Riverfront Luxury Mansion, private Pool & Spa

This home was second to none for a Colorado River stay. The home was spotless. The pool and hot tub were very clean and enjoyable to use. The host was a very good person and prompt to respond to all of our requests. We would love to come back there in the future.

This was by far the best VRBO trip we’ve ever taken. Jeff was absolutely incredible at communicating and even called me personally prior to check in to see if there was any he could help us with. He accommodated everything we asked for and was honestly a joy to communicate with. The property was beautiful and in prime location with the private cove especially if you have watercraft. I had a wonderful time with our whole family and everyone had more than enough room to enjoy themselves. I will be staying with Jeff again without a doubt. Thanks Jeff for going out of your way to make our trip enjoyable!

House is beautiful! Loved being able to have all of our family under one roof. Really enjoyed our time here! Jeff was amazing to work with and very welcoming! Definitely recommend staying at this location.

Thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The house is super spacious. The pictures do not do the house justice. It was a wonderful stay all around. The only con I can think of is that the internet is very slow and we couldn't all be online at the same time, it would kick us off. We were a 2 hour drive from Grand Canyon West, about 2 hours from Las Vegas, and Laughlin was just a short 20 minute drive.

We stayed here to celebrate Grandpa's 80th birthday with the whole family. We had ages 10-80 years old (9 people total). Everyone had a great time! The game room was great, we played billiards and table tennis every day. The jacuzzi and infinity pool were so nice. We lounged in it day and night looking at the amazing river and mountain views. We also had a light hike in the area to look at the river. Laughlin is close by, but we spent most of our time at the house.The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked most of our meals and BBQ'd a couple of times. There is a large dining table that fit all of us for dinner. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all really nice and very comfortable.The only negative is the wi-fi was a little weak. However, it just forced us to be more present with each other, it wasn't really an inconvenience except when my husband had to get on a zoom meeting.Overall, the house was truly amazing and we DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this house for any family or groups.
