Beşiktaş Serenity Hotel

Upon check-in, the triple room provided to us was completely different from the images and specifications displayed on Hotels.com during the booking process. When we raised an objection, the reception staff informed us that the room shown in the listing's photos does not actually exist in their hotel. Although the staff acknowledged our complaint and admitted that the photos on your site were inaccurate, they claimed this discrepancy was out of their hands and refused to offer an adequate alternative. Instead of accommodating us properly, we were placed in a standard double room with an uncomfortably unfolded sofa bed to fit three people. The overall standards of the hotel fell drastically short of what was advertised, and management showed zero courtesy or willingness to resolve the issue. Because the property sold through your platform failed to deliver the advertised room type, I request a partial refund for the downgrade and an immediate review of this property's listing to prevent other customers from being misled. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

oda tipinin penceresiz olduğuna dair herhangi bir bilgi bulunmuyordu. Otele giriş yaptığımda bana penceresiz bir oda verildi ve bu durum beklentilerimin oldukça altında kaldı. Daha konforlu ve standart bir odaya geçmek istediğimde ise ek ücret talep edildi. Oda özelliklerinin rezervasyon aşamasında açık ve net şekilde belirtilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bu nedenle konaklama deneyimimden memnun kalmadım.

Staff were excellent, always smiling and attentive and very helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities expected of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate. There was a large variety of options and the quality was very good. The location of the hotel was excellent, very near the Bosphorus where we could jump on a boat and cross over to the other side or go on a tour of the Bosphorus. There are also a number of top attractions nearby, like the Dolmabahce Palace and Yildiz Saray. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Istanbul on a short break.
