La propiedad está en excelentes condiciones, el servicio es de primera todos muy amables y serviciales, la piscina es un lujo y la comida es muy variada en el bufete de desayuno y cena, realmente espectacular muy recomendado. Volveremos! La playa es muy bonita y grande con varios chiringuitos y los precios convenientes…!!!!

Overall, the unit was clean enough. However, there are very few parking spots, and they get full quickly. So when we checked in, the staff has asked us to find parking in the neighbourhood, which was not easy at all.

Rundum einfach nur empfehlenswert. Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal dort und jedesmal waren wir begeistert. Sei es das unfassbar freundliche Personal, die sauberen Zimmer oder die gepflegte Hotelanlage. Auch das Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch Sportbegeisterte Urlauber kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. Neben dem top ausgestatteten Hotel-Gym kann man auch Tages- oder Wochentickets im 100m entfernten RusFit Sportcenter buchen.

Convenient location with quick access to the beach and sightseeing on the east of the island. Tons of amenities with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean, renovated, and equipped with all modern amenities. Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of delicious options to start the day. For a small fee, we got guaranteed parking across the street from the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again!

ビュッフェがとにかく種類が豊富でどれも美味しい。ヨーグルトだけでも何種類もありデザートのケーキも沢山あり大満足でした。 プールもビーチも満足です。ビーチタオルは何回でも取り替えられるが15ユーロかかるのが円安にはつらい、リゾートならそれも普通付属なのでは？と思ってしまう。 ただ、朝のビュッフェにはドリンクがついているのに夜のビュッフェは水さえも注文式なのが受け入れ難い文化でした。

Beautiful location right on the beach. On the other side of the island from Palma so you definitely need a car, but the parking is a nightmare! We found that to be true on the entire island. The food was the usual European buffet options. The nightly shows were fun! The service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel & my room were great. Its right on the beach so the location was perfect. No hair conditioner so make sure to bring some if needed. Received an iron on request, pool bar & restaurant are affordable, loads of activities to take part in but make sure to book in advance as the places fill up. Wish there was information leaflets with everything going on in the hotel provided in the room on the first day or clear instructions on where to find more info. Also my massage was cancelled an hour before its time when i had the day planned around it & i would have expected some form of compensation for that especially that as a customer you would need to cancel at least 6hrs in advance otherwise you’d need to pay 50% of the fee. Otherwise all happy with our stay.

We did like that this was an adults only property. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel itself. If we come back we would probably choose a different area of the island for something new. What we liked…The view from our balcony was spectacular. The room was very clean and loved the energy efficiency concepts. The pool area and lounge chairs were comfortable, but you should get your chairs before 11am or it may be difficult to find something. Activities were available daily plus nighttime entertainment. A majority of the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The gym space was really good as we used it daily. My husband used the sauna and enjoyed it. What we didn’t like…Although quantity wise, you have a wide variety of choices at both breakfast and dinner (buffet), the quality of the food was average at best. For some people that might be what they’re looking for, but for us, it’s more about quality than quantity. Truthfully, our best meal was a lunch we had outside of the hotel. The glass door that leads you from the pool to the beach was filthy each day. Fingerprints everywhere! It just looked gross. This surprised us as we saw how well they maintained the inside of the hotel and by the pool area. We also didn’t like you had to pay for the lounge chairs at the beach. That was not told to us upon check in either. Lastly, we woke up to a piece of the ceiling in the shower falling. We had to tell the front desk upon checkout. Ask about airport shuttle options.

Lovely hotel well located for both Sa Coma and S'Illiot. We had a sea view room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for relaxing and watching the beach below. Everything very clean and lovely variety of breakfast options (did mot choose half board so cannot comment on dinner/theme nights) Charming and friendly staff who thoughtfully put a gift in the room to mark a special occasion. Recommend and would stay again if back in the area.

Room was leaking with rain. If you are vegan it is not ideal they do not have many options and you will get charged full price for a meal even though it is limitied.

Essen: Frühstück super, Abendessen auch sehr gut (lediglich Fleisch deutlich zu stark durchgebraten), riesige Auswahl und immer gut aufgefüllt Strand: sehr nah, sehr schön. Stand up Paddels werden vermietet, sind jedoch deutlich zu wenig aufgepumpt. Pool: nicht genutzt, sieht jedoch sehr schön aus. Wlan: funktioniert perfekt, für Remote Arbeiten super geeignet. Service: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Zimmer frisch renoviert, sauber, modern und großzügig, großer Balkon. Klimaanlage und Ventilator im Zimmer. Leider aber sehr hellhörig, insbesondere morgens ist das nervig, wenn man durch andere Gäste im Flur geweckt wird. Tolle Poolanlage, direkte Strandlage.

Nice hotel and enjoyed our stay but missing a few touches. Namely; No tea and coffee in the rooms Not much ambience in the dining room. Very bright and no options to sit outside. Also staff were always busy setting up the next meal (breakfast places at dinner and vice versa) which made it feel overly busy. We couldn’t work out how to utilise the themed restaurants. Also the tennis courts mentioned on Expedia are not part of the hotel which should have been clearer. Pool was excellent and the food choices were good. Location was fantastic with easy access to the beach and interesting walks to a castle and coves.

Très bel hôtel, le personnel est top ! Qualité du petit déjeuner et du dîner au top également. Petit bémol pour la douche qui ne reste pas réglé à la température demandé elle passe de l'eau bouillante à l'eau froide. Chambre un peu bruyante si vos voisins au dessus le sont.

Lovely hotel well located for both Sa Coma and S'Illiot. We had a sea view room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for relaxing and watching the beach below. Everything very clean and lovely variety of breakfast options (did mot choose half board so cannot comment on dinner/theme nights) Charming and friendly staff who thoughtfully put a gift in the room to mark a special occasion. Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt . Wir haben ein wundervolles Zimmer in der ersten Reihe bekommen, mit einem tollen Blick direkt auf das Meer . Große Dusche mit zwei Waschbecken und großer Ablage. Das Frühstück war sehr ausreichend und wirklich schöne Auswahl . Auch wenn man erst spät kam, wurde nochmals neu nachgelegt . Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Dadurch das wir einen späten Rückflug hatten, durften wir selbstverständlich die duschen und die Anlage noch bis abends frei nutzen . Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt .

The hotel is very nice but there's plenty of rooms and lots of people around the one pool and in the restaurant. Service is ok but not much attention to your requests, it felt like in the restaurant all the time that the waiters are just want you to finish up and leave. we had many times our unfinished dishes removed while we went for another round of dish. I wouldn't go back. Also, note that the beach is very crowded, and there's dirt on the sea towards the afternoon, evening which is not really visible on pictures but is a bit annoying.

Todo bien con las instalaciones y atención en buffet desayuno y cena. Tuvimos un momento muy incómodo con el personal de atención en recepción el día viernes 4 de octubre AM. Al momento de realizar el check in el día 2 de octubre por la noche (piso -1), contábamos con 7 días y 6 noches reservadas (check in 2 de octubre y check out 8 de octubre) y nos dijeron (como cosa del hotel la señorita del check in) que no habría inconveniente que pudiéramos acceder a la Cena por tiempos mediterránea que tenían los martes y viernes con reserva (que son a partir de 7 noches), pero que podrían otorgarnos sin costo adicional y que vayamos a recepción por la mañana, esto último no lo pedimos nosotros, sino nos los ofrecieron indicando que no debería haber problema, lo cual nos pareció un bonito detalle, considerando que éramos huéspedes que veníamos desde Latam y encima por nuestra Honey Moon. Sin embargo, el día viernes fuimos a consultar y la negativa del señor de recepción en el piso 0 fue rotunda, desde un inicio nos dijo que era a partir de 7 noches y ni si quiera hizo el intento de consultar a sus superiores o algo, encima le dijimos que al momento del check in nos lo habían ofrecido, su trato y gesto dejó mucho que desear. Entonces para que ofrecen una cosa al momento del check in y luego cuando se hace la consulta para hacer la reserva a la cena (que repito fue idea del mismo hotel al momento del check in) hacen pasar un mal momento al huésped cero empatía.

Zimmer frisch renoviert, sauber, modern und großzügig, großer Balkon. Klimaanlage und Ventilator im Zimmer. Leider aber sehr hellhörig, insbesondere morgens ist das nervig, wenn man durch andere Gäste im Flur geweckt wird. Tolle Poolanlage, direkte Strandlage.

There is no parking. You have to drive the streets searching for a spot, which can be blocks away. This hotel, and probably the entire island, caters to Germans. In fact, 95% of the tv channels at the hotel are in German. I have no problem with that, but it would have nice to know to factor into our vacation plans. Not much to do in sa Coma. The town is closed after about 10pm.

Beautiful location right on the beach. On the other side of the island from Palma so you definitely need a car, but the parking is a nightmare! We found that to be true on the entire island. The food was the usual European buffet options. The nightly shows were fun! The service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

La propiedad está en excelentes condiciones, el servicio es de primera todos muy amables y serviciales, la piscina es un lujo y la comida es muy variada en el bufete de desayuno y cena, realmente espectacular muy recomendado. Volveremos! La playa es muy bonita y grande con varios chiringuitos y los precios convenientes…!!!!

Wir waren zu zweit im August 1 Woche im Mediterraneo Adults Only und es war einfach perfekt. Super freundliche Mitarbeitende, wunderschönes Hotel und Poolanlage und alles unfassbar sauber. Wir hatten einen Mix aus Entspannung und Fitness, also viel am Pool gelegen und aufs Meer geschaut, aber auch täglich das abwechslungsreiche Fitnessangebot genutzt. Die Trainerin Jimena war super und hat einen ordentlich gefordert ;) (Muskelkater vorprogrammiert :D). Das Essen war einfach nur lecker ohne Ende und es gab so viel Auswahl, dass man gar nicht alles probieren konnte. Dadurch dass die Köche die Gerichte immer vor Ort zubereitet haben (man konnte zuschauen), war immer alles frisch im Buffetrestaurant. Ich selbst ernähre mich vegan und habe immer etwas gefunden, das ich essen konnte und das satt gemacht hat. Beim Abendessen hätte auch öfter mal veganer Nachtisch angeboten werden können (veganen Kuchen gab es leider nur 1x), aber zur Not hatte man immer noch Früchte zum Naschen. Für meine Freundin (Allesesser) sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben beim Buffet :). Es war ein perfekter Urlaub :)! Danke an das Mediterraneo-Team, das uns diesen Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht hat!

Väldigt fint hotell med bra läge nära stranden. Rent överallt, men alldeles för mycket parfym i lobbyn/utanför restaurangen. De hade otroligt mycket att välja på vid frukost och middag, men tyvärr var kvaliten inte alltid den bästa. Överlag nöjd med vistelsen.

Close access to the beach, clean rooms, and decent dining options nearby. The buffet was over crowded and to reserve the restaurant they tell you to do it 48 hours in advance but when we tried, it was already filled up and we ended up waiting a week to get into the restaurant. The buffet had a lot of options but had 100’s eating at one time.

We did like that this was an adults only property. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel itself. If we come back we would probably choose a different area of the island for something new. What we liked…The view from our balcony was spectacular. The room was very clean and loved the energy efficiency concepts. The pool area and lounge chairs were comfortable, but you should get your chairs before 11am or it may be difficult to find something. Activities were available daily plus nighttime entertainment. A majority of the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The gym space was really good as we used it daily. My husband used the sauna and enjoyed it. What we didn’t like…Although quantity wise, you have a wide variety of choices at both breakfast and dinner (buffet), the quality of the food was average at best. For some people that might be what they’re looking for, but for us, it’s more about quality than quantity. Truthfully, our best meal was a lunch we had outside of the hotel. The glass door that leads you from the pool to the beach was filthy each day. Fingerprints everywhere! It just looked gross. This surprised us as we saw how well they maintained the inside of the hotel and by the pool area. We also didn’t like you had to pay for the lounge chairs at the beach. That was not told to us upon check in either. Lastly, we woke up to a piece of the ceiling in the shower falling. We had to tell the front desk upon checkout. Ask about airport shuttle options.

For some people that might be what they’re looking for, but for us, it’s more about quality than quantity. Truthfully, our best meal was a lunch we had outside of the hotel. The glass door that leads you from the pool to the beach was filthy each day. Fingerprints everywhere! It just looked gross. This surprised us as we saw how well they maintained the inside of the hotel and by the pool area. We also didn’t like you had to pay for the lounge chairs at the beach. That was not told to us upon check in either. Lastly, we woke up to a piece of the ceiling in the shower falling. We had to tell the front desk upon checkout. Ask about airport shuttle options.

Convenient location with quick access to the beach and sightseeing on the east of the island. Tons of amenities with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean, renovated, and equipped with all modern amenities. Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of delicious options to start the day. For a small fee, we got guaranteed parking across the street from the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again!

Ingesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist super schön und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Das einzige was uns etwas „gestört“ hat war, dass der Speisesaal IMMER komplett voll war und man null Privatsphäre hatte. Daher war es auch laut. Aber das Essen hingegen ist wirklich spitze.

Already wishing to come back! Amazing staff, amazing rooms and view, very good breakfast. The best location out of all the hotels in the area! We enjoyed our stay so so much.

Day 1 - found out no coffee or tea supplied in room when paying for a premium room I’d expect this, asked reception, she got incredibly frustrated with us as she couldn’t understand English , waiters when ordering drinks couldn’t understand English properly either ended up using app to translate. Day 2 - cocktail day - after 3 cocktails in found out our cocktails were alcohol free and was told you did ask so you didn’t get, waiter behind main bar very rude. Day 3 - when ordering drinks waiter just looked me me so I used translator app and shown her my phone she shrugged shoulders and gave me rude look woman next to me translated she then slammed her ticket on the table and walked off. Finally day 4 rather than extend a night here we left and stayed in a hotel near airport third of price and was exceptional - woman called Evelyn helped us at the end of stay at hip hotels she was incredible ! Overall unless you speak basic Spanish I wouldn’t stop here - it’s missing pool service which the hotel can benefit massively from and personally don’t see the benefit of a premium double and just a double ! The food is really good for price of half board it’s a no brainer. Cafe is also brilliant staff in there very friendly. Everywhere else - rude - I have 3 holidays a year as work 7 days a week and this hotel completely ruined it !
