Alsus Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

Parking super facile d’accès. Hôtel très bien situé à 12 min de l’aéroport et du centre ville d’heraklion. Avec une location de voiture tout est à proximité ( restaurants, spa, port, bars). Personnel au top et aux petits soins! Merci à Dimitris pour son accueil chaleureux, ces conseils et sa gentillesse. Les chambres sont vraiment très belles et spacieuses. Une décoration en air avec le style de l’hôtel. Un plus pour la très bonne qualité de l’eau. Petit déjeuner copieux et avec des produits de qualité. Et surtout le restaurant de l’hôtel qui est une pépite ! Que dire, un rapport qualité prix hors norme. Des produits frais et savoureux ! Les sushis sont vraiment bons. Spa partenaire de l’hôtel avec un parcours thermal accessible financièrement et digne d’un spa parisien. On reviendra !

Super établissement, le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuse. L’espace extérieur est très joli et bien entretenu.

Min kjæreste og jeg hadde et fantastisk opphold på hotellet. Maten var god, personalet var utrolig hyggelige og imøtekommende. De hjalp til med å sette opp en romantisk middag for oss ved pool området. Hotellet ligger også veldig godt til like ved stranden. Jeg kan trygt anbefale dette hotellet.

The staff were dedicated and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is brand new, and the room is spacious and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was excellent. It sits right next to Matala Beach, within walking distance, and parking is easy too. Recommended.

Review: Executive Suite with Side Sea View July 2026 Pros * Lovely pool and restaurant area with a relaxed atmosphere. * The staff are young, friendly, polite and eager to help. * Modern, well-presented hotel with excellent food. Cons The ceiling fan in my room didn’t work for the first two days, and the air conditioning was operating at only around 50% capacity. As a result, it took approximately an hour for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. The only sink in the room is positioned by the entrance, and it is extremely small. The hotel may consider this a “rustic” design feature, but it is highly impractical. Because the bowl is so shallow and set so far back against the wall, washing your face or neck results in water splashing onto the surrounding surfaces and floor. I had to use hand towels (see photos) to keep the area dry. There is also no splashback behind the sink, so water regularly reaches the painted wall, leaving it looking untidy until it is wiped down. There is a standard electrical socket positioned very close to the basin, so I found myself being extra careful not to splash water near it. In my opinion, this is a hand-wash basin more suited to a beach or pool bar toilet than an Executive Suite. Ironically, the larger basin in the pool bar toilets would have been a far better choice for the guest rooms. The hotel advertises this room as suitable for three guests, but I struggle to see how three people could comfortably share such a small sink.
