Upon arrival, a pest control company was on site. The desk clerk spoke with the exterminator and gave him keys, along with a list of rooms. The clerk mentioned to him that one room was bad. The clerk was nice and said the exterminator comes weekly, which I wasn’t sure if that was a good or bad thing. After heading to my room, which was in another hall, it had the odor of marijuana, but not from recent smoke. The room was clean but the floor was coming loose, and it just looked old. We left for the evening and returned around 10:30pm. After prepping for bed, we could easily hear every conversation on our hall, especially the people that were arguing in a different language (not sure which). Around 7:15am, we were awoken by a couple arguing in Spanish, which lasted at least 15-30 minutes. We quickly decided to get out of there. As we exited, we saw a police officer’s vehicle in the lot, which I surmise was because of the argument.
