The night security staff's attitude is very bad. It leaves a bad impression.

Rooms are smaller and darker than they appear. The balcony is basically there to house air conditioning units. We were basically facing someone’s living room, no space between buildings and no sunlight. No bathrobes, no slippers. You had to ask for pots and pans, utensils and even hand towels. Some of the gym equipment didn’t work. We booked in to another hotel halfway through as it was ruining our stay. Overall not what we expected and not as good as the reviews say or have what is advertised. Tuktuk service was great though and the staff did try to help.

I would like to stay here again because the staff are very kind and always have a smile on their faces.
