Having stayed here before we liked the addition of beach chairs and beach towels. The towels were great for people travelling light. Having a garage is a luxury in Pollença. The property is super clean. We’d have liked some loungers on the terrace. Eight chairs for a one bedroom property is unnecessary. Better tv. No English Channels , such things are a must in the winter.

We had a lovely two night stay in Pollenca village. The apartment feels spotless and brand new, and has everything you might need. The bathroom was was super clean/new with rainfall shower. The street was quiet despite being very close to the center of town. We walked everywhere for two days which was nice. The water from the tap was drinkable and tasted good. Our hosts were responsive and were kind enough to allow us to check in a bit early which we appreciated so much after a day of driving. If you like Pollenca area this is a great spot.

The apt was good—as shown in photos, clean, well-equipped, bright. Good parking spot and washer. Great desk, kitchen. There are narrow stairs up to the terrace. Hot water ran out when we both tried to shower. Manager left us one roll of toilet paper for a 6-day stay, so we had to go out to find more. They only sent instructions to the apt and codes less than 2 hours before checkin, which we couldn’t get since we were driving through mountains with no cell. Worst, they insisted we had to drive our own final trash (we only had one bag) to a city dump 2 miles away upon leaving. I would never rent from them again.

We had a good time at the apartment. However, we encountered two cockroaches within two days, which was unpleasant. The bed always felt a bit damp, likely due to the high humidity, which made things a little uncomfortable. That being said, the location is excellent, the size of the apartment is great, and the balcony is fantastic. Despite the minor issues, we can still recommend the apartment. It’s probably perfect in the peak summer months!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The mountain and rooftop view from the balcony is beautiful. It’s peaceful and quiet and a close walk to the square and everything around it. Nice bakeries nearby. The apartment was clean and cosy. Will definitely be returning in the future!

El apartamento está arreglado con mucho cariño y detalle. Se nota que a la empresa o propietarios les gusta hacer bien las cosas. Es un punto muy a favor tener garaje en la casa, ya que el pueblo tiene calles muy estrechas y es complicado aparcar. La ubicación respecto a la isla nos gustó mucho porque queríamos un entorno más tranquilo y bonito a nivel paisajístico que el de la capital. Puedes salir en bici directamente desde la casa y recorrer lo que tus piernas aguanten. Las dos únicas pegas que les pondría sería que el agua de la ducha necesita un poco más de presión para ducharte a gusto y que como hacía un poco de frío en esa época teníamos que poner las bombas de calor para calentar la casa y no son muy eficientes. Caldean pero las tenías que dejar mucho rato.

Nous avons passez un excellent séjour, le logement est conforme aux photos, propre et facile d’accès. Il y a un garage pour garer le véhicule ce qui facilite vraiment les choses. Les villes de Pollença est très appréciable. Je recommande fortement.

Spacious (little village typical house), luminuous, feels like home. Very well equiped kitchen, possible to wash clothes, sunny terrasse ! And private parking. Check out could be earlier (4pm) Check in could be later (10am)

Bonne communication: nous avons tout trouvé facilement la location et les clés. Le garage est très appréciable. La présence de la terrasse. La maison est très bien équipée. Une notice succincte pour l' utilisation de la climatisation réversible serait bien venu.

The apt was good—as shown in photos, clean, well-equipped, bright. Good parking spot and washer. Great desk, kitchen. There are narrow stairs up to the terrace. Hot water ran out when we both tried to shower. Manager left us one roll of toilet paper for a 6-day stay, so we had to go out to find more. They only sent instructions to the apt and codes less than 2 hours before checkin, which we couldn’t get since we were driving through mountains with no cell. Worst, they insisted we had to drive our own final trash (we only had one bag) to a city dump 2 miles away upon leaving. I would never rent from them again.

Spacious (little village typical house), luminuous, feels like home. Very well equiped kitchen, possible to wash clothes, sunny terrasse ! And private parking. Check out could be earlier (4pm) Check in could be later (10am)

This townhouse is very nice furnished and absolutely cozy. The open living room (incl. kitchen, dining room table and TV corner) offers plenty of space and is also very comfortable and cozy On the same level, there is a nice bathroom with a wonderful relaxing rain shower. Before the way upstairs is the bedroom, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The terrace has a great view of the Puig de Maria. The surroundings and the streets around are very quiet - all in all, a great place to relax and we will definitely come back! Short distances to the center and good restaurants and bars around, are another plus.Just like the garage. We have booked through HomeVillas360 several times before and this time it was great again, just like the communication before and after the stay. We will be back! In terms of equipment, a few small things...a broom would have been good and not just a hand brush. For a longer stay, I would suggest to offer a second set of towels and bed linen. Take a look at the parasol, as it couldn't be fixed in place, what could play a role in the summer time. Thanks a lot and see you soon 🤗 Kerstin & Angela

We had a good time at the apartment. However, we encountered two cockroaches within two days, which was unpleasant. The bed always felt a bit damp, likely due to the high humidity, which made things a little uncomfortable. That being said, the location is excellent, the size of the apartment is great, and the balcony is fantastic. Despite the minor issues, we can still recommend the apartment. It’s probably perfect in the peak summer months!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The mountain and rooftop view from the balcony is beautiful. It’s peaceful and quiet and a close walk to the square and everything around it. Nice bakeries nearby. The apartment was clean and cosy. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Perfect Location in a quiet part of the village. Everything within walking distance. Garage parking for the car. Great Apartment with a large roof terrace. We will gladly come again. Everything was great.

Apartment had all you would need for a handful of nights stay and a lovely balcony with morning sun. If you arrive by car there is a private garage for parking, which is quite convenient given the limited amount of parking space in the city. Would very much recommend.

la propreté et la communication facile avec le locateur! Le garage était un atout précieux et tout se fait facilement à pied pour se rendre dans le centre! Je recommande cet endroit pour toutes ces raisons!
