Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Savannah I-95 North

Hotel location was easy find using gps map and it was conveniently located off I/95. It does have a small outdoor pool and fitness center. Staff was cordial and accommodating. Parking is adequate.

I found this hotel pretty nice and clean. Everything seems really up-to-date. Only downside is that the pool was closed (water a bit green). The lobby sitting area is right cozy and the dining/breakfast area was clean and nice. Though I didn't partake, the breakfast bar appeared to have some hot items as well as cereals, yogurts, breads, fruits and juices. The room was nice and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was spacious with a large walk-in shower that was very nice and modern. Overall, a nice stay. Gotta get that pool cleaned.

We will definitely stay again. We used the fitness room and it had everything we needed in there, and the breakfast was ample. 👍👍

Kids loved the pool.. breakfast was ok.

They have level 2 EV chargers free to use on a first come first serve basis. Was easy to get a full charge by the morning.

24-hr fitness centre; bed a shade soft for me personally, but I still had a very good sleep!

Hotel was very nice. Except the one Elevator light kept flickering off on. The front desk said it had been doing that since yesterday and they were trying to get it fixed. Otherwise, it was a nice place. The staff was very nice.

Loved the EV charging stations, however some people with non EV’s blocked the space. It would be nice to remind guests with non EV’s that those places are reserved for charging electric vehicules.

The room smelled bad and was absolutely disgusting. I had to request a change immediately. When I booked the room, the hotel did not mention that it was pet-friendly. I have no issue with a hotel being pet-friendly, as long as they properly clean the rooms afterward — but clearly, they did not. I will never stay here again.

My stay at the hotel was overall pretty good and the only complaints I have is that upon entering my room the table by the bed still had liquid remnants on it from a sticky beverage and a female’s eye lashes stuck to the phone. I was so exhausted I just cleaned it up and went to bed. My only other suggestion is that the beds need to be updated because the floor would have been softer. Again overall the hotel stay was fantastic.

Check in was good. Wi-Fi was not working properly. Had to bring my laptop down to the desk for the girl to help but she couldn't help so I finally after 10 tries go into the WIFI. Room smelled like mold or stale smoke. I had to ask the cleaning girl for some spray. Breakfast was good but sparse. Kept running out of things coffee, eggs, muffins. No bread just bagels. Girls need to be more attentive to these things instead of standing in the kitchen on their phones. I usually stay at Fairfield Inn when we travel,but this was a disappointing stay at this Fairfield Inn and it was the most expensive on my trip.

The hotel was accessible, very clean, with super friendly staff.

Bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Fluffy towels. Bed was very comfortable and linens good quality.

Pictures are a tad deceiving on website. Room was not very clean in regard to the shower. The bed was comfy but if you bumped the mattress it would slide on the bed frame. Very dark inside with a musty smell. Noisy area.

This property has both bedbugs and cockroaches. We switched from the 1st floor to the 3rd, and experienced these bugs. The manager will tell you that they will contact a pest control company but its just a scam. I have pictures to prove what we experienced. They just dont want their reputation tarnished. IF you stay here make sure to educate yourself on evidence of bedbugs in a hotel room, check for bug bites and do not place your luggage on the bed or the floor. Disgusting.

The hotel main lobby, our room, and whole property was spotlessly clean! The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, smelled wonderful, and was truly clean. There is a free breakfast in the lobby, and even a small pool outside. We stayed here as a stopover during a long drive, and I would definitely stay here again!

Good location for maybe a one night stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was slow draining bathtub which made for having to stand in above ankle water while taking a shower. I did fail to mention this issue during checkout time.

Clean and very modern rooms. Beds are comfortable and hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice staff. Breakfast offerings were better than most. Clean. Nicer than most. Could hear highway traffic all night. Bed was not very comfortable. It is tucked away behind other hotels. A challenge to find at night.

Lightning in the room left a lot to be desired Otherwise everything else was great

Tucked behind several other hotels, but easy to find using my GPS. Really friendly front staff, well appointed room with generous standard and USB outlets. Comfortable and clean beds and bedding. Downsides were anemic water pressure in shower, and lack of ceiling lighting (traveling with 90yo mom who had difficulty seeing in the room) although task lighting well placed. Heard not a peep from any neighboring rooms. Delicious and broad assortment of breakfast buffet choices (the oatmeal bar worked well for me, a vegan, while mom enjoyed the quiche and breakfast biscuits).

Very nice, clean, spacious room. Bed was very comfortable. This hotel allows you to regulate the temperature of the room, which is greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was noisy. Could hear interstate traffic. People above us had children that kept stomping on floor. They came back to their room at 11:30 waking us up with noise and talking.

The air conditioner was loud and heard alot of road noise

It’s upper 90s outside and the AC doesn’t work in the room.

Staff was exceptional

The hotel cancelled my reservation without my acknowledgment before my arrival so i had to rebook the room with additional charge. I am very unhappy about it. I told them about it they said they sent an email about it just 3 hrs before my checkin. who would check email during travel??? I only had a room for 1 night. Terrible service.

It started off well - friendly check in. When I pulled back the sheets to get in bed, there were numerous “bug parts.” They looked like bug legs. I called down and the young woman who was friendly upon check in was no longer so friendly. She told me I could come fine and get done sheets to make the bed. I told her I was a guest at the hotel and didn’t feel it was my responsibility to change the sheets. She moved me to another room (I was exhausted after driving and had no desire to change sheets or rooms). When I went fine for the new room key, she didn’t speak to me. Very rude. There was no “I’m sorry there was an issue with your room.” No customer service skills. The worse part was the next morning when I was checking out. I started to mention it to the man at the desk and he interrupted me and said my name. He proceeded to tell me that housekeeping had inspected the room and there was nothing in the sheets. That they were completely clean. I tried to tell him I didn’t understand his that could be and tried to show him the pictures I had taken. Time and date stamped the night before-clearly after I had checked in and before I switched rooms. He REFUSED to even look at the pictures and ARGUED with me, saying I was making it up. I was shocked. The customer is WRONG! Honestly, it was the craziest and worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I paid good money to stay at this hotel, had dirty sheets, and I was the one who was treated with disrespect!!

Front Desk Staff was extremely pleasant, answered all questions, informed me of all amenities! When I walked away from checking in, I felt like I was Home for the Night!!

No communication between front desk staff,we had to change our first day plans because of the mistake they made.

Our 3 night stay was great. Victoria, at the front desk is Awesome, very helpful! Everyone is nice & friendly. Good complimentary breakfast with lots of variety. Rooms are clean & comfortable. I’m just not a big fan of the mattress being on a platform—though I didn’t ask the front desk for another room.

We arrived at 2:56 and the young lady at the desk said she needed to verify if our room was ready. She placed a call and informed me that they were short on help and she called someone to go see if our room was ready. That woman then left 5 minutes later since her shift was over. What we found out 10 minutes later was she never passed this information on to her replacement. We eventually got our room but the lack of communication and professionalism of the first employee left us standing in the lobby for 25 minutes longer than needed.

Cafeteria staff was rude, not so friendly 😒

Room was clean and comfortable. Area was convenient. Just off interstate and easy to get to downtown Savannah.

Location is very convenient for those traveling along 95. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The only problem was finding it once I got off the exit. I would like to see a sign along main road because it is behind two other hotels and not easy to find. GPS got me to entrance, but I had to guess from there.

Then Address to the Hotel is virtually non existent. GPS doesn't recognize it and even the locals we asked had never heard of Raley Road. The phone listed online for the property is a restaurant. Made it quite stressful getting there. The bathroom door didn't shut. The surrounding area is quite congested and much traffic.

Very comfortable. Close to the HWY. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel and room were great and clean and spacious. We had a little trouble figuring out how to get to it as its setback off the main road. A bit commercial area and not very pedestrian friendly

The hotel is located at the traffic area and there are trucks constantly. The good point is that there is a good restaurant (Georgia Comfort Kitchen) nearby.

Close to airport and I95

Finding the Fairfield Inn was difficult. The view of the hotel from the road is blocked by a building and signage for a competing chain. Traffic patterns in the area are confusing and frustrating. Once we found the hotel, we were happy to find plenty of parking, an immaculate facility, and a friendly and helpful staff. The room is comfortable and well furnished. We are pleased to be staying here.

The room was good, not the cleanest. Breakfast was very poor, there was no coffee, no pancakes, no options and only one employee was working trying to replace the breakfast food while the others were talking. We always stay at Marriott hotels but this one was not the best.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk service upon arrival was pretty good. Hallways clean and presentable. Parking was terrible after 7pm. Had to linger outside for someone to leave in order to take their spot. Although breakfast ends at 10am, they stopped making breakfast around 9:15am! When we asked front desk when more food was coming out we were told that whatever was there (3 English muffin with Swiss cheese) is what was left of the breakfast. That upset us.

Getting a water view room was delightful. Stayed at a Fairfield inn in n Plymouth for a few days prior and their breakfast ended at 9:30 am. Came down at this property at 9:00 am and everything was cleaned up. Wish the young lady that checked me in mentioned the hotel breakfast hours. Luckily there is a Starbucks in the lobby, so I could grab something before heading to the airport.
