Older unit for price. Overall was clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was average, no fruit or juice. Microwave was absolutely filthy. Handicap shower was tricky. Floors become very slippery because of tile inside room and also steps going into building.

It was good, we stayed to go to the Waterpark. The only thing the keys didn't work all the time. If you left hotel to go somewhere you would loose any parking for people parking at hotel to go to Waterpark.

The place was older and smelled of old smoke even though all rooms had no smoking. There were flies and the toilet needed a good scrub. No ice on second floor and snack machines were inoperable.

The staff at this property seem to be trying to do the best they can, but the property is falling apart. Our hot water in our room didn’t work so they moved us to another room. There was a used bar of soap in the shower with pubes on it in the replacement room. There were no towels, and there were used cups and food wrappers in the room. I will never stay in this hotel again. It’s a shame because several years ago it was best Western and in good shape.

Sheets were dirty with hair on them, bathroom had soap scum all over the counter with toothpaste on the mirror, hair in the shower toilet was dirty and the seat was broken. Whole facility smells of cigarettes. Clerk who checked me in was kind.

The room was nasty and even had blood stains on the covers. When I told them they went to move us to a different room. The cleaning lady said she would freshen it up before we went in. After 30 min we went in and it was dirty too. She mopped the bathroom but did not vacuum the Cheetos up off the carpet. Very bad experience.

Filthy walls Bedding looked dirty especially the pillows. No toilet paper no tissues. Towels that were given were mostly the tub floor towels. Carpet filthy. Family in another room saw roaches and their tv didn’t work. No coffee in breakfast room and I mean none. Just downright disgusting for us all

The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the door to my room not working correctly but they got someone to look at it right away. They explained that they were under new ownership and I could tell they were really working hard to make the place an enjoyable place to stay. They were very courteous to me and my son. The room was simple but clean. The one thing that I forgot to mention to them as I was leaving was that the TV box was hard to get to, which meant I had to hold the remote at a funny angle in order to change the channels. I think this would be a simple fix and they will probably get around to that, as I see they are working hard to make a lot of changes. We enjoyed our stay there and we will go back again.

Charged for the room even though I prepaid with hotels. They came to the room an hour later with a refund receipt after clearing it up with Hotels. I should have booked with the hotel directly and saved money after seeing what they would have charged. Breakfast was just cereal this day.

I stayed just one night so it was ok. I don’t remember ever staying at any motel that didn’t have facial tissue or even sugar or creamer for the coffee. There was only one bath towel and only a partial roll of tioilet paper. Very minimalistic but clean enough and the desk clerk was friendly.

This hotel needs lots of repairs. The carpet was dark dirty with a moldy smell and the rooms were dirty. I did not see house keeping the entire 4 days I stayed. They advertise breakfast but don't count on it. 4 muffins five slice of bread and old cereal. That was it for the entire hotel. Not enough towels in the room. Worse hotel experience!

This hotel needs lots of repairs. The carpet was dark dirty with a moldy smell and the rooms were dirty. I did not see house keeping the entire 4 days I stayed. The hotel is an older but for most part it is Quite,Convenient and reasonable rate for the area the Pool is Open and clean!! Beds comfortable enough...so being honest not a Fancy hotel but Far from being a Dump

A "sad" state of neglect & dis-repair here! What was once a charming welcoming stop, years ago is now sadly neglected, from a dead plant inside the lobby entrance, to the sheer window curtains in our room that have been hanging so long they are shredding! Our towels were mis-matched and small, and the one hand towel we did have was worn thin and had a hole in it! A single serve coffee pot on the desk, but no cups and no coffee. Only one plug was found to plug in our phone or tablet, so we used the bathroom plug. The rack rate is $103 but I will not be wasting any money returning to this place! Very sad indeed!
