Very helpful. Apartment lovely. Very clean. Nice touch with the welcome pack of tea, coffee, etc and the welcome pack for washing and drying up. We enjoyed our stay

Staff are terrific; free laundry is poor; January does not have enough sun to dry laundry; heating system works but drying clothes takes effort. January has all close restaurants closed. This is not for out is season travel.

A lovely property, with very kind, courteous and professional staff. We had not taken into consideration, though, the full import of visiting off-season. The places we might have walked to for dinner were all closed. Also, the chilly damp climate was a bit challenging. I imagine staying at the place might be a much different experience in the shoulder season.
