Otele girdiğimiz andan son dakikaya kadar güler yüzlü çalışanlarla karşılaştık. Ailecek eğlenceli bir tatil geçirdik. Otel çok büyük olduğundan havuz başında da şezlong bulamama sorunu hiç yaşamadık. Telefonda uygulama üzerinden sipariş vermek ve a la carte rezervasyonu yapılması da kolaylıktı.

Nous nous y sommes rendus 2 semaines à cheval entre avril et mai. l'hotel était vide à plus de 50% mais nous n'avons pas pu profité des avantages d'Expedia (notamment le surclassement). L'hotel est sublime, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, le service est bien et le personnel aux petits soins. C'est la deuxième fois que nous y allons, la période était creuse donc il n'y avait pas l'animation attendu ni les soirées (elles ont commencé en mai seulement). Le restaurant également n'avait pas totalement ouvert donc cela nous a un peu déçu. Nous avons pris une chambre dans la zone adulte et donc pouvions profité de la piscine de l'espace Adulte, toutefois les travaux sur la rive d'en face rendait cela impossible car trop de bruit. Ce n'est pas de leur faute mais il est bon de le savoir avant d'y aller.

4 yaşındaki oğlumuzla gittik. Herşey mükemmeldi. Otelin yemekleri denizi havuzu hizmeti herşey harikaydı. Uzun zaman sonra uzun bir süre konaklayacağımız oteli bulduk diyebiliriz. Çalışanlar gayet ilgili güleryüzlü, odalar çok geniş bakımlı ve konforlu. Otel temiz ve hijyenik görünüyordu. Su kaydırakları çok yeterli üst seviye. Aile sahilleri için korunaklı bir deniz içinde havuz yapmışlar nerdeyse. Denizi çok güzel kum.

Zu 95% nur Engländer, die verbleibenden 5% teilen sich Russen, Türken und Deutsche. Wer morgens eine Liege möchte musste früh aufstehen, denn hier wird ab 6/7 Uhr fleißig reserviert und dann teilweise gar nicht gekommen oder nur einmal kurz. Kenne es aus keinem anderem Barut Hotel, dass so etwas geduldet wird. Das Personal kommt mit den Getränken am Pool teilweise durch zu wenig Personal nicht hinterher und leider nur an einigen liegen QR-Codes somit muss man warten bis irgendwann der Kellner kommt oder sich selbst brav in der Reihe anstellen und das heißt warten, da meist nur 1 Barkeeper da ist, die anderen drei waschen ab oder füllen nach und auf. Wir hatten in der Chipsschüssel eine Feder drin, was gar nicht sein kann, ein absolutes No-Go! Da am Familypool sehr viele Spatzen unterwegs sind, wäre es schön wenn die Liegen und Tische abends und morgens gereinigt werden, denn der Kot ist überall. Häufig vom Vorabend noch Müll an der Liege somit viele Ameisen über Nacht. Am Hotel und teilweise an den Balkonen Nesterbau der Vögel somit sehr laut zum schlafen und vollgekriegt der Balkon inkl. der Möbel und der darauf lüftenden Kleidung. Zimmerwechsel war möglich auf Nachfrage in ein kleineres Zimmer somit ein downgrade ohne das es Geld zurück gibt oder eins mit direkt 2 Nestern dran oder eins direkt neben der Küchenlüftung. Somit sind wir dort geblieben ab 4/5 Uhr sehr laut durch die schreienden Vogelbabys und deren Mama! Mindestens 10x Stromausfall in 12 Tagen Aufenthalt.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, all the staff were super friendly and helpful especially the staff in guest relations. My only reservation was we came in April for our wedding anniversary with friends and many of the amenities were closed, children’s water park, various bars and only 2 a la carte restaurants open, saying that they were lovely, the main restaurants food was of a very high standard compared to many hotels in this region. This hotel is split into different sections, ie family, community and adult which is a nice feature but it is very big and for people with disabilities this could be a problem, I do believe you can request travel buggies which will help immensely. I would like to come again but in warmer and later in the season to see this hotel at its best

Wir hatten ein schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit Direktzugang zum angegliederten Außenpool. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und es benötigt etwas Zeit, sich dort zurecht zu finden. Über die hoteleigenen App hat man die Möglichkeit, sich über sämtliche Serviceleistungen und Angebote des Hotels einen Überblick zu verschaffen. Etwas ungewohnt war, dass man überall das Handy benötigte, um vorab einen QR-Code zu scannen, um die angebotenen Speisen und Getränke auswählen zu können. Aber auf Nachfrage ging das auch ohne, zumindest bei den Getränken. Kulinarisch fehlt es in dem Hotel an nichts, auch die Cocktails werden immer frisch zubereitet. Nachteilig und verbesserungswürdig ist der Buchungsprozess der Spezialrestaurants. Der ist nur tagesaktuell ab 10 Uhr über App möglich. D.h., wer nicht rechtzeitig das Handy parat hat, der hat für den Tag eine Niete gezogen. Das ganze ist zu Lotteriemäßig. Wir sind einmalig über eine Warteliste in den Genuß gekommen. Dann werden auch alle Gäste gleichzeitig in das a la Carte Restaurant eingelassen, so dass alle Gäste praktisch zeitgleich bedient werden mussten, wir waren 10 min früher da und wurden wieder abgewiesen, aber damit hätte man das Ganze etwas auflockern können. Letztendlich habe wir auf weitere zu reservierende a la Carte Restaurantbesuche verzichtet, da das Hauptrestaurant mit seiner Buffetauswahl keine Wünsche offen ließ und das "Auge ißt ja bekanntlich mit". Der Service vor Ort war vorbildlich, freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend.

Eine sehr saubere, grosse Anlage und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, die Tag und Nacht gepflegt und sauber gehalten wurden. Die Zimmer waren schön groß und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Von Bademäntel über Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta, Shampoo bis hin zur Strandtasche, alles stand zur Verfügung. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln. Die Zimmer und das Resort waren traumhaft. Leider gab es aber auch einiges negatives. Das Buffet war sehr überfordernd. Es war viel zu viel. Da hätte man etwas weniger, aber qualitativ hochwertigeres anbieten können. Leider klappte es auch kaum über die App in einem der A la Carte Restaurants zu reservieren, in denen man nur mit Reservierung speisen durfte. Viele der Angestellten liefen mit langen Gesichtern durch die Gegend. Es machte teilweise den Eindruck, als ob sie absolut keine Lust mehr zum Arbeiten hätten. Auch die Animateure am Pool waren sehr arrogant und überheblich. Sie machten sich über Gäste lustig in türkischer Sprache, was sehr unprofessionell ist. Da mein Mann Belgier ist, nahmen sie an, das ich auch keine Türkin bin. Auch albern, das sich alle englische Namen angeeignet hatten. Sehr schade für so eine tolle Anlage.

Har været på mange all-inclusive hoteller i Türkiye men Anda Barut er virkelig uden sammenligning det bedste hotel vi har været på. Over alt er der super rent, store rummelige værelser, enormt venlig personale der gør hvad de kan for at yde den bedste service og altid smilende og venlig. Madens kvalitet, præsentation og smag er meget høj. Ala carte restauranter giver en oplevelse ud over det sædvanlige. Stranden er også virkelig god og meget rent inklusiv havets renhed ved stranden. Anda Barut har i alle henseender levet op til vores normalt høje krav og forventninger til et fem * hotel

This is the second time we stayed and the property is amazing in almost every way. The only negatives I would say are that if you do like to do things outside of the hotel then there isn't much to do round there, and the staff in the patisserie are generally miserable and understaffed (everywhere else through the hotel they are great and super friendly). Probably the worst thing about the hotel is the a la carte booking system - don't assume that you are ever going to get a booking. The hotel books out pretty much all of the tables to their VIP guests in villas etc and everybody else has about 5 seconds every morning to book the few tables that are left

Eşimin süt ürünü ve gluten hassasiyeti var ve bu konuda misafir ilişkilerinden Ece hanım ve tüm çalışanlar bizimle özel olarak ilgilendiler. Tüm hizmetlerden memnun kaldık. Sadece A la Carte restorantlarda yer bulmak biraz zor olabiliyor. Ayrıca adult plajı biraz yetersiz. Seneye ufak eksiklikleri tamamlanacağı bilgisini aldık.

The hotel staff was lovely, but the manager not so great. Whilst it is a new hotel, there are evidently teething problems. It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system. You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet. Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel.

Neues Hotel der Barutkette. Wunderschön gelegen und groß weitläufig ubd grandioser Ausblick. In den Ala Carte Restaurants speisen sehr gut und der Service auch jedoch nicht vom Hauptrestaurant zu begaupten. Ich drnke man muss dem gsnzen Zeit geben da der Service definitiv nicht Barut würdig ist

Food and restaurant concepts quality as well menu offerings. Very low quality and confusing with allot of name of the inches doesn’t correctly represent the food being served . They try to make the best out if it but for the food they get 3 out of 10. They need lots of work to do

We stayed at Anda Barut Collection for 2 nights, and honestly, everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating. The food was excellent, with a great variety and very high quality. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful at all times. The whole property was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt very premium and relaxing. What impressed us most was the attention to detail. Everything felt well organized, from the restaurants and bars to the service and overall guest experience. We really enjoyed our stay and left completely satisfied. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back again!
