Palladio's View - Private Villa With Pool & AC!

Villa was quite warn in most aspects. Doors, windows, concrete etc. deck railing shifted when I leaned against it. Great view though. Food and groceries nearby. Owners should consider a1M dollar remodel and it would be great. Definitely not for younger kids though.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this rental. It had everything we needed. It was clean and had ample beach towels, chairs & coolers. I don't know why but I especially loved the outdoor shower. There is a pool there but we never used it because we were always at the beach! We didn't have internet the last 2 days which wasn't a big deal because a forced digital detox is good for anyone however, it was a little tricky when I needed to check in for my flight so I had to go down to one of the restaurants to use their WiFi. I could have called IT and tried to fix the WiFi like the manager told me to do but I just didn't have the time. It all worked out though. I do recommend renting a Jeep. You will need it! The road is long, steep and bumpy and will take you a good 15 mins to navigate each way. But that's how you get those fantastic views.....by climbing up! And they are worth it so don't let that deter you. It was a lovely house with a great view that had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay

Outstanding views from the property. View of the East End and straight into the Bight at Norman Island. Viewing stars from the hot tub is always special on ST John. There is no telescope at the property so bring your binoculars. No AC but the breezes were nice when we were there. Bring bug spray because you will need it outside and at night. I was also surprised at a lack of plastic glasses for use outside around the pool decks. Add some larger plastic cups to your list. We were informed when we landed at STT that the refrigerator was not working but the provisioning company recommended by the manager secured two large coolers to keep our order cold. Manager worked to get the repairmen over from ST Thomas and it was repaired on Day 3. They kept us well informed of what was happening. Coral Bay restaurants are hit or miss on being open right now so be sure to call/check Facebook. Cruz Bay has some road construction going on, so be prepared when you head towards the ferry dock in a vehicle for a significant detour and some crazy traffic.

We just spent a fabulous week here! We loved the moon lit hot tub nights and sunny pool days! It was wonderful to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the beautiful decks! Yes, decks! There are many levels and very comfy seating. The kitchen had everything we needed and very organized. Enough linens that we did not even need to worry about washing clothes. It is an adventure traveling up the hill and the view and visitors we ran into on the way made it very enjoyable. Everything from donkeys, deer to wonderful locals. We had everything we needed when visiting the beaches too! Chairs, coolers, and beach towels! We definitely would stay here again! Thank you!!
