A credit card is required at the time of booking or proof of bank transfer of full payment. A tourist tax will be charged at check-in (€2/night for a maximum stay of 3 nights). For cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival, Hostelworld will refund the blocked amount. After the free cancellation period, if you cancel within 7 days of arrival, no refunds will be issued. No-shows will be handled in the same way as cancellations. All room types have a private bathroom, bed linen, bath towels, and kitchenware, as well as a kitchenette in the room that allows you to prepare meals, but not cook as it does not have a stove/oven. We provide a shared kitchen and living room where you can find everything you need to prepare your meals, which you can take to your room or eat there. Access to the rooms and building is via codes that are generated beforehand after the guest completes the registration form. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, and a fine of €200 will be charged to the guest if this occurs. Third-party access to the accommodation is prohibited, as is the holding of any event on the premises. If this occurs, access will be blocked and your reservation will be immediately canceled. Check-in: Starts at 3:00 PM We prefer in-person check-in, but if this is not possible, we will send all the information via WhatsApp, including how to get to and access the property and which room is assigned. To generate access codes, guests are required to complete our registration form with all the requested information. Check-out: Until 11:00 AM Cleaning and tidying: An intermediate cleaning and towel change is performed after 3 days of stay. If the stay in any room exceeds 7 days, bed linen will be replaced at no additional cost. (Advance towel changes are subject to costs). The kitchen is shared, and cleaning utensils and other items is the responsibility of the guest after use. Trash: There are two containers outside the building entrance for trash disposal. Sorry, but in our area the waste collection company does not separate waste, so the same bin is used for different types of waste. Do not deposit trash directly into the bin; always place the bag properly sealed. You have bags in the kitchen cupboard; if you run out, request them via WhatsApp and we will put them in your room. Laundry: The accommodation provides guests with laundry equipment, as well as detergent to facilitate their stay. To dry clothes, you will have to use the outdoor racks or the rack in the room. Vehicle Parking: Our building provides parking for 8 vehicles without specific allocation to each room. Our accommodation has a video surveillance system in the common areas, which is regulated by Article 31 of Law 34/2013, of May 16.
