Cozy Cape in Smithfield

Extremely disappointed with the stay and couldn't wait to get out of there. The "New" mattress had a blown out side and half the bed was sunk. I had to sleep on the couch, which was horrible but not as bad as the bed, to give my back a rest. The furniture was 20 years past it's life and was very uncomfortable to sit in. None of the bedroom doors shut or lock. The dresser draw fell apart when opened. In order to get into bed you had to crawl over the one side to get to the other side, no room between wall and bed (see pic). Overall would not recommend and was very unhappy.

House was exactly what we needed! 4 separated spaces, we used the 2 downstairs bedrooms as bedrooms, the upstairs daybed for our older daughter's bedroom and the bonus room upstairs for a playroom to keep the kids toys out of the living area. Host was very responsive to our calls and texts. It snowed twice and driveway was very well cleared quickly both times. Well stocked kitchen and overall necessities. Would stay again!
