Very comfortable superb staff provided wheelchair and assistance

This place was the worst part of my egypt trip, i originally booked two nights there but ended up leaving to another hotel after one day. The hotel staff was horrible, its like all of the workers there hate their job and show it. While i was there, i almost saw a brawl between two staff members, the reception desk takes for ever to give you any soft of assistance, and once they get to you they do it with an attitude like they are doing you a favor. The electricity in the room kept going off so i had to ask for help to get it back on constantly. The breakfast was horrific. You couldn't pay me to stay at a place like this again.

The room was really cold and bed hard. I got ignored almost everytime I tryed to talk with the personel. First I thought it was gender related, but it might have been poor language skils. I was promised that someone would come, but that did not happen. So no toiletpaper, blanket, towels etc.

Vengo spesso in questo hotel per la comodità e la posizione dei servizi che ho bisogno. Se farebbero piu manutenzione sarebbe una bella cosa, ma tutti gli hotel di Sharm hanno questo problema. Per il resto qualità prezzo ok Grande persona Mousa che risolve tutti i problemi. Top Mousa 👍
