Miller Hotel

Drove eight hours to be told after checking in and paying that there were no ins and outs from 1am to 10am. This was stated nowhere on the website, in the policy, or prior booking and paying. My job as a security contractor requires me to be going from my laptop in my hotel to various clients throughout the night and morning. I spent twenty minutes on the phone with my boss to try to see if we could work around it, but there was no way it would work. I explained this to the desk clerk, and after some back and forth he said he would fully refund me. I have him my card and my room key. During that time I booked another hotel that would accommodate my needs. After about ten minutes he returned and said nevermind, they can't refund me and have me my card back, but kept the room key. Presumably the room will now be double rented. I have opened a dispute with my bank and failing that, will be taking the hotel to small claims court. The lack of disclosure is a clear beach of their no refund policy (which in and of itself is a red flag). I would highly recommend staying away from this motel. Also, the place is filthy, as has been mentioned many times on here, and the first thing I saw when opening the door were roaches scattering. If you do stay here, I would recommend sleeping on top of the sheets.

Not ah PLEASANT Stay/Trip Watsoever the Man there in which i-Believe is the OWNER Has NO/NONE People Skill's Whatsoever @ ALL...An as ahh Matter of FACT is ah "BiGG-OHH-JERK!!", He Was NOT Once Nice nor Even Close to Being Nice, Nor Even Trying to Be Not Really Nice Right....But @ The Very Least Be "POLiTE_&_ATTENTiVE!!", Towards your "ViSiTOR'zzzz/CUSTOMER'zzzz!!", HE WAS VERY-VERY-RUDE THROUGHOUT MY-WHOLE STAY THERE...ESPECiALLY DURiNG CHECKOUT-TiME HE DiDN'T WANT TO GiVE-ME-BACK/RETURN MY $50-DEPOSiT n MADE TAKE-OUT MY-LUGGAGE, BAG'zzzz, n ALL oF MY PERSONAL BELONGiNG'zzzz OUT oF THE SUPPOSEDLY LOBBY-AREA and OUT ON THE STREET PRACTiCALLY ONNAH ALREADY 90+ DEGREES HOT DAY BEFORE GiViNG BACK MY-DEPOSiT....&....UPON ARRiVAL HE WANTED & TRiED GETTiNG $100-DEPOSiT FROM ME...i-THEN LATER ASKED ANOTHER PERSON STAYiNG THERE HOW MUCH THiS MOTEL ASK FOR DEPOSiT and THEY SAiD THEY ASKED FOR AH $20-DEPOSiT...i-WAS VERY-VERY-UPSET N EVEN GOT AHH LiL-HEATED AFTER HEARiNG THAT...BUT YOU KNOW WHAT i-LET iT GO n LET GOD DEAL WiTH HiS "GRiMMY/GREEDY/MONEY-HUNGRY-SELF!!"...

it had roaches. no bathroom nor soap.
