The view from the room was spectacular. Sam and Annie were lovely hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Infact we were talking to her about lemon cola that was available years ago and as we were leaving she presented us with a can she had seen in the supermarket. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Lots of little extra touches such as an honesty bar with alcoholic and soft drinks and snacks available 24 hours. Would definitely return if visiting this area again. We wish them all the best for the future.

The property was beautiful with so many little touches. Hospitality fabulous with ample space to sit outdoors or enjoy the public den. Breakfast was freshly prepared. The guidebook was excellent and was the location for the coastal walk and town.

We had a lovely two days in Linton and Lynmouth and North Walk House was perfect for a quiet weekend away for me and my wife. We were really well looked after and the room had wonderful sea views as did the drawing room juts across the corridor. Everything is in walking distance including the cliff top walk, literally starts right outside the house. Highly recommended, we’ll be back.

Absolutely stunning location with amazing sea views. The location is fantastic as its an easy walk to both Lynton and the Valley of Rocks. Delicious breakfast, plus well stocked bar.

Annie and Sam are excellent hosts and very knowledgeable about the area. North Walk House is full of character, it is immaculately clean and the rooms are very homely. The beds are very comfortable. We had a large bay window in our room that showed off the panaramic view of Lynton and Lynmouth. We liked the breakfasts which were cooked from scratch to order, and a treat every day. All food supplied locally. We would definately recommend this hotel and look forward to another visit soon. There is no charge for the parking which is an added bonus and it is well situated in Lynton for walks, and visits to the local area.

We had a lovely stay. Info from accommodation regarding arrival etc arrived day after we arrived but that could be the Hotel.com app. Lovely little bedsit with everything we needed. Could do with a bit of tlc especially outside and a clean under furniture and on top of units. Tv didn’t work well or link to phones presumably because of WiFi, but we took an iPad for music tv when needed. Didn’t see hardly anything of the owners but we didn’t need them. Lovely view. Nice kitchen, comfy bed. For the price on the whole very good.

Wonderful stay! Apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you need for a longer stay than ours - just perfect! Beautiful view from apartment and contained patio with uninterrupted views.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this delightful establishment to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It's an absolutely ideal location, clean and restful. Incredibly welcoming staff, not to mention the best shower I've had at a hotel in many years.

Annie and Sam Are fantastic hosts They go above and beyond to make ALL their guests feel welcome It’s the 2nd time we have stayed here for business BUT we have already booked to bring our family down for this New Year. Check in normally 3pm but just contact Annie and ask if you can check in earlier. She will try her hardest to accommodate you They’re a lovely hard working couple I can’t praise them highly enough.

The owners of this beautiful BnB were so lovely and helpful. The view of the sea is stunning and it is very walkable into the town for dinner/shopping. I definitely recommend staying here!

Extremely welcoming host, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and beautiful window view of the sea. Very well located for walks around Lynton and Lynmouth. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely two days in Linton and Lynmouth and North Walk House was perfect for a quiet weekend away for me and my wife. We were really well looked after and the room had wonderful sea views as did the drawing room juts across the corridor. Everything is in walking distance including the cliff top walk, literally starts right outside the house. Highly recommended, we’ll be back.

Absolutely stunning location with amazing sea views. The location is fantastic as its an easy walk to both Lynton and the Valley of Rocks. Delicious breakfast, plus well stocked bar.

Really glad we chose this accommodation, fantastic views from our bedroom. Easy access to Lynton and Valley of the Rocks. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are really friendly.

The view from the room was spectacular. Sam and Annie were lovely hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Infact we were talking to her about lemon cola that was available years ago and as we were leaving she presented us with a can she had seen in the supermarket. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Lots of little extra touches such as an honesty bar with alcoholic and soft drinks and snacks available 24 hours. Would definitely return if visiting this area again. We wish them all the best for the future.

Breathtaking views, delicious breakfast, comfortable accommodation and professional hosts. One of the best B&B’s we’ve stayed at. Highly recommended. Having the South West coast path and valley of the rocks on the doorstep made our stay even more special.

The property was beautiful with so many little touches. Hospitality fabulous with ample space to sit outdoors or enjoy the public den. Breakfast was freshly prepared. The guidebook was excellent and was the location for the coastal walk and town.

Very welcoming host. Comfortable room with fabulous sea view. Great shower, a little warm overnight but we've had extreme temperatures. Breakfast cooked to order and really tasty. Location was great as we walked to the Valley of the Rocks straight from the hotel. Limited parking but we were saved a space nearby on the road. Would thoroughly recommend. Lovely spot, thank you 🙂

Lovely homely hotel with the the friendliest hosts in Sam and Annie! A return stay for us for 3 wonderful nights. Comfortable, clean, cosy, peaceful, and with a fantastic breakfast! To top it all our room had spectacular sea views. Superb restaurants and cafes within 5 mins walk and the best coastal walks in beautiful North Devon. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend…and we will return.
