Clean rooms at affordable price. Great location to access everything and anything you need. Great friendly staff. Overall an excellent stay. 9/10

The rooms was clean but it is dirty when you stand on your balcony and have a look down. Property does need basic maintenance but over all location is great for Patong everything is with in walking distance. Aircon did work well

Area of the hotel was great it is not exactly the cleanest town it was a dirty view from our hotel room balcony on the back side but overall food was good and the bed was great would recommend hotel is clean Can do with some maintenance but other then that for the price great option

Bien situé proche de la plage moins de 10 mn à pied. Chambre calme. Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Room was large. Comfy bed. Everything worked well. But cheaply put together.
