Room wasn’t very clean. Gnats flying all around room. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Shower in need of repair. Hallways had strong odor of marijuana. Exterior door didn’t lock, so didn’t seem very safe.

The room was clean, the staff at the desk was nice and respectful, Breakfast 9/10 wasn’t much but the eggs and bacon were good and fresh. Didn’t use the hot tub or pool. Overall I would definitely get another room. Especially for the price. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with our stay. The room was extremely musty and smelled awful. The AC appeared to have mold in it and was blowing a moldy smell into the room the whole time and ALL NIGHT. The smell was so bad we had to sleep under the covers just to tolerate it. The sheets had stains, so we had to put another sheet over the entire bed just to feel comfortable sleeping. The floors were also extremely dirty. Our 11-month-old walked around in socks for less than 10 minutes and they were already filthy. We ended up keeping her off the floor for the entire stay. The customer service was just as disappointing. There were no pillows provided for the pull-out sofa, so we called the front desk to request some. They couldn’t even provide pillows for us, which is ridiculous when you’re paying for a room with a pull-out bed. The pictures online are very misleading and made the hotel look much cleaner and better maintained than it actually was. Between the dirty room, moldy-smelling AC, stained sheets, filthy floors, and poor customer service, this stay was completely unacceptable. We would not stay here again or recommend it.
