Did this already. Why is it asking again?

Well located hotel. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Staff very good. Only downside was room size. We stayed 3 nights as part of an 17 day vacation so had large cases. No room to store clothes (other than a couple of hangers on a wall rack) and very little room to manoeuvre around cases that we had to effectively live out of.

The place was awful but the staff was very good. There was not even a closet or drawer in the room. I was told at check in that cleaning would happen every other day. I never had that before. The window did not open to bring in fresh air. There were so many big tech controls that I had the engineer ( very nice) visit for three basic issues day one. I could not close the bathroom lights in the middle of the night. The walls were thin. I could hear people in the room next door and in the hall. The room was cleaned on the second day and it was not done well. The soap at the bathroom sink was so small that it broke apart at the first use. I am retired for business for eight years. I used the enjoy Courtyards. This was a below par budget hotel with a high price. I see that Bonvoy was used. I stayed at one in London in 2019. It was a great hotel. What happened?
