The staff were all kind and friendly, the beds were comfortable, the pool was open and the breakfast was better than some hotel breakfast. Unfortunately, these were the only positive points to our stay. The hotel interior is quite dated. Carpet in the hallways and rooms was very stained, furniture was chipped/falling apart, door keys did not work properly and once you finally got key to work the door had to be body slammed to open. The step in the deeper end of the pool and the hand rail in the shallow end were very loose and a danger, in my opinion. The restroom in the pool area was absolutely beyond disgusting!!!!

Overall we were happy. The room was big enough and the beds were comfy- the pull out was not. We arrived right at 3 and our room wasn't ready.The sink in the room didn't work. The pool wasn't very clean and there were no pool towels available. There also wasn't a bathroom near the pool. Those are minor issues and otherwise everything went well.

Condition of hotel rooms were awful. Very dirty .. we had 2 towels total for two people and they were folded back up dirty from the previous guest. Carpet is crunchy.they did not have hot water on 2 floors we were one of those and no heat at all on one entire floor. Low last night was 26. Holes in our bathroom door. Overall terrible experience. We checked out and left early along with other guest .

Stop we were put in a room that had mold spores underneath our bed and on the bedding as well as the owner would not refund me the money per the light hang down from the business center with water pouring out in the sheetrock on the floor as well as the dryer didn't work as well as it should also was told to leave and they would refund me the money after I left but now they won't answer our phone calls and my daughter's tablet was left there and no one will return the phone calls as well as it is definitely a toxic environment to stay in when you have asthma was dizzy the whole time

Property has a few maintenance issues. Cig butts around front door, badly worn door mat and dirty cushions on lobby furniture. Room had a hole in the wall behind the door needing patching. Stay was good but above issues creeped out my wife.Breakfast staff was very efficient constantly cleaning the area, Food was good. Check in went smoothly. Room was clean.

We booked this property because it had a pool and the weather was sunny and over 80 degrees. After checking in, we discovered the pool is actually only open a few months out of the year. Since swimming season in Texas is the end of March through the beginning of October, we were surprised and disappointed. The pool should not have been advertised. The staff were very nice. The room and facilities showed signs of wear but were mostly clean. The beds were very nice. It is on a busy road but was still very quiet. Breakfast was great. Overall a good hotel.

When I arrived on the first night, I noticed mold in the bathroom. I checked in at almost midnight due to a work event but had prepaid for my 3 night stay. I called to the front desk and asked for a new room but was told there were no more. I asked for a new room the next day or a refund. My intent was to move to a new hotel. I was told I could be moved after 3pm but would have to talk to management about a refund. I called the next morning from work and was told they would call me back. I received no call back. I returned to the hotel that night and stopped at the front desk as I still wanted a new room or to be refunded and move. I was told that there was no more mold in the room and it was taken care of. Once I got to the room, I noticed that they just painted over it. By this time it was once again almost midnight. Exhausted from 16 hour shifts, I just left it alone since they clearly did not want to help. I’ve now checked out and gone home and have been diagnosed with a respiratory infection that was told more than likely came from the mold. Stay somewhere else.

There were noisy people beside and beneath us. There was mold on the curtains and the bathroom ceiling. The wood was rotted on the refrigerator and there were bugs in the bathroom and under a pillow. The clerk just said she would tell maintenance. The manager was “busy,” and couldn’t speak to me.

Unfortunately, immediately upon entering the room, we found a live bed bug. They offered a second room where we found signs of bed bugs, so they offered a third room. It was questionable, so I just couldn't chance it. The staff was very nice and really tried to help us, but we just couldn't stay there.

Decent enough for the price. It could have been a bit cleaned in the common areas, but the room was very clean and comfortable enough. The common areas were dusty in places, with quite a few lights out throughout the property. It's a bit worn in places, but if you want a clean room and a comfortable bed on the cheap, this is a good option. I'd stay here again.

This was my first time staying on the third floor, and it was quite uncomfortable because the lights from the tennis courts across the street were too bright and stayed on all night. The curtains didn’t fully close, which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, my stay was comfortable.

Room was clean, but in disrepair. 1. Broken lamp shade 2. burned out bulbs 3. broken door lock 4. Water damage on bottom of bathroom door 5. Highly damaged door covering refrigerator storage cabinet and also interior of cabinet where refrigerator is housed. However, bed was comfortable, room was quiet, breakfast was good- dining area was clean. Staff was very nice.

The pillows are so soft they barely hold shape when you lay your head down. Our room faces the back of the hotel and the curtains that block light cannot be closed so we had the outside lights shining in the whole time. We got there 10 minutes before check in and they didn’t have the room ready

Easy check in and attentive staff. However, I don’t appreciate the room we were in to not have any sound proofing between it and the kitchen. Every morning starting around 5 there was constant banging and loud noises coming into our room and waking us up. All through the night staff or visitors banging thru doors and closing loudly woke us up. I can only speak for this room tho. Probably will try other hotels in the future.

The room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and pillows were soft. The only complaint would be some of the paint was peeled off from the ceiling and the shower does not have a door just a curtain. Friendly staff and spacious eating area for the free breakfast are excellent

The only negative about this hotel was the noise. Sounds from upstairs carried through the ceiling like it was paper. Plus, the door had a one inch space under it, so hallway sounds were loud also. Other than the noise, everything was very nice.

Once I got to the room, I noticed that they just painted over it. By this time it was once again almost midnight. Exhausted from 16 hour shifts, I just left it alone since they clearly did not want to help. I’ve now checked out and gone home and have been diagnosed with a respiratory infection that was told more than likely came from the mold. Stay somewhere else.

When I arrived on the first night, I noticed mold in the bathroom. I checked in at almost midnight due to a work event but had prepaid for my 3 night stay. I called to the front desk and asked for a new room but was told there were no more. I asked for a new room the next day or a refund. My intent was to move to a new hotel. I was told I could be moved after 3pm but would have to talk to management about a refund. I called the next morning from work and was told they would call me back. I received no call back. I returned to the hotel that night and stopped at the front desk as I still wanted a new room or to be refunded and move. I was told that there was no more mold in the room and it was taken care of. This property was a health hazard. There was mold, holes in the washroom stuffed with toilet paper, stains on the sheets and blankets, dirty towels, damp carpeting, the fridge cabinet clearly had water damage and mold and dust. They proceeded to show me other rooms and they were all the same. The assistant manager Stephanie was extremely rude and not helpful at all. When I asked to check out early due to the issues she proceeded to try to charge me full price the stay and when I brought up the issues regarding the cleanliness she asked us to leave the hotel. It was a horrible experience.

The front desk clerk was very understanding and helped us get an early room. We had drove from Houston to attend a wedding and the room was not available for us to change. And Andrea was very understanding and helped us with our room. Thanks again Andrea! Secondly, the hallway carpet was smelling in the hallway on the third floor. You can see the carpet was dirty as well. Overall it was a great stay.

it's the little things that matter... 1st morning - no water in breakfast area... when I asked the attendant she dismissingly told me water was around the corner down the hall at a water fountain... that evening I expressed to the night manager who was gracious and apologized for for her response and said he would let morning folks know... next morning... again no water... I saw the same attendant eye balling me on the slight... I said nothing... and when I left the area... a voice, with attitude rang out " have a good day... sir"... mega passive aggressive...when checking out... I again mentioned the lack of water to the morning manager and was told the water dispenser has been broke several days ago. I believe that was unacceptable... bottled water could have been provided or even a pitcher of water set out. My interpretation is that they did not care. My morning ritual is 10 - 14 ounces of water... not orange juice full of sugar. Beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel was ideal... and rooms spacious... it was the attitude of the attendant that got my goat ... I would not put up with that nor do I put up with that kind of attitude with my employees. People matter... period. Water is a rather basic expectation... a simple fix. I will NOT be staying there again and aggressively communicate to others DONT STAY THERE.... THEY DON'T CARE!! Jim .

First time visiting Bryan. I booked this stay last minute. Everything was great. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was nice. No complaints! The guy that check me in was very welcoming and professional. I believe his name was Christopher.

Beds were very comfortable. Bathtubs are rare these days, glad this hotel still has them. Even though the hotel is near the highway, traffic noise was not an issue. Some touch ups could be done on furniture.

The room were great but the breakfast was not that great. The OJ was watered down and so was the coffee. The waffles kept sticking on the iron plate. I asked if they had non sticking spray and they put something on it that kinda helped but it still sticked.

Service was great, room comfortable,except broken drain on bathroom floor which almost tripped . Was told breakfast is between 6-9 am but failed to say no breakfast for Monday . There was cold food and no microwave to warm anything.

Shower warm at best nothing but problems with front desk most of front desk could not blow there nose without calling manager no breakfast on Mondays only reason for 2 stars was for maid service and breakfast people when there. So many other choices in area I would not recommend Disappointing for choice hotel

The room was fine, but there was a funky smell in the hallway. The pool was Greenland closed, the business office was closed, the breakfast was sparse, and the elevator makes popping rattling noises like it’s going to die any minute. The check-in staff was fine, but the day staff was rude and unhelpful. We come to College Station and Bryan often, but will not be staying here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. He responded quickly when we couldn't get the TV to work, and had it going in no time. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't have time to eat breakfast either morning, but it smelled great.

So I found this property on Hotels.com. It started okay and normally I shoot for hotels with 9 stars and up but there were hardly any hotels with a reasonable rate for one night, we just needed to sleep comfortably after my daughters games in a tournament. 1st issue was they have “A” washer and dryer but no detergent or quarters available to use it so you have to go to the store. But nevertheless we went and got what we needed. 2nd issue was after we get done washing her uniforms we lay down for bed because we needed to get up at 8:00am and it is 12:00 am, when we start hearing running, jumping, and thumping above us. I call downstairs on my cell because the room phone did not work and inform the lady at the front desk and she says she will take care of it. Well it continued and I called back and still nothing was done because I finally just cut the tv on to drown the noise as much as possible. It began again at 5:30 am the next morning. 3rd issue was the room was extra hot. The air came on maybe 2 times during the night and it was on 68. 4th issue was since we were up we decided to check out early, in leaving the room roaches began to appear. So when I got to the desk I asked to be accommodated for the said issues and was told to call on Monday. I asked for my receipt and was told I could not get one since I booked with a 3rd party but I always book through Hotels.com and they always give me a receipt. I did get the receipt, FINALLY! So 0 out of 10, do NOT recommend!
