A estadia foi de 6 noites

O quarto era bom, cama boa, o chuveiro era péssimo com pouquíssima água. Café da manhã fraco, não condiz com o hotel. Não fica perto da estação de metrô e muito confuso para encontrá-lo. Equipe de funcionários otima, em destaque o Barry, que foi 100% prestativo.

Very good. Nice, new and clean. Breakfast in Asian style. The only thing: the bed is very hard, otherwise excellent experience

The room I booked was good. I love how the shower was a window that I could look into the bed area, so cute. The staff was kind and professional. My issue is the cigarette smoke aroma filled hallway on the 2nd level. One of the guest I witnessed walking thru the hallway with a lit cigarette. I didn't have wifi access at the hotel, although the front desk attendants tried to access it for me, I still wasn't able to access the free wifi. I suggest putting air freshener in the hallway and pulling up the outdated carpet (which gives scary movie vibes) and installing hard wood floors which would update the hotel look.

Few Restaurants around but one next to hotel is goods; convenience stores close by , subway station 1 km away; staff doesn’t help and don’t have the willingness; not English at all .

The staff were the best thing all young but really helpful. Just location was out the way but just take taxi everywhere. Good breakfast. Nice rooms
