Kaanapali Maui at the Eldorado by OUTRIGGER

The property had all amenities including utensils and plenty of cleaning supplies. The property was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful view. The property was quiet and it was great sleeping here. Also, it was within walking distance of a nice clean and calm beach. But there is also a shuttle that can take you to the beach. The gym and the three pools were a plus and well mantained. Overall a beautiful property and a great stay. I would come back and recommend to others.

Property was nice, convenient location and walkable to beach. Clean. Communication was pretty minimal but they stored bags when we arrived early. Apparently offer golf cart rides to beach but did not tell us. Cabana has full kitchen but closes early. Downsides are that there was some concrete work being done on a nearby unit during the day which was so loud it rendered the pool impossible due to the noise and even our patio was rendered unusable by the noise. Same with the mowing of the grass which seemed to be constant. We also were only given regular pans rather than nonstick which is completely fine but having nonstick cooking spray would’ve been very convenient since buying it for a short trip seems to be a waste.

Warm greeting. Easy check-in and check-out process. Spacious condo. Shower over tub didn't drain. I was standing in 1 1/2" of dirty shower water daily until they came and made repairs. The water temperature is often lukewarm, at best. It's only hot after the water heater has been left alone for a few hours. All other facets of the condo were in good working order. TIP: Use the washing machine or dishwasher during the middle of the day when no one is showering -- and not back to back. There's simply not enough hot water to go around for a family of four. Why do I feel condensation droplets while lying in my bed? Is that from the A/C vent?!? The cabana is a free, noisy, unfriendly golf cart ride away from the condos that closes early. Parking is not ideal. It's either a small outdoor lot near registration, or a super-low garage that your SUV will not fit in the bottom two floors -- shows you how old this place is. (Be very careful when opening your rear lift gate as it will hit the ceiling of the garage -- especially, if it's motorized.) I'm guessing Outrigger bought this property for its footprint and future potential here on the northern part of Ka'anapali. Once they endure the Maui permitting process, I suspect this dated property will be leveled and turned into a first class destination worthy of the Outrigger branding. Until then, I'd recommend that you look elsewhere.

Property is in a great location . I think some things in our room could’ve been updated . The gym was tiny and could use more options . All in all it was a pretty decent property

Was really happy with this property. Very quiet when we were there. Our unit was really close to the pool and a bit of a walk to the beach, but they do offer golf carts to take you to the beach if you want. Shopping/restaurants were easily walkable for us either beachside or the road. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this resort. The units are consistently clean and kept up-to-date. The pool is consistently ready for use every day. I was really impressed this time with the barbecue grills that anytime we wanted to use them. They looked brand new as if no one had even use them. The staff is friendly and kind and willing to help you out, however they can. I love the shuttle option that you can take to Whalers village. There are tons of birds when you sit out to eat outside that are beautiful and consistently singing. We always see beautiful little geckos. We had a 12 day stay. My only wish was that we had extra towels because we ended up having to launder things quite a bit. Additionally, extra garbage bags would’ve been really helpful since there were four of us staying and we cooked quite a bit in our unit. Being in a tropical area, you have to expect that you will see some insect activity occasionally, but it was very minimal. We will definitely be back.

Just finished a 1 week stay at Kaanapali Maui and we loved our time here. Friendly staff, easy parking, big rooms, nice sized pool, great cabana with bathroom, shower, towels and beach chairs. Trolly to near by shopping and restaurants, parking abundant underground. Didn’t care for carpeting in our room but each rental is different. Ours could have used a little update but we enjoyed nonetheless, and would def return!

My husband and I stayed there with our daughter and son-in-law; we had plenty of room where we didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. The property had several pools which were never crowded. It was very convenient to get to the beach either by free shuttle ride, or to just walk ( which took about 15 minutes). This was our first time in Maui and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Excellent desk and phone service. Easy checkin and out. Our very nive large room had everthing you would need. 3 pools and easy self parking.

The overall property was very nice, although we don't golf. employees on the property are very friendly. We loved the large pool, (not shown on the website) the Cabana, beautiful ocean. Parking was available, but tight, height very low. The room location was good, however the room is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, ceiling to floor. Painting and general repairs and replacement of washer/dryer etc. Larger mugs would help, and placemats. Since we have stayed at another Outrigger facility, Napili Shores, we had high expectations.

Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Really enjoyed having base start up materials especially even laundry detergent. Having an in suite washer drier was wonderful. The accommodations were clean, quiet and spacious. The grounds were nice and well kept. Access to the beach cabana was a great addition to staying here. It was a short walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Unit B203 was spacious, but the furniture is dated, the washing machine was broken, and there were cockroaches in the dishes and floor area. The partial view of the ocean was minimal. Most of the staff was friendly but the first front desk worker we encountered was not welcoming at all. The smoke detector alarm went off every time we cooked as there is no vent, we had to open all the windows and doors to turn off the alarm.

We stayed one night here. The check in person told us that it was owned and managed by an offsite group and to call them if needed. Our bed linens were dirty (obviously had not been changed). We tried to call the property manager but the office was closed. The front desk was able to reach the property manager and she came to change the sheets. She was only going to change the flat sheet until we insisted she change the entire bed. We were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience

Wow! This was our second stay on this property and we loved it. Everything about this experience was positive. Walking distance to black rock, quality view of the ocean from the room, and a very clean and nice room. We will come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

Front door didn’t close easily, automatic closure didn’t work, dishwasher was not securely installed under counter, hung out, microwave broken. Multiple calls to front desk for assistance were not returned. When we called about micowave, they were good to bring counter top microwave. Called front desk about no power once in kitchen, and they reset the power. Called for assistance with TV remotes and got no response. Bottoms of our feet were black from the grim on floors ( that wasn’t visible) upon wiping floor with paper towel, it was very dirty. There was a Swiffer mop available so I washed floors. Unit sleeps 4. Other couple were without full bedding due to wrong size sheets for sofa bed. When we told Outrigger they apologized and offered to correct problem but our company only stayed with us one night. Given the Lahaina fires, staffing may be an issue. We were charged a cleaning fee of plus taxes.,as well as a damage fee of plus taxes, that will hopefully be refunded.

Very pleasant stay! Would definitely recommend. Its nice and quiet and close to Whaler’s Village. The only thing I didn’t like is the few roaches i saw in my room.

This place is awesome. Probably the best place to stay in this area it’s a condo so it’s not a crappy hotel room with no space or kitchen. I had 2 bathrooms a full kitchen a living room a huge balcony with perfect sunset views and the ocean. I will be back

We loved the Maui Eldorado. The condo decor was perhaps a bit dated, but the room overall was great, spacious, and had lots of amenities. Would stay here again.

Needs updating and deeper clean but large suite with lots of space to spread out. Great location. Good parking and great amenities like the beach cabana and free golf cart rides to the beach. Necessities right accross the street, food, snorkel shop, convenience store etc.

We feel very comfortable at this resort, and have been back several times. This time we had problems with the (new) washing machine - they had several attempts to fix it, then moved us to an adjacent condo. These problems happen from time - but don’t spoil a vacation when management is responsive like this.

The GM , Ruby, accommodated us when we were not feeling well and got us checked in early. That’s the kind of service that goes above and beyond! We will be back time in time again!

Our flight was canceled we had to rebook. Called management twice and both got picked up quickly and both got warmly reassured. We arrived to find our suite ready. Spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and china. Good location. Walk to beach and shops. We had to checkout early in the morning but found the office already open. Would recommend to friends.

What a gem! Beautiful property. Incredible location. Safe and quiet. You could walk to so many places/shops/restaurants. The beach is incredible! The views are spectacular. Can’t wait to return!

I am so glad we booked here!! The staff was so nice and helped us with our bags and everything else we needed on our trip. It was a very nice and quiet complex that was walkable to whalers village, black rock beach, and the private beach cabana. Will be recommending everyone to stay here!

For those who weren’t aware like me, this is a condo. There is no cleaning services or towel services. You have to launder your own towels. They provided 2 boxes of laundry detergent but if you need more, will have to purchase yourself. We stayed there for 6 days and had to do laundry quite often just for clean towels after going to the beach, pool, etc. Also no restaurant or bar on site. Very lovely and quiet condo.

I liked walking around the golf course. They have a cabana that has chairs and bathrooms, so convenient. Tons of food options within a 10-15 minute walk. Bbqd once, worked great. The grounds are like a garden, there was a mango tree outside of our rental. There is a little store right across the street that sells booze and snacks and other stuff.
