I like that both the room itself and the bathroom are each huge and extremely clean! It also has decently priced washers and dryers, which is great. The staff are all very kind and friendly, and are always eager to help with whatever you need. The location is perfect - it's right on the bus line but also has parking too. There are plenty of places to get some good food in walking distance (and even more by bus), and there are two dollar stores on the opposite side of the street on each side of the corner where the hotel sits, which is very convenient for getting toiletries, snacks, and whatever else you might've forgotten at home. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay at a very fair price, and its my favorite in the area!

The outside appearance wasn't anything to rave about. However, you can't judge a book by its cover. On my floor, the hallways were clean and nice. My room was clean, nice and spacious. There was no sign of any bugs. I was very impressed and would stay there again. The only negative was they only had one elevator, and it was kind of slow when I was there. Also, if you want a late check out, it is an additional $25.

Room was worn and showed great use. But it was clean and did its job. Some suprises. The price from hotels.com reservarion and what was charged is quite different. There is also no free parking as the reservation said. It was o ly $5 for the stay with in/ out access allowed. .

No frills hotel but it is clean and it’s a great location option for both the forum and Sofi Stadium. Parking is only five dollars a night and the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, the hot shower felt good and it was a good stay.

Outside is not secured, you pay for parking where homeless and drug deals where going on. My rental car got vandalized. Hotel told police they dont have security cameras. Whatever detergent these use, I also broke out im a huge rash on my nech and shoulders, from laying on sheets/pillow. But, it did smell like pine sol when going into room

I didn't like the price I paid, the room looks dirty everything in the room needs and update. The bathroom has a lot of rust in it. The toilet looked Soo gross but it was rust it looks like someone's already used the bathroom. We had just enough towels. For us to have one each. The whole motel has a smell to it. I would not stay here again. The pictures on website are enhanced. The place looks old and run down.

The service was great. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Location near the airport was great. My only but major complaint was the noise. I was there on a Sunday night and the amount of traffic all night long was a surprise. It was LOUD! I am deaf in one ear but still didn't get much sleep. Another issue was the amount of noise coming from an upper floor at 3 am. The music was blaring and it seemed like someone was moving furniture all night long. I probably would not stay here again based on the constant nosie level.

Stayed here for a 2 day visit for a concert. This hotel has all the basics for a quick stay: clean bed, air conditioning, clean bathroom, on site parking (for a fee). The hotel is a 10 min drive away from SoFi Stadium and Kia Forum, which made it easy for concert planning logistics. Plus, the hotel staff makes a concentrated effort to keep the interior clean. Our rooms were spotless. The hotel is located on a busy boulevard, and it can get noisy from the outdoor traffic, people. Earplugs is advisable. The hotel can improve on cleaning the parking lot area and adding more security signage to the lot. A public alley runs through the parking lot. While that's convenient for driving out the parking lot towards opposite blocks, it allows non-hotel visitors to also pass through the alley. Overall, this was a satisfying stay for a brief visit, and for an affordable price.

It was at a convenient location with food and stores very close by. Of course the neighboring area was rundown but it's LA as for the room itself it was nice for the price. The only issues we had were the bedframe being a hollow metal box every time we barely tapped it, it sounded like thunder. There was also small stains on the pillow cases but other than that the room seemed clean.

It's a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are huge and are very nice and new looking, they even have little living room and kitchen areas in them. The bathrooms are also big and always very clean as is the rest of the room. The beds are comfy, the WiFi is fast and strong, the staff are all very kind and helpful. It's my new go-to hotel, anywhere else in the area is either the same price or more expensive and not nearly as nice as here!

The service is terrible. Reception gave me a key to a room that is occupied. I came 6x from 4th floor to front desk and keep telling him it won’t open and it’s locked from the inside. He keep giving me different key until after an hour of going back and forth he decided to go with us to the room and he himself is surprise that it’s occupied. Then we went back to the front dest desk for the 7th time and give us another room. Again I went back and forth for another 3x cause the key ain’t working at all. It took us an hour and half to get into our room. It was a terrible experience as we just want to rest after work. Room is beautiful and clean though. It’s big and quiet as well. Area little scary. If you park make sure your not alone especially if your a girl.

The surrounding area felt unsafe, and there were homeless people right outside. The air conditioner was old and so noisy that we couldn't sleep. Also, the windows were not well-insulated, so we could clearly hear the sounds of cars and people on the street.

The property is a little older but it was still great for what we needed. We stayed for two nights. Ourb room had a kitchenette. There's a dollar store across the street and also a Starbucks. Close to Kia Forum. Would stay there again.

It's very convenient to the airport but not too expensive. The on-property parking is much cheaper than at other hotels, and is well-lit. There is no breakfast at the hotel. The rooms are very clean and simple. They have tile floors instead of carpet, which seems much more sanitary . The beds are comfortable but but blankets are a bit thin. It's a decent place and a more affordable option if you need to be near the airport.

The hotel was OK. It is strategically located near the airport and car rental, so it was good for the first and last night of my stay in LA area. There is no coffee, but there was a microwave so you can bring your own. The "hot" water was lukewarm, so if I did not get off the plane I would have skipped the shower. It must be for conservation purpose, because my shower was less than two minutes and I skipped the hair, as I was too cold.

Its a good location regarding proximity to LAX airport. The hotel has great customer service! The surrounding neighborhood is a little destitute!

I was pleasantly surprised the room was large and clean. It's not a 4-Star hotel, but for this price, I was happy. The room and bathroom were clean all around. The hot water came on instantly. The other complaints about the metal bed frame is nothing to be concerned about. Don't kick the bed and you won't even notice. I stayed here for two Clippers games. It was a 25- min walk each way, which was faster than driving, Uber, and bus. Taco Bell is across the street and Dollar Tree is next door. The furnishings colors and design are very dated, but the quality is as good as I needed. Not fancy, but really nice. I stayed for two nights and I saw no transient people on or near the property.

Loved the security of the property however the bed was way too hard and uncomfortable. there is no breakfast served nor a lot of restaurants to chose from close by

Great for a short stay. Secure building a little old but we'll kept. Taco bell 100ft away for late night eats, and a dollar tree 100ft away for airplane snacks.

First of all, it was unusually quite warm in LA the night I checked in. The hallways in the hotel were not air conditioned and neither was the room so I when I got into the room it was very stuffy. Obviously I had to turn on the AC immediately to cool it off. The entire property is just very tired and worn out looking both inside and out. There are many obvious signs of wear and tear in the public areas, the elevator, and in the room; scruff marks and the like. The room I had looked NOTHING like the room they display on their website. This hotel doesn't provide you with a place to put your luggage on! There was no foldable luggage rack provided nor a built in in the room. The area the hotel is in is very sketchy. I was worried about my rental car being parked outside overnight.

Clean place just NO USB CHARGING PORTS! C’MON MAN! So cheap and easy to install. Also no hand towels - nice to have at least one. Might get rid of the taped paper on the building front window- looks ghetto!
