There was no iron to use on clothes and they wanted 20 euros as a deposit to give us one. Are they running a pawn shop? Also there was no water on the fridge when we arrived in Malta in 35 degrees. Also no shampoos and no body cleaning products. But the worst thing was the virtual reception. What do you mean I have to get in and out of the hotel using Bluetooth... Are you a slum lord? Choose something else

Location convenient to sliema promenade (downhill & uphill) where you can book those dayout tours. Public transportation accessible as you walk down the seafront. Asian supermarket nearby. Just a shame there are dusts under the bed and by the headboard. Aircon not switch on by the building. Warm in the room. Noise on the streets. Convenient to have a fridge in the room.

Key to open door is put on mobile but 2 night on going home didn’t work so spent 20 minutes on international call to get it to work again. Very bad system.
