The property is going through a renovation. Gym was closed . Area of the hotel was closed . Lots of construction going on . Nice part its in walking distances to everything. The restaurant in the hotel is nice . Rooftop deck was beautiful even with the craziness of the city and the plane flying by over head . Staff were very nice.

I was bummed that the fitness facility still wasnt open. Also the restaurant was better when it was Cork and Batter. Might stay again however the prices have increased way too much since Hilton took over.

Stay was for one night for a concert at the Intuit Dome. The hotel is in the middle of updates so we didn't get all the amenities - so pricing was a tad high... But literally a 5 minute walk, if that. Only negative was the elevator size to get to our room. Probably the smallest elevator I've ever seen. Would definitely like to come back once all the amenitiee are accessible.

If you want to rest on your vacation, this is not the place. You are near LAX and the planes are flying in and out all day and night. They were remodeling so lots of construction noise. No pool (it was closed). Valet only ($55/night). If you’re in town for a concert or game at KIA Forum, SoFi Stadium, or Intuit Dome, you are near all of those venues. Definitely within walking distance.

I liked how close it was to Intuit Dome, comfortable walking distance. However, the expectations I had for the property quickly diminshed when we were about to check in. A beautiful pool area was advertised but was not even complete and was closed during our stay. In addition, there was ongoing construction between the two buildings of rooms. The elevators were extremely small and the rooftop bar was not open during our stay either. Be ready for valet parking, only, at a check out price of $60.40 a night, at least that is what was on our invoice. Our waitress, Lindsey, was pleasant and helpful and was the highlight of our stay.

There was one person at the desk checking people in and we stood in line for 40 minutes just to get checked in. The walls in the room are filthy and there were bugs in the corners of the room. They did not say anything about renovation going on until after we had booked and the renovations limited any kind of lounging or relaxing. There wasn't any kind of a credit or cost reduction because of the renovations and the rooms were very over priced for what the hotel is. I'm really surprised Hilton has their name on this hotel. Other than a great location close to Intuit stadium and SoFi Stadium this hotel doesn't have anything going for it.

Overall the rooms felt modern and clean, having everything we needed in them. The hotel is under construction but it never felt like it impacted our stay as our room was a bit away from any construction. We did only get one roll of toilet paper for the room for a 3 night stay and when we ran out the last night we had to go down at midnight to get more at the front desk. That was a little odd.

The hotel needs a good cleaning. When we arrived, the room looked clean but there was a pubic hair clinging onto the inside of the toilet rim; the baseboards in the bathroom needed paint touch up as there were worn, bare spots in several places; a long piece of hair on one of the towels; no extra roll of toilet paper. The valets were all excellent!

Perfect location for our stay before our flight. Room was clean and bed comfy! Could hear a lot of noise from outside of room though, people moving through corridors, knocking on doors and a weird alarm that kept going off in the evening! Other than the noise would recommend hotel.

The room was ok. Not too big but comfortable. The restroom is where I have the problems. The bathroom door is a barn door that doesn’t lock so no privacy. There was no door on the shower either which makes a mess outside the shower. They’re in the middle of a remodel but the execution is not very good. And the worst thing is you’re forced to valet your vehicle. At least $60 to $110. When you’re paying fairly premium prices I’d expect at least free parking. This isn’t Vegas after all. The staff is fantastic and super helpful. I would stay here again but they need to fix what’s wrong. Don’t nickel and dime your guests to death.

This hotel is in the middle of renovations so it was a bit chaotic. The new rooms are done and they are very nice and clean. I think it will eventually be great. Daytime staff were very accommodating. Nighttime staff not so much. Also I did not see in the “ fine print” that parking would cost me $60 a night so that came as a Shock at the end of my stay. The staff was very rude and unpleasant. I called and requested early check in and they put me on a waiting list and then called me when it was ready. But of course, when I arrived to the hotel, all of sudden my room was no longer ready. Funny because the person in front of me got a room immediately, no issues whatsoever. When we went to use the restroom after, the staff then rudely remarked asking us if we still wanted to stay there and needed a room, which obviously we did as I payed for a damn room. They also failed to disclose the mandatory valet parking, and, get this: minimum of $55 for a sedan, if you have an suv or truck, they are going to go ahead and classify that as an “oversized vehicle” and you’ll have to pay minimum $110. And don’t worry, that is an additional fee to your room fee, parking is not included. For taking so long to “clean” and have the room ready, the bathroom was dirty, floors weren’t swept, and the tv console had not been wiped down. They also have a singular trash can in the entire room and it’s only in the bathroom. Don’t worry as well, they will start knocking on your door at 10:50am asking if you’re leaving. Check out isn’t until 11. Which is crazy because it took you so long for my room to be ready, considering you are essentially attempting to urge your residents out 10 minutes before check out. I recommend hiring staff that doesn’t hate their job and residents, fix your parking situation, and clean the mold out of the bathroom. Thanks.

Best part easy convenience to SoFi and Kia. Lots of good dining and shopping close by even with walking. Safe parking but valet was a bit of inconvenience and high price. Staff at check-in was unhappy with her job. The hotel is in renovations so lots of work and dirt going on. The pool is out of commission

Check in was an absolute nightmare. No early check in permitted but there was a line of over 100 people waiting to check in at 4:00. The pro’s about this hotel is the location if going to one of the venues in the area, and the cleanliness of the rooms. Staffing really needs to be adjusted for big events, which I assume is common since it’s in the middle of multiple stadiums. Unfortunately since check in was so stressful I will not be back to this hotel.

The property, room, and the staff are top tier, location is perfect if you’re there for an event in Inglewood. but you emailed me to give feedback about my check-in process: I called prior to see if there was an opportunity for early check in but the said they “over booked” so no possibility. we arrived at 3pm to park and hold our stuff so we can come back at 4pm to check in. Good thing I didn’t leave because the line to check in was about 15-20 people, 1 worker. So I decided to stay back and hold down the fort while my friends killed time around the area. It took about 1.5hrs to check in, meanwhile in that time frame the line was adding up to about 100+ people waiting to check in. I can’t imagine how long they ended up waiting. After getting my room assignment, I went physically went to my room and dropped off my water bottled, used the bathroom and locked the door to meet w my friends. After an hour later, we came back to get ready for the concert and there was people in our room already settled in and getting ready, w my water bottle on the table. The 2 ladies at the front desk worked it out but the other girl (who didn’t check me in) clearly stated she “put someone in that room.” So poor efficiency on that part because what if all my stuff was in the room and we left or we were in the room and then our privacy gets interrupted. The other staff member correct the mistake right away and gave me a new room assignment without having me wait but it could have been a disaster.

After getting my room assignment, I went physically went to my room and dropped off my water bottled, used the bathroom and locked the door to meet w my friends. After an hour later, we came back to get ready for the concert and there was people in our room already settled in and getting ready, w my water bottle on the table. The 2 ladies at the front desk worked it out but the other girl (who didn’t check me in) clearly stated she “put someone in that room.” So poor efficiency on that part because what if all my stuff was in the room and we left or we were in the room and then our privacy gets interrupted. The other staff member correct the mistake right away and gave me a new room assignment without having me wait but it could have been a disaster.

This hotel is very walkable to Intuit, KIA, and Sofi Stadium's. The rooms are a decent stay. A pool in Inglewood area is a luxury. Overall if I needed a convenient stay I would book again. It is quite far from other areas of LA so I would recommend getting a car if you would like to explore.

Staff were welcoming, convenient stay for SoFi stadium concert and walkable distance to target, old navy and many good food spots like Panda express, Wing stop, and Crumbl cookie. We travelled from Australia for a 4 night stay, and we enjoyed ourselves. Definitely a good hotel for short trips. Thank you The Lum hotel staff for an amazing stay!

Stay was for one night for a concert at the Intuit Dome. The hotel is in the middle of updates so we didn't get all the amenities - so pricing was a tad high... But literally a 5 minute walk, if that. Only negative was the elevator size to get to our room. Probably the smallest elevator I've ever seen. Would definitely like to come back once all the amenitiee are accessible.

If you want to rest on your vacation, this is not the place. You are near LAX and the planes are flying in and out all day and night. They were remodeling so lots of construction noise. No pool (it was closed). Valet only ($55/night). If you’re in town for a concert or game at KIA Forum, SoFi Stadium, or Intuit Dome, you are near all of those venues. Definitely within walking distance.

The property is going through a renovation. Gym was closed . Area of the hotel was closed . Lots of construction going on . Nice part its in walking distances to everything. The restaurant in the hotel is nice . Rooftop deck was beautiful even with the craziness of the city and the plane flying by over head . Staff were very nice.

I was bummed that the fitness facility still wasnt open. Also the restaurant was better when it was Cork and Batter. Might stay again however the prices have increased way too much since Hilton took over.

This hotel is going under a huge refurb and it looks amazing. Our room was new, clean and well equipped. The bar next door has great food and drink options and you can walk to sofi. Perfect for an out of town rams fan

Loud sirens, airplanes landing. Breakfast staff not good. had to wave down to ask for sugar, coffee, needed extra plate and they brought a coffee saucer to share a large breakfast. Didn't have a carafe to bring coffee to refill. instead took cup and brought back. The food was good and the bartender was good. she remembered us and brought coffee over when we sat down. the severer was not attentive

I recently just planned a small getaway for a concert at Kia forum and booked this hotel! I’d like to start off by saying that through hotel.com it is in no way apparent that the hotel is renovating and the pool/fitness center was closed. The restaurant there also wasn’t serving food. Multiple times the fire alarm went off through the day. It’s good they are attempting to improve the place but to have been charged full price with no apparent amenities was not good. In addition the staff were rude and not very helpful. Wouldn’t recommend

Check in is 4:00 pm. We tried to check in at 5:20 and the room wasn’t ready. No coutesy compensation was offered. I suggested a free cocktail or room upgrade and was offered a blunt “No”. When we got to the room, there was a musty smell that we enjoyed for two nights. The soundproofing is not existent. I wanted to ask how they got the water buffaloes in the room above us. The “restaurant “ is strictly bar food. My niece requested a grilled cheese sandwich, but could not get. How hard is a grilled cheese sandwich? I suggested they make her a cheeseburger and hold the cheese -duh. Lucky me, I paid full price for the meatless cheese burger.

I stayed in many hotels all these years but this one will definitely make it to the « Worst Ever Top 3 »… they charge a ridiculous amount for a lousy room just because they are close to SoFi Stadium and next to the Inuit Dome. At 4 Pm there was a queue with at least 20 parties to check in - waiting time more than 30 minutes and the rooms of the people were not even ready. We got our room at 5 PM after I heavily insisted with the staff while they queue only grew longer. Valet parking charged a fortune, but did not even take out the luggage and did not have time to get them again so just gave me my keys and told me where it was parked in the parking lot. The only positive of this place is how close it is from the arenas and this people know it perfectly. The bar next door was full with people waiting for their room - the staff there just remarked « waiting for your room as well » as if it is common practice.

Awful experience! never coming back. The whole experience and management terrible. I cannot believe you treat customers this way. Never will recommend or come back here again. Also that adjacent restaurant you have and the so called lender DJ just terrible human. Doesn’t know how to be respectful or treat customers or run a business. I will be following up with health dept and calling Businesss Bureau as well for my experience and my visit. And it was a shame that no one was able to address my concerns at the property. I will take things to the next level above. I would absolutely recommend no one books here again. You guys are disrespectful and treat your customers like they mean nothing to you. And you picked and judged on the wrong person . I really hope that proper management can follow up with training on how your are supposed to treated people In hospitality. Clearly you have not been trained or properly have any experience. I stay in Inglewood once a week for shows and events and I was staying at your property regularly and I will never be coming back. Thanks for not even trying. You clearly do not care about your people and your . You are lucky you had a few individuals who work for you that are kind ie the very very nice lady at the guest services, the kind gentleman in your valet, and the wonderful lady at the bar by the pool who was so wonderful. These are the people who are keeping your business alive btw you’re lucky to have them and hope you value them.

Hotel has good pool, room only has small fridge only big enough for a couple of drinks and no microwave. Hotel claims it is pet friendly but be aware no pet area on property. A lot of hidden fees with hotel,one being parking. On a non event day 55 it’s undisclosed no one told us the cost for a concert to park our car there then tried to charge us. The parking manager was understanding and adjusted but beware.
