Stay was ok. Property is very outdated. Elevators are sketchy and very very outdated. Pools only 3 ft deep. Water park Great for small kids. Not much for adults. All of the Staff were very polite and friendly. A lot of updates needed.

Great water park. Lots of good restaurants and bars on property. Convince store on property was nice too. Never had to leave resort for four days after we checked in. Very family friendly!!

Waterpark hours is only 10am-4pm. Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. How can you enjoy the waterpark with that limited hours? Indoor pool has unpleasant smell and 2 hot tubs are closed/under maintenance when we visited on 9/9/24. I requested also for early check-in but it was not approved. The receptionist asked for my cp # once the room is available but I never received a call or message from him.

This place was fun for my kid and I’m glad I got off-season pricing. The floors were FILTHY. There was hot fries under the bed left from previous guests, so the floors weren’t clean. It’s pretty outdated. They don’t tell you how to get around the big campus, so it’s easy to get lost. If you lose your wristband which kids are bound to do, they will not replace it,The water park opened on our last day so we weren’t able to use it. It’s walkable go fun stuff, the pool was nice. I would stay there again but not pay peak season prices 😂

The hotel/resort itself was very convenient and had everything you needed like a small convenience store, Pizza & Ice cream shop, coffee bar, restaurant/tiki bar all located on the property. The beach was accessed easily from pool area. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions that were asked. Now lets get to the room. What is pictured is not what you get. Our room was very small and dirty when we were finally allowed to get into it at around 4:30p. The room itself had an odd smell and we found what seemed to be dried up blood on one of the outdoor chair legs and on the ground on the outdoor balcony. The bathroom was in need of an update with the wood around tub and behind toilet where starting to show black mold.. The resort/hotel could use a nice renovation and please get rid of the outdoor carpet that is placed in around resort/hotel areas. Not in greatest condition. Parking was convenient . Overall a good experience, just some much needed upgrades and this resort/hotel could be a 5 star..

The hotel was is nice location. Spacious rooms with full kitchen and separate dining table. Great ocean view, pool and lazy river was great. Kids enjoyed it a lot. Didn’t like seeing dead cockroach in lobby. They don’t clean room every day so had to call front desk for clean towels and had to get bathroom tissues.

Location and amenities were great. Staff was friendly, property was clean. We had dinner from the beachfront restaurant and made several trips to the arcade, and our some loved the waterpark. We stayed in the south tower and our only complaint is that the hallways are so loud due to no sound insulation. We were unable to sleep due to very loud families out in the hallway on lower floors late at night, and woke up before 6:00 on our last day due to a crying baby out in the hallway. Overall, a great time but unsure if we would stay here again due to the noise factor.

It was the worst hotel I have stayed in. There were roaches in our room, a dirty wash cloth. It was never cleaned. The building smelled horrible like someone died there and left the body to rot. Horrible customer service! I booked a 3 day stay and couldn’t cancel once I checked in and they wouldn’t give me a refund! I stood 1 day and left the next morning.

Our stay was so horrible we only stayed one night and that was difficult to do. The facilities were so dirty. Our room was filthy, not cleaned, blood on bathroom floor, wall and door. Dust hanging all over the ceiling, floors left feet black. Mattress sheets had brown smears on them, no extra blankets available. Electrical outlets on the main bedroom walls did not work other than the one behind TV. The refrigerator was not cleaned and had mold specks. Windows had not been cleaned at all. Tried to clean some of the floor with the broom but the broom was broken in half. During the night, you could hear people vomiting outside our door and constantly running hands across our door and outside window. Feeling very unsafe. The indoor pool was sickening of chlorine and the furniture unclean and trash everywhere. The outdoor pool had floating diapers in it. I will never ever stay here and do not recommend it to anyone. Very misleading online. Trying to work with Expedia to get a refund. What a horrible way to start a family vacation.

The doors were broken. The shower heads are extremely short. The entire condo was extremely dirty. The oven had residue that created smoke and set off the smoke alarm. The pillows were disgusting. The door stop at the front door almost broke a toe and is very dangerously if one was to accidentally fall on it especially kids. Ceiling fans were terrible. One of the bedrooms window curtain had to be rigged just to obtain privacy. Pools were not very clean. Front door to room was not closing properly. Safe didn't work. Hair clogged in the bathtub drain. bathroom vanity door did not work properly. Room sleeps 12 but did not have enough kitchen silverware to accommodate 12 guests. Also curtain in the dinning area was broken. One toilet did not flush properly. Hair dryer was nasty and didn't blow heat.

A very nice hotel right on the beach with nice pools and a tiki bar. Our suite was spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately we discovered roaches on the kitchen counter both of our night stays (every time you turned on the lights at night you found at least 1 or 2 live ones). Also, the floors appeared to not be mopped for weeks. We told the front desk and finally an exterminator came, but housekeeping never did. Later we let them know that 2 of 3 light bulbs needed replacing in the bathroom and 2 guys showed up within 20 minutes and replaced them.

The place looked decent at first look but upon further inspection the curtains in the front room window didnt cover the window so people could see in. We had to put up a sheet. The front desk said they would send up someone, they never came. THEN there was bedbugs.

Wouldnt call this a resort... No room service They put us on the very top floor Elevators stop on every floor to pick up others waiting to go down.. so coming from the 12th floor pretty much stop on every level takes forever to get back downstairs Small pool very packed.. not much parking spaces... restaurant staff was friendly thought... not worth the beach view... for a small tiny room and tiny uncomfortable beds... no kitchen .. wouldn't come back..

Very very nice property and we will go again. 1) Parking is wonky-you find a spot either in garage or outside but it’s a little hike from room. 2) layout of rooms and property is confusing. You ‘get it’ when you’ve been there a day or two but it’s a challenge when u get there. 3)lots of pedestrian traffic in parking lot. Pedestrians must cross in and out going traffic. 4). No connection between buildings. Our son had Waterpark view and we had ocean view. We had to go down to ground and cross parking lot to his building. Would be top notch if there were connectors that got you to other building but that would be security issue. 5) room was clean, spacious and no carpet! They left broom and dustpan to sweep up sand you might bring in from beach. 6) I felt communication with folks at front desk could be clearer. Also, they need to know how to get to restaurants. Again, directions were sketchy. 7) Beachfront (attached restaurant) had good food but limiting menu. The room could benefit from a local directory. Businesses could pay to advertise listing and menus. Overall had great visit and will go back!
Very very nice property and we will go again. 1) Parking is wonky-you find a spot either in garage or outside but it’s a little hike from room. 2) layout of rooms and property is confusing. You ‘get it’ when you’ve been there a day or two but it’s a challenge when u get there. 3)lots of pedestrian traffic in parking lot. Pedestrians must cross in and out going traffic. 4). No connection between buildings. Our son had Waterpark view and we had ocean view. We had to go down to ground and cross parking lot to his building. Would be top notch if there were connectors that got you to other building but that would be security issue. 5) room was clean, spacious and no carpet! They left broom and dustpan to sweep up sand you might bring in from beach. 6) I felt communication with folks at front desk could be clearer. Very close to the beach with great views. Property is a little outdated and could use some updates. Condo was cleaned but needs updates as well. No extra blankets, condiments, or outdoor extras to be able to use on the beach such as chairs, towels, etc. We were introduced to the Palmetto Bug aka American cockroach at the restaurant the evening we arrived. Did not see anymore the rest of the stay. Overall had a great stay with decent weather

Bed was comfortable & clean. Shower had hair from previous guests & there was build up all along the baseboards. There were a lot of pools & splash pads which was great. Splash pads had broken pieces & stairs needed to be scrubbed. They had green build up. Over all I’d give it a 5 out of 10.

The front desk staff very hospitable and helpful. Loved our ocean front room. Spectacular view. The room had everything we needed and loved that it was bright and cheerful and beachy. The housekeeping staff were great. The restaurant, convenience store, pools all wonderful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This place looks nothing like the pictures. Rooms are smaller, bathroom was terrible. Double beds not queen sized like described. It was nice just in the factor of being so close to the beach.

Location and amenities were great. Staff was friendly, property was clean. We had dinner from the beachfront restaurant and made several trips to the arcade, and our some loved the waterpark. We stayed in the south tower and our only complaint is that the hallways are so loud due to no sound insulation. We were unable to sleep due to very loud families out in the hallway on lower floors late at night, and woke up before 6:00 on our last day due to a crying baby out in the hallway. Overall, a great time but unsure if we would stay here again due to the noise factor.

There were several buildings as part of the resort. Each had its own pool and there were also some shared amenities. Parking was pretty easy, the common areas of the building we stayed in were a little dingy and there was no ac in the halls or elevator. The mattresses were very comfortable even the murphy bed. We did have to call for extra blankets for the Murphy bed as it had sheets but no blanket or comforter, we didnt use the Futon bed but it would have needed sheets too. There were originally 4 towels and washcloths - we had to ask for more since we had 4 people. Our room was clean...free of sand and hair but our kids feet were so dirty and there were some markings on the walls. Note there was kurieg and not a coffee pot as shown in the pics and there was a mini fridge not a standard fridge. I mention this because these were things important to us. We liked the vicinity to the beach, the game room, putt putt, ice cream shop and water park!! Plenty to do for kids and was close to shops, grocery, and entertainment.... Tony was on staff in our building and he was so kind and helpful. I would recommend if you want good basic accommodations.

staff was very rude-Tameka who was not a manager claim to be one and refused to give me GM name when i asked. i was suppose to get a view of waterpark and instead a parking lot and trees. So when I called and complained about the room so asked me was i raising voice which I wasnt , then she asked if I wanted to leave? Thats when I asked For manger and she told me she was. we stepped out on balcony and at 10pm tried to close and lock it the whole handle fell apart. we called to report and after 45min no one showing, i called again and asked when they would be up there and Tameka said "cant you just sleep with it open tonight?" they finally got up there after 11pm and could not fix it...they had fight to get the door shut, but finally did. The hot tubs were so disguisting it looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks ...it was complete foam and brown water! and they also offered a discount and Tameka refused to to give me the discount!

So let me start by saying the location 5 STARS , great bar, restaurants, store clerks were friendly the ocean was amazing, very diverse as well However..The phone in our room didn’t work, front desk staff not friendly at all We had no way to tell them that we needed more wash cloths ….I sent my kids downstairs to ask for some and they were told there were no more.. fine.. we’ll grab some in the am As we started the day we made a beeline to the front desk person who I believe may have been talking on their phone on a headset so we didn’t know if they were busy or not and just stared at us as we approached.. and said “Yeah?”… Yeah???? Ok… So we asked “Hey, what happened last night with the was cloths “ and she replied that wasn’t my shift so I have no idea… ok fair enough but it was as if they took offense as we were blaming the particular person. Here’s the kicker…we finally got a bag of full of towels wash cloths it was great… Until we seen that one had a crap stain on it and threw it all out.. Will never come back However I take issue with some of the front desk staff just weren’t friendly.. We did have 4 people total my wife & 2 teenagers so I would have thought they’d prepare for extra towels,etc.

First time I stayed here in almost 2 years because of the horrible past experiences. Merlin was professional at check-in. Despite my absence, she recognized me. The room was nice, very clean, and had a few extra amenities in the kitchen. The indoor pool area leaves a lot to be desired, unchanged since my last review. The privately owned restaurant was awesome like always. For the extreme value price I paid and if the stars were based on value for dollar, 4 stars would be easy to select.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the atmosphere was calm and the decor was stylish, the overall experience left a lot to be desired especially when it came to cleanliness and customer service. Let’s start with the room condition: The furniture looked modern at a glance, but was not well maintained. The rug was visibly stained and worn, and the seating had grime and buildup in the seams. These might seem like small things, but when you walk into a space expecting comfort and cleanliness, these details matter. Even more disappointing was the front desk staff. One team member was on his phone while we were speaking to him, then responded with a confused “Who?” because he clearly hadn’t been listening at all. Another told me I’d receive a call when my room was ready, but I never received one. And there was no explanation of the hotel layout, amenities, or where to go. We had to figure it all out ourselves. The property itself has potential, it’s modern, and the natural lighting is beautiful but the staff’s nonchalant attitude and lack of care toward guests made it feel unwelcoming. With better attention to detail, proper cleaning, and staff training, this place could offer a much better experience.

As soon as we entered the vibe was unwelcoming, the young lady in the front desk who checked us in seemed like she did not want to be there and barely acknowledged us, when I asked a question it seemed like we were bothering her and it was not a great first impression. Our room was dated and the ceiling on top of the shower was caving in, the bathroom floor also had hairs around it and the light switch was covered in something I had to clean off. The breakfast buffet was very small and was not that great but the service provided was good. The coffee corner was my favorite part of the stay. I will also mention that they had plenty of parking decks but if you got there too late, depending on where your room was, you would have to park far from where you were staying and walk a bit.

This place was beautiful, right on the beach. Very family friendly. Lots of pools and lazy rivers, water fun park, black light mini golf and arcade. Not to mention multiple restaurants onsite.

While the property may have been a bit older, I must say that the ocean view and the rate were truly fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, with shops within walking distance, making it easy to pick up what you need. The beach itself was absolutely lovely. Just a small suggestion for future guests: it would be wise to bring your own beach towels and any necessities you might need for your beach day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The parking leaves a lot to be desired, but I was always able to find a spot, just not to close. I have handicap plates but there were no handicap spots. Everything else was really great. The staff on checkin and checkout were very nice and polite. Every time we passed by during the week they always greeted us. The Beachfront Restaraunt was absolutely FABULOUS. Those are the best fries we've had in a long time and the rest of the food was great. The manager was so kind and gave us a free dessert for our 50th Anniversary. The staff was quick with the orders and they were cheerful and very nice. The drinks were terrific from the bar. We would definitely recommend the Sand Dunes and the Beachfront. You won't be sorry. We will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone there.

The property had a lot of things to do including a very good restaurant in the main building. Employees very nice, building could use a face lift. The water park really is for young children,not teenagers. Outside pool is more like a lazy river than a actually pool.

We LOVED our stay; we had an oceanfront room. Gorgeous view! AC was nice and cold, the pool options were great for my kids (age 5 and 7months). They had an AMAZING New York pizza spot inside of the resort and a convenience store- Publix is 5 mins away if you need more. My only complaint would be parking in the main garage was COMPLETELY packed by the night time we had to park in the next building which didn’t have elevators (I had to carry down the baby stroller). I loved my stay and will definitely be back!

There were always plenty of pool towels for our family of 5 and we never had to wait on pool chairs. There was always an abundance. The restaurants were good, but I was disappointed there wasn’t more variety of food without leaving the resort. The room we stayed in was stocked and cleaned pretty well, but our kitchen only had 2 burners, and one did not work. We had to eat out every meal because of this and that made our bill skyrocket. Luckily, we went for the budget hotel stay so we had extra money to splurge on food. This hasn’t always been the case for our family. We usually need to eat in because of not having money all the time. Overall, the place was great and there was plenty to do!

We stayed for seven days the first week of June and we enjoyed everything about this hotel. The only downfall is the beds. Stay in a one bedroom suite and it had two queen size beds. The bad my husband took squeaked horribly. There was a pullout sofa so me, my husband, and my daughter was able to have a bed all to our own. The bed kept us up all night, long as he tossed and turned. We made the best of it. The housekeeping, staff and cleaning staff were always cleaning! Thank youfor keeping this hotel clean. They worked really hard and were always very pleasant. This staff For keeping this hotel clean. They worked really hard and we’re always very pleasant. The staff in the kitchen could use some customer service, but the breakfast buffet was great. Bar drinks were wonderful. Only other thing negative was you could smell sewer on the left side of the resort as you face the ocean on the boardwalk out to the ocean.

As soon as we entered the vibe was unwelcoming, the young lady in the front desk who checked us in seemed like she did not want to be there and barely acknowledged us, when I asked a question it seemed like we were bothering her and it was not a great first impression. Our room was dated and the ceiling on top of the shower was caving in, the bathroom floor also had hairs around it and the light switch was covered in something I had to clean off. The breakfast buffet was very small and was not that great but the service provided was good. The coffee corner was my favorite part of the stay. I will also mention that they had plenty of parking decks but if you got there too late, depending on where your room was, you would have to park far from where you were staying and walk a bit.

The hotel/resort itself was very convenient and had everything you needed like a small convenience store, Pizza & Ice cream shop, coffee bar, restaurant/tiki bar all located on the property. The beach was accessed easily from pool area. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions that were asked. Now lets get to the room. What is pictured is not what you get. Our room was very small and dirty when we were finally allowed to get into it at around 4:30p. The room itself had an odd smell and we found what seemed to be dried up blood on one of the outdoor chair legs and on the ground on the outdoor balcony. The bathroom was in need of an update with the wood around tub and behind toilet where starting to show black mold.. The resort/hotel could use a nice renovation and please get rid of the outdoor carpet that is placed in around resort/hotel areas. Not in greatest condition. Parking was convenient . Overall a good experience, just some much needed upgrades and this resort/hotel could be a 5 star..

The hotel stay overall was good even though the rooms are a little dated and they need to add an additional indoor pool and jacuzzi area because a lot of the guest don’t seem to know what a jacuzzi is for and how long you should stay in one because most of them allowed there kids to play in them and sit in them for hours so there needs to be signs put up and someone monitoring the activities at the jacuzzi area but other than that it was good .

Easy and quick check in and out. Room was as it appeared in the pictures. Great price, big savings. Lot of things to do with family at the resort. We enjoyed the pools and beach access. Plenty of parking.

I was extremely disappointed in our stay this year and this is our second consecutive year there. Upon arrival, the floors felt very dirty and sticky. I noted this in messages on the app and also noted the dishwasher didn't work nor the hairdryer in the master suite. I called the front desk and they promised to send up another hairdryer but that never happened. One of the three elevators was out of service so that made our wait very long, especially on both Sunday and Monday. I feel the price I paid for the holiday weekend was unreasonably high given the condition of the room and amenities. It was a big disappointment. I likely will not stay there again.

The number does not match what was in the photo. Old furniture, old paint on the walls, black mold on the ceiling, the smell in the room is musty. My mother and I have a disease - chronic bronchitis, It was hard for us to breathe and be in this room. We lived for two nights, we were given shampoo and soap, and coffee for one day, and for one person. The name sounds loud - resort, in real life - this is a cheap hotel. We were disappointed,
