Travelodge by Wyndham Canyonville

The ice machine is broke down at the hotel. Very old machine. No ice available.Hotel needs updated. The Halls,walls and flooring is very dark and old, No vending machines available. The pool is broke down and needs updated. There is no benches or chairs outside to sit. No blow dryers in rooms available. Larger pillows for the beds would be great. Very small twin pillows for a king bed is not adequate. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful.very quiet hotel which was very nice to rest and relax there. Price was good. Hotel really needs updated around outside and inside especially when it’s close by a big Casio. one other hotel is updating and are remodeling outside with decks,landscaping new signs and re painting the building more modern to attract customers. Parking lot needs repaving as is very old bumpie and severely uneven. Entryway at front door need a flat wheelchair ramp for handicap and also to roll you suit cases up instead of trying to go up steps to entryway. Please help the hotel for all your customers and employees to make a more pleasant and up dated place to stay! Thank You!

The place is in very poor condition. The staff was kind and helpful. The pool was disgusting and had bugs and baby toys floating all over it. The pool “equipment “ was old and just sitting on a cart next to the pool.

The location was ok. The room was clean. No elevator and I was instructed to access my room by the outdoor stairway which was narrow and had very crowded space at the top, especially if there was someone standing on the platform. Also, I had booked and paid through Expedia and, going through my bank statement realized that I had also been charged by the motel. I called the motel and they said they would refund the charges.

We wouldn't ecommend the Travel Lodge in Canyonville to anyone, and will not stay here again. Wyndham's standards (at least in this location) are poor. Right off, the room presented us with a cold, depressive and shabby appearance. Went to hang our jackets and there no rod. Worse, there was a dangerous TRIP HAZARD when stepping into the bathroom, the transition floor piece was totally loose and not fastened to the floor, my wife almost fell when she happened to step on it and it slid; she wrenched a leg muscle trying to keep from falling to the floor. There was hair on toilet and sink. Toilet paper holder broken with just one arm and a patch job that was obviously old (roll of T.P. left on top of toilet tank). Tub had rust spots and black mold. NO COFFEE MAKER! There was a kitchen w/ full-size frig, and a stove, but no cookware or even a single spoon, fork or knife to be found. Desk with no lamp/plugs. We asked for a quiet room (parking lot was almost empty), and were placed at the end of the hall by the exit door and even though hotel seemed almost empty, we were subjected to excessively loud door opening slamming shut noises all night long. When anyone went in or out of the building the wall would shake; the bed was uncomfortable, and we were unable to get any sleep because of exit door constantly slamming shut. Breakfast consisted of a limited selection of baked goods and coffee. I registered my complaint with the night clerk; he took note & said "sorry".

Check in was easy people at front desk friendly and helpful but carpet in room was beyond repair filthy dirty wore out and tore no one vacuum in the corners or behind bed tv wore out sheets were clean and bed comfortable is only reason we stayed too tired to find another place

Carpeting on stairs and hallway is threadbare, carpeting in my room well vacuumed but needed to be steam cleaned. Very outdated!!!!

An older building but rooms and area are kept very clean, staff was very friendly, quiet area within walking distance to small shops and restaurants. Kids enjoyed the pool as well. Some breakfast/snacks and coffee available for breakfast.

On the whole, the property is old and worn. Chipped walls, worn out around door handles and frames. Refrigerator made a lot of noise when it cycled on. The room I had was about 20 feet from the 5 freeway. There was black mold in the shower. I would definitely not be back.

Clean Room

The door and curtains let in so much light. The bathroom and showe was dirty. The room next to us was playing loud music from 3am-6am and the staff did not respond when i messaged asking them to address it. Do not recommend staying here.

So much black moles in the bathroom, you cannot use the bathtub shower at all and that was why we stopped there

It’s an old building, they are currently renovating. But the WiFi was extremely slow and it’s close to the highway.

Overall it's a good place to stay. I reserved 2 rooms. They were spacious and beds were comfortable. Only downside was our coffee pot didn't work but thankfully they had coffee in the lobby and the other half of my party said his neighbors were quite noisy but other than that I would recommend this place to stay at.

HUGE room

The property was ok the beds were hard and stiff to sleep on. So we ended up sleeping on the floor as it was more comfortable then the beds

Tv remote didn't connect to the tv, dated room but it was clean and the bed comfortable. Heater was very loud. A lot of traffic noise from the highway.

I didn't expect much from a Travelodge, but the condition of the exterior and the inside of the room were sub-par. Old dirty brick exterior, beat-up cabinetry and stained bathroom sinks, terrible internet connection (WiFi isn't strong enough to watch any streaming; it freezes after a couple minutes and takes over 5 minutes to come back & then freeze again), and lukewarm shower. The "free breakfast" was yogurt, cereal, and bagels; not worth calling it free. The front desk clerk was friendly and the bed was comfortable, but I shall not stay here again.

Old property. Carpet in hallways is wrecked. Room seemed clean, but obviously not updated, and no upkeep of maintenance (trim removed, holes in shower surround from screw mounts).

The bed in room 229 is HORRIBLE. Some FAT person has sunk in it in on the right side of the bed. It was totally uncomfortable.

This older property could use some sprucing up and updating, it was clean for what was there. Bed was fine and bathroom met needs but had several cracks and holes and carpet was old and had some tears

As a small local hotel this will be a good spot, especially after they get cable back and new Wi-Fi. But it should not be in the Wyndham family. Very small parking lot. West side is against noisy highway traffic with no sound barrier. Wi-Fi did not work, it kept dropping. Roku TV would not work since Wi-Fi drops. Kind and caring staff tried twice, spending almost 45 min, to get tv to work. The room was clean, with good furnishings. Beds will need replacing soon, very 'soft'. Owners should splurge for a small tissue box on bedstand and cups bigger than a thimble. Breakfast was just a basket of muffins and not up to Wyndham standards.

Was not impressed with the morning front desk clerk. Office was locked up from around 7:46 to 9am. And then had to wait for him to make a pot of coffee.there was 3 different people waiting for coffee and snack.

The hotel took a deposit and processed it as a charge

The staff were very friendly and helpful.. Nice to see friendly people at the end of a long and tireing drive. The room was clean and warm and relatively quiet. The staff made sure to give us a ground floor room to accommodate our difficulty walking. Would definitely stay there again.

Well the room was clean, the tv did not work. The front desk when arrived was good, but shift change was shortly after. The fro t desk person was terrible. He was ot answeri g calls. Said he would check out tv, never did. When leaving next day, front desk said quite a few guests had said same thing when checking put

The property is very old. The “breakfast included”, are microwaveable burritos and cereal in dispensers. And bagels. The worst part is that I paid $97 for the room on Expedia a month ago, and the hotel double charged me for the room! They charged $107 when I checked in and I thought it was a deposit that I would get back. Nope! It was a room charge. I didn’t even sleep here because the bedding had stains and the bathtub was disgusting. I paid $204 for a room that I didnt even sleep in. We spent 30 minutes in the room and left. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone that can refund you or tell you what certain charges are. It took 25 minutes waiting for the manager to come and talk to us about why we were double charged. And he told us it was a deposit, and then I got a receipt when we “checked out”, and it said I got charged for a room. The staff had no idea why I was double charged. And they couldn’t get ahold of the guy that could tell me why and refund me. Do not stay here!!

This property is right off the freeway so it was convenient. The area outside is kind of sketchy. The rooms are very dated and a bit beat up.

Clean room. The hotel isn't within easy walking distance of any restaurants, but freeway access is very easy.

Inexpensive but decent quality Motor Inn close to historic center of Canyonville and it's casino, seven feathers. This is a small family owned venue recently rebranded as a Travelodge in attempt to get more reservation traffic. Price is right, its an affordable option if you need a stopping place along I-5. No complaints, and I liked the staff.

The bed wasUncomfortable, the pillows were hard and clumpy years old pillows. Bathroom tub was gross photos added, fridge grill hanging off. Funny smell throughout the room. Breakfast was included but there is no breakfast.

Nothing fancy and the pool was closed for some reason, but overall all the important things were there. The room was clean and comfortable, excellent water pressure in the shower, big TV with great channel selection, walking distance to food and drink. Parking was literally just a few feet from the front door and free. The free breakfast was pretty much just muffins but the price was unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Gentleman checked us in late at night with great attitude and still greeted us the next morning with a smile! Breakfast was better than expected especially the coffee with creamer choices and fresh juices.

All rooms upstairs only have stairs so if you have mobility issues, not going to happen. No coffee in rooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. Says breakfast but only coffee and snacks.

Pet friendly. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast offerings were very limited, but there is a wonderful family restaurant nearby. The hotel was very convenient for visiting family.

Finding a staff member who could fix the TV at 5pm was Impossible. Staff made excuses for no one showing up, but finally fixed the TV myself. Advertised free morning Breakfast...there was none!

Room was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very not acceptable, muffin or granola bar, coffee or tea. That is a snack, should not be considered breakfast. Receptionist was nice.

The lady who checked us in was really nice but the room wasn’t very clean. There was a random green grape on the floor between the bed and nightstand as well as hair on the floor around the room which wasn’t any of ours. When I booked, it said breakfast included but only thing I seen was a little basket of breakfast bars on the check in counter.
