Foi péssimo Paguei com Limpeza diária e o hotel era nojento Carpete imundo Água do chuveiro era fria ,colchão velho Lençóis do pior que existe! Impossível pisar no carpete ! Hotel e velho Cheio de infiltrações Ar condicionado ruim é barulhento Lâmpada do quarto queimada

We asked for a pack n play ahead of time for our baby. I repeatedly asked the front desk for it and they kept saying one was on its way up, but it never came. Ended up having to purchase one and then donating it after. The front desk representative told us he was not able to sell any of the drinks that were for sale in the lobby. The pool was absolutely disgusting with dirty towels at the bottom of the hot tub, the pool tiles were falling off, algae was growing and there were clumps of hair and bugs in the pool. All of the trash cans surrounding the hotel were full during our whole stay. The staff did not want to do any actual work, and the property was unkept.

The room itself was clean, but several aspects of the property were disappointing. The linens were worn, and the furniture was stained. The pool and jacuzzi water was cloudy, and the jets in the jacuzzi did not work. The shower in the pool area was also not functioning. All the windows look like they were washed with a dirty rag. There were sanitizer stations set up throughout the property, but they were empty and had no sanitizer available. On a positive note, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. His customer service was appreciated.
