We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was really quiet. Had the best breakfast and it felt like I was home. There’s a kitchen in the room which we didn’t use but it’ll be a really good thing if we stayed longer and didn’t want to spend money eating out. Also the sitting areas in the lobby, outside was amazing, you could just seat down talk with someone, working, studying and have a cup of coffee or tea. Had the best hotel experience in my life.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was really quiet. Had the best breakfast and it felt like I was home. Location was in a good area. Breakfast was decent, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, beds were a little too firm (but at least they weren’t super soft), loved the outdoor space with fireplace at night, swimming pool was small but good enough for the kids, just a great location for going to six flags and not having to pay a lot.

Really need to work on the way they advertise their EV charging option. It is not accessible in any way, mostly non EV cars parked in the spots and it is paid too. Should be included in the hotel rate as most other properties!

After a bad experience with Extended Stay America hotels with Chicago, we were looking for a family friendly hotel that could accomodate a family of 6 and facilities for in-room food preparation as my parents are used to home cooked food. This hotel is apparently newly constructed, very convenient for the families, great and helpful staff and good rates. The rooms have full sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher and are functioning really well. The breakfast is adequate and good. A special shout out to the breakfast and cooking staff that prepared an off-cycle popcorn load on my kid's demand :). This made their day! There is a lot of 'welcome' around, free lemonade and coffee in the lobby. One thing they DO NOT have in the rooms is the Stove/Oven. I called up ahead and asked as I did not see it in the pictures and the reception told me they should be in the room "because it's a full kitchen". They need to correct this information. Luckily we packed an electric griddle that helped us.

The kitchen mostly everything we needed for our visit in the kitchen. If there was a sponge and something to place clean dishes on (drying towel/mat). That would have been perfect. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the room already being warm upon arrival. Hooks to hang multiple washcloths in the shower would be nice.

Booked because rooms were (falsely) advertised as having a full kitchen but none of them have stoves. Shower door constantly popped open during shower and needed to be held with one hand while showering. Raised these concerns to manager and never heard back. Also note walls are thin and they play catchy tunes all day in the lobby and outdoor seating area making it hard to do work out there. Pillows are high and hurt your neck.

We stayed for 3 nights and had NO housekeeping service at all. We are a family of four and were told that we would have service every other day. They never came, even when scheduled to. The staff was very friendly, but we had to ask for towels and wash cloths daily.

It was very close to our family and convenient for us. However we felt it was weird that we had to ask for simple things such as toilet paper and towels. When we first checked in we had no towels and hardly any toilet paper. I understand if we have to ask for more but our room didn’t start out with any. We had no real blankets and when we asked for some we were told that they were out. It reminds me of the Seinfeld episode when they took our reservation they were not ready for us.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was pleasant. The room was very spacious, my family of 6 was comfortable and we all had space. Usually we are on top of wa hotbed in most hotel rooms, or we need to get 2 rooms. Very pleased, definitely recommend!

Cuartos muy amplios, funcionales y limpios al ingreso. No me gusto que no limpiaron el cuarto las 5 noches que estuve ahí con la excusa del COVID y que le desayuno es muy limitado y con productos malos y poco frescos.

Cuartos muy amplios, funcionales y limpios al ingreso. No me gusto que no limpiaron el cuarto las 5 noches que estuve ahí con la excusa del COVID y que le desayuno es muy limitado y con productos malos y poco frescos.

Came out to over a thousand dollars worth of stuff stolen out of my motorcycle bags. No camera coverage outside according to the police. Couldnt eat breakfast in the morning either because of how little food there was and how many like 8 person families were just standing in front of the entire bar not even getting food, but thats got more to do with inconsiderate people and their untrained crotch goblins than anything. Save yourself some cash, grab a different cheap hotel and keep yourself safe/fed/not listening to kids scream until 4 am lol 150 bucks gets you a lot better somewhere else

Rooms and the hotel including the lobby was very clean and well-maintained.The breakfast was an added bonus. The staff was helpful. Overall, very pleasant experience and l would stay here again.

Oh! This place was amazing. Everyone was so kind and the service was superb. Breakfast was so good, a variety to choose from. I truly enjoyed my stay here and will be back.

My reservations was no longer available. Also the staff down sized my room from 2 beds a let out couch and sofa to just 1 queen size bed. I drove 4 hours to come to a room that I reserved that wasn’t available!!!! Terrible experience

The hotel and the room were clean. Hilton properties are always well laid out. That's why I like to stay there. When we checked in they didnt have our reservation that we booked on Expedia, so we had to struggle with finding a number that worked for the hotel to bring our reservation up. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to open at 7am and instead didnt open until 710am. There was a group waiting for breakfast to open. When it did open none of the hot breakfast options were open. They were lacking utensils to serve up the limited options they did have. The drink machine needed to be filled up. We noticed when we came down to check out three hours later that they finally had hot options. It didnt do me much good as I was leaving the hotel. I was extremely disapointed with this Hilton property. I have come to expect quality from Hilton and the breakfast service did not live up to that quality. I hope this was an unusual occurrence and not an ongoing problem with this property.
