Mirabilis Boutique Hotel

Et lille nyt hotel, lidt uden for byen. Hotellet har ingen swimming pool, så vi købte os ind ved nabo hotellet. Hotellet er ikke bemandet 24/7, så OBS at der ingen personale er om natten.

Clean room and friendly staff. Parking and breakfast is available. Not far from the center of Kalambaka. The gate and front door will be closed after 23:30pm. Great experience!

Voilà un établissement qui joue la carte du design … en Grèce ce n’est pas si souvent ! c’est donc remarquable. Quasi neuf, bien pensé, bien placé ( la ville est accessible à pied à 10 minutes), intimiste (juste quelques chambres) - Isolation phonique performante, une literie de qualité. Petit déjeuner avec croissant, beurre et fruit frais :-) Alex et sa collègue aux petits soins … bref, 3 nuits parfaites, Je regrette juste que la description sur le site hôtel.com ne soit pas aussi parfaite que sur le site de l’hôtel ! non, toutes les chambres double supérieures n’ont pas la vue sur les Météores, même en se penchant sur le côté ! la 203 est à l’opposé des Météores et donne sur un chantier ( des chambres supplémentaires et une petite piscine qui ne sera pas forcément assez grande pour autant de chambres 🤔, pour les années futures). Malgré tout, vu les excellentes prestations je recommande cet établissement… sauf la chambre 203 si vous souhaitez déjeuner dans votre chambre face aux Météores. (je confirme : le bassin devant l’hôtel n’est ni une piscine ni un pédiluve ! c’est un élément de décoration ! Peut être en 2027 la piscine sera-t-elle finie ? )

We chose Mirabilis because of its pet-friendlyness and got so much more than expected. The hotel is beautifully located in a rural area but still close to town and the monastries of Meteora. It is a walled and at night gated property, which makes you feel very secure. Apart from that the grounds are also beautifully designed and maintained with an extreme care. The hotel itself is brand-new, with a design and funtionality that is top-notch. We stayed in the signature-suite, which apart from its modern and at the same time unbelievably cozy interior has got a huge balcony that offers you stunning views of the mountains. We enjoyed these views especially at night (which is very very calm there), accompanied by a glass of wine, which is from a local vineyard and absolutely delicious (you can take red, rose or white, they are all excellent). The wine is served with a wonderful selection of nuts, dried fruit and/or cold cuts as well as cheese, depending on the wine you chose. The staff is unbelievably friendly and makes you feel at home immediately. We were welcomed very warmly by Alexis, who provided us with all the information about the hotel, our room (I especially loved the automatically moving curtains) and Meteora. Evi took care of is in the morning and provided us with a wonderful breakfast, which consists of a lovely little Buffet as wall as a wonderful a la carte selection. We can only recommend staying in this gem of a hotel and will definitely come back in the future.
