Elevator was not working...pool not available, trash everyone outside - dumpster overflowing. Housekeeping knocked on my door 3 times in the morning before check out to see if I was gone to clean my room - it was horrible. Pet friendly which is fine but the guests were horrible with their pets and people were running up and down the hall. the walls are paper thin. Gross. Never ever again.

PROS: *Quick Check in *Friendly gentleman at breakfast *Easy parking CONS: *Very weird smell and humid hallways * Not queen beds dont be decieved....more like full *Terrible Pillows *Asked for more pillows and was told everythin was locked up and the guy left with the key *Pool not fully functional and dirty

The pool was non working. The hotel was supposed to be a non smoking facility but the rooms and linens smelled like smoke. The hallways smelled like weed. We complained to the front desk. The area around the property was very scary. People just walked all around. In a terrible location between non safe motels. Security didn’t seem great.

Good location, friendly staff, clean room, bathroom, and lobby. Quiet through the night and until departure. Our only slight inconvenience was the pool was not open, which we assumed it would be in June, but we did not attempt to confirm it prior to the trip.

Our room was large, clean and comfortable. There were several issues however. We were there for three nights, and the elevator was out of sevice soon after we arrived, and had not been repaired when we left. We were on the third floor and had to use the stairs, which caused some difficulties as I have knee problems, and my wife does as well. The other problem was thar we had no made service the entire stay.

The only good thing about my stay was that I was able to check in early. First, there was an odor in the hallways and the room that was overwhelming. The tub had marks and stains in it and the drain was broken. There were pieces of the room either peeling apart or falling apart. There were stains on the rags, towels, sheets, etc. Housekeeping was nonexistent. It was extremely noisy every morning around 6-7am with doors slamming and heavy traffic in the hallways. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. The tv in the room barely working, kept giving a no signal message. No one looked happy to be there. My room key was deactivated during my stay. I ended up checking out a day earlier than expected but was still charged for the extra night….never again.

I will probably never stay at a LaQuinta again. Found to roaches (one dead one alive) in the bathroom and had to stay the first night (too late to get another room). If that wasn’t bad enough dogs started barking at 830 and did not stop until 945. Left after the first night and stayed at a different hotel in the area. Even worse assistant manager did not seem concerned by the situation at all!

Great check in and breakfast. Noisy halls. Pet friendly, so dogs barking late and early. The metal platform beds made noise when you moved. This was the second time we stayed. We won't be back.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean and smelled nice. My only complaint is that there was a bit of a gap under the room door so the hallway noise was very audible. Otherwise our stay was nice. Would stay here again.

It took us 4 tries to get a room that did not smell like urine or marijuana. Once we got a clean room and fell asleep a staffer tried to break into our room and say for us to get out . He had a screwdriver trying to get the safety lock off our door. Was a scary and unsettling experience. Then we found out later that the guy who checked us in did not change our room in the computer. Also, all halls and elevators smelled like marijuana. In our travels We will never stay in another La Quinta hotel and we will definitely let our friends and family know of our traumatic experiences.

Desk clerk was not trained. Sent us to a room that was already occupied!! After we woke them up trying to get in, they told us they had been moved to that room because the one they first were given had not been cleaned. This chain has gone downhill since Wyndham took over. I thought Wyndham would have improved the old chain, but the opposite is true.

Easy access off I-95 the room felt very clean which we really appreciate in a hotel. One thing that was a downside was that you could easily hear the notice from the rooms around you and also they don’t offer a crib or pack and play if you are traveling with little ones and looking for that option. But overall we had a nice stay.

I found this to be a great hotel for the price. Check in was friendly and efficient, rooms were clean. Great location just off I-95. Convenient to bars, restaurants and shopping. The complimentary breakfast offered hot options and was very good.

Check-In was quick and the front desk personnel was courteous and efficient. Room and bathroom were very clean and it appeared as if the room that my wife and I stayed was freshly painted and refurbished. We enjoyed going shopping at the nearby Carolina Premium Outlets.

The shower was either scorching hot or cold cold. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was not in very good shape. The upholstery was worn off of the benches. Food was not kept replenished wiped off and countertops weren’t wiped down, etc. Not a lot of pride of ownership.

The room was dirty and noisy at night. The breakfast was limited, not enough selections. No hot food, sternos were empty, when I asked the woman said the person who takes csre of the food didn't come in. Very disappointed!

Stayed one night halfway to our NJ visit due to our familiarity with the area. Looks like hotel was recently updated and rooms look fresh and modern. However they forgot about replacing mattresses, which had springs hitting my back every toss and turn. Breakfast was good, but as a paying customer I can’t see feeding staff and their children while I am waiting for a cup of coffee or a muffin. It was okay but we won’t return.

I found this to be a great hotel for the price. Check in was friendly and efficient, rooms were clean. Great location just off I-95. Convenient to bars, restaurants and shopping. The complimentary breakfast offered hot options and was very good.

La propriété et notre chambre était très propre. L’hôtel est bien entretenu. La piscine était agréable et propre elle aussi. C’est un bel arrêt pour nous. Il y a des restaurants près de l’hôtel et des stations d’essence.

Clean, comfortable bed is the only positive thing I can say. Well, the 4 free EV chargers that fully charge overnight was pretty awesome too. Despite the overwhelming odor of chemical cleaner, the floor was filthy, as evidenced by my blackened socks. The entire building was extremely humid to the point that all furniture and bedding felt damp, my towel wouldn’t dry, plus my mold allergy went into hyper drive. We had friends staying at Hampton with the same humidity issue though. Front desk staff was very kind and tried to help. Breakfast offerings were pretty good too. Just couldn’t get past the filthy floors, overwhelming cleaner odor, humidity, and mold.
