This hotel had good reviews so we decided to stay. Normally Holiday Inn Express is a good place to stay. This one was nasty. Terrible housekeeping. We checked in our room- so much hair on bathroom floor I had to complain. I wiped the bathroom floor and pulled up hair and filth to take to front desk. Housekeeping had already left. She did move us to a different room but this one wasn’t much better. The fitness center was dirty. The halls and elevator were dirty, This hotel charges over $250 a night. It was a complete disaster. I do not recommend. I’ll probably never stay at another Holiday Inn Express because of this horrible experience. I’ll be contacting their corporate office and sending photos.

Arrived for Check in, was told they had a washer and dryer go out so they were behind on cleaning rooms. Finally at 9pm (6 hours after check in time) we got our room. Manager comp me 1000 points on the hotel rewards (what a joke! 1000 points = $6) Next morning we show up about a bit over an over before breakfast is over and theyre out of everything. Took 15 minues plus to refill eggs, bread, etc. Staff didnt seem to care much. Later that day were out of toilet paper. Had one roll to start with. Called down to front desk to get more. One hour to get us toilet paper! Dont waste your money! Book elsewhere!!

Unfortunately, this Holiday Inn Express did not meet the standards of other locations. It has potential, but it was DIRTY-everywhere, pool ventilation didn't work where it felt like a sauna, the breakfast wasn't fully stocked or replenished, rarely saw an employees, and overall incomplete maintenance and renovations. The blackout blinds were good, it had a spacious lobby, and decent exercise equipment, but those items definitely make up for the disappointing and poor standards. If I was management there I would contract out general maintenance and cleaners to finish fixing walls and deep clean.

Nice rooms. Very clean. Well appointed. Breakfast was not bad and they opened early so that was nice. I would recommend.
