Celestial All Suites

Cet hôtel a des qualités exceptionnelles. L’insonorisation des chambres, la piscine individuelle et collective, la beauté du cadre et de la nature environnante, le caractère récent des équipements. Parmi les choses améliorables : le caractère parfois aléatoire du ménage, les échantillons de savon - non acceptable pour cette catégorie d’hôtel, le petit déjeuner et la présence de guêpes. L’hôtel gagnerait a être plus chaleureux, il manque un petit quelque chose pour rendre la prestation parfaite. Malgré cela on ressent que le personnel fait des efforts.

We had a nice stay at the hotel, there were a few miss(es) but the general manager Mr. Aris was very conscientious and personally made sure everything that was not right was corrected at best as he could. Some of the "equipment" and facilities in the room should be examined well, such as leaking shower, the floor was wet after each use. We are aware that it is the end of the season and a lot of "wearing and tearing" must have happened, obviously the room(s) was / were not checked well between each check-out and check-in, usually due to short free intervals. Breakfast is fast and efficient, that is very good news. The pool is one of the biggest or longest pools I have seen in any hotels but I did not use it. Housekeeping team is quite "new" and does not see many usual things that should be done but they are very willing to work, with very good attitude. Our phone did not work for about 3 days and we were not able to call the reception, on the last day the manager made sure it was fixed and was super apologetic, what I did not understand was that why we were not offered a room change instead? The hotel has a lot of potential, in a very good location, in a very nice part of the island, I had spoken the management modify and improve a few things. Hope good things will take place for the next season.

What an amazing stay we had at Celestial All Suites. The standout person for us was Diane on the front desk. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was absolutely charming throughout our stay. She organised restaurant bookings for us, arranged our car hire and taxis, and generally made everything incredibly easy. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and all the staff around the bar and restaurant were friendly, attentive and welcoming. The pool is quite simply one of the most impressive we have ever seen. Our room also had its own private pool, which made the stay feel even more special. Our room was beautifully maintained throughout our visit and was always kept to a very high standard. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choice and a great start to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Celestial All Suites.

Perfect for our needs. Location was perfect. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. The food in the restaurant was so good. We enjoyed!

The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. Instead, guests were expected to go and ask for these things themselves. All rooms come with private pools, which sounds fantastic in theory. However, most are overlooked by neighbouring rooms and balconies, meaning they offer very little actual privacy. The pools are also too cold to comfortably enjoy in the evenings, limiting their usefulness outside the hottest part of the day. From what we could see, only the top-floor rooms provide the secluded, private-pool experience that many guests would reasonably expect. The included breakfast was also disappointing. While there was a reasonable selection, the overall quality was below what we expected from a hotel of this standard. In fact, it left us with little confidence in the food offering and was one of the main reasons we chose not to dine in the hotel during the evenings. Overall, it's a lovely hotel with great facilities, but the service lacks the attentiveness and polish expected of a luxury property, and the food offering did not live up to the quality of the surroundings.
