very polite staff, restaurant was a little pricey in my opinion, but it had a really good view of the gulf and beach. Definitely will go back.

I've stayed at The Saint Hotel many times. I love the location, decor, cleanliness, room comfort. Check-in is always great. Service @ 82° is always good, but I wish vegan options were available. The obnoxiously loud DJ ruined the stay for us. It was so over-the-top loud that it was impossible to relax, read or to even speak to my spouse at the pool. We could hear the terrible music in our room almost as loudly. The saxophonist playing Memorial Day Weekend was much better.

Check-in was super easy—they texted us our door code ahead of time, which made arrival a breeze. The place itself was super cute, and we loved the pool/bar area. There was even a DJ playing by the pool, which made for such a fun atmosphere! The staff were amazing. Our bartender was excellent—I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. Every interaction we had with staff members was enjoyable. The food was delicious as well. The only thing I would’ve loved is room service, just because the food was so good and after a full day at the pool/bar we didn’t really feel like sitting down in the restaurant for dinner. That’s more of a personal preference than a downside though. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again! Side note: I’m extremely detailed when it comes to cleaning. The room was clean overall, but I did notice a few small details that were missed. For example, the edge trim on the bathroom tile hadn’t been wiped down and those spots tend to collect dirt. Awesome place, very clean and great amenities!! Nice pool, hot tub, bike use and wonderful relaxing vibe! Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating to ensure you have a wonderful vaca. The restaurant on site 82 Degrees has excellent food, drinks, staff and awesome water views! Walking distance to everything. Top notch!
Awesome place, very clean and great amenities!! Nice pool, hot tub, bike use and wonderful relaxing vibe! Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating to ensure you have a wonderful vaca. The restaurant on site 82 Degrees has excellent food, drinks, staff and awesome water views! Walking distance to everything. Top notch!

A girlfriend and I stayed here for our annual girls trip and it did not disappoint. The decor is perfection, the pool is fun/chill, the restaurant/bar onsite (including the pool bar) is very good and RANDY is the absolute best concierge. We are both 38 (to shed some light on the energy we were going for) and I would stay again in a heartbeat. I am local and have "staycated" at many places over the years - this is truly a gem!

The staff here were super accommodating. The rooms and pool area were very chic w a Miami vibe but more low key. The food at this restaurant was the best we tried in st Pete. Lunch and dinner. I’ll be back for sure

The hotel was extremely quiet and when we arrived there was no one at reception- we had to call a local number which was difficult because we have no call time on an international line. When we eventually got to our room, it wasn't the cleanest with mold and limescale in the shower, just still on the floor. No plates, spoons or much of anything to self cater despite advertising the kitchenette. The owner did then give us some items, but it's really basic so you can't do much. The location was good, close to bars/restaurants and the lovely beach. The hotel facilities were lovely and comfortable. Overall I was disappointed with the quality of accommodation and for me I wouldn't recommend.

Common areas were clean and well looked after. The many pool floats and beach gear sort of clashed with the trendy vibe of the overall property. Instructions received didn't include information about where the pool towels or amenities closet were. I only mention because I was given slight attitude when I inquired. I was surprised to be upgraded to the pool view suite. However, this room was not entirely clean.... There was someone's dried contacts stuck to the floor. The shower drain had hair in it. The bathroom paint was peeling in several areas and more hair in the sink. Dust was very apparent above the bar and on fake plant near the bed. The upstairs room foot traffic and conversation noise was very very clear. I can't say the cost of this stay was justified for these reasons.

The hotel itself is smaller but it feels cozy rather than cramped. the bar was fun and the restaurant is great! we definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back! They had a large selection of beach accessories for use including chairs, wagons, coolers! and They had bikes you could borrow. This place was an absolute GEM to find!
