Cleanliness and amenities were good. Continental breakfast was not served for some reason of which we were not informed. Otherwise, nice one night stay for our weekend travels.

The information in the app is not accurate with regards to the continental breakfast. They are renovating and it is not available. When reached out to hotels.com support, I wasnt satisfied with their response.

I am 77 and this is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Open the front door, day or night, and you cannot enter the lobby. You walk up to a piece of plexiglass with a rough cut hole and talk to someone on the other side. Should have been my first clue. The room had a puddle of water under the air conditioner and lots of mold on the ceiling. Went back to the office and told them. They did not seem surprised or concerned. Gave me a second room. Two queen beds but when I pulled the covers back the bottom sheet on one of them was stained… don’t know with what. The other bed was OK and we were desperate so we stayed. The tub had a nearly 2 foot long crack running down the middle. They had put some kind of caulking in it. Checked out in the morning and no they do not do breakfast. This hotel is so bad Expedia should not even list it! The health department should shut it down.

This hotel was supposed to have a breakfast, and it did not. The ice machine was broken. The pool was closed. The staff was not helpful. The location did have some food places and a Wal-Mart nearby. The room was clean but there were not enough towels for two people, no hairdryer and the frig barely worked. The room did not look like the picture.

Property dirty, cigarette butts everywhere, old furnishings, worn out towels in bathroom.check in staff behind glass window, green half filled pool.. I would rate one star or less.

There wasn't any breakfast option as you couldn't go into the lobby, the door was locked. You could only speak to someone through a small hole. The room was unsafe, the toilet wasn't safe and something was jammed into the outlet and no battery in the smoke detector. Holes and stains on the towels.

Tlit was advertised as having breakfast and here was nothing at all for breakfast. The bathtub had black in the front bottom about 6" up. The swimming pool was totally green and not usable.

Our room was supposed to be non smoking but it wreaked of cigarette smoke. There were several flies in our room. The lamp shades were dirty. There was a used wash cloth hanging across the shower curtain rod. The linens had footprints on them. The baseboard was disgustingly dirty. The molding around the shower and toilet were dingy looking.

Rooms are just old, paper thin walls can hear full conversations through the walls, the walls and baseboards are filthy and the lamp shades has mildew on them, the bed was clean and comfy tho. Also the toilet was leaking in the floor from the seal and the entire room smelled like pee

Check in was very easy, staff is friendly. Found the room clean and no bugs. Bathroom exhaust fan was a little noisy. But, all else was great.

Room was infested with gnats and flies. Saw cockroaches a few times in the room also. Cleanliness of the room was non existent.

The floors must have never been mopped. My child took her shoes off once we got into the room and not even 5 mins later her feet were completely black. Whoever cleans the rooms needs to learn to mop the floors cause they just ain’t doing it at all. Overall the front desk lady was great when we checked in. And everything else was decent.

i booked a reservation through expedia, when we arrived and checked in our room, there were wet stains and what looked like cheeto? stains all over the bed. we told the front desk and she changed our room, the second room also had stains such as what looks like blood? on the bed. also the door wouldn’t shut all the way so we slept with a chair in front of it. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

It took an hour and three attempts for the staff to program our room key. We left for breakfast the next morning and when we arrived back the key didn’t work so I had to go back to the office to get it programmed again. The smoke detector had been removed and the phone wasn’t working due to being unplugged. All the surfaces in the room felt very dirty.

There was a bug at the entrance of the room inside on the floor. The shower curtain was filthy and the bathroom floor had puddles of mud upon exiting the shower.

The king beds are great and comfy. Big fridge is great especially if you're staying a few nights. Sandra was so helpful and nice the staff is always super accommodating. The bathroom and shower is roomy and clean.

Considering I paid $92 in total for one night here, I am very disappointed. It was one of the cheaper options in the area, but upon seeing the room, I thought I had chosen to book one of the $60 rooms I saw on the hotel booking site. When I saw I was charged $92, I was shocked. For starters, the room was not very nice looking— dark, old furniture, hand prints all over the mirror. I booked a room online and selected “non-smoking”, because my partner and I are NOT smokers. We were immediately hit with a strong smoke smell upon entering and our heads instantly hurt. I called the front desk to see if they could move us to a different room— a guy came up to our room and sprayed some sort of air freshener around the room. So instead of smelling smoke, we were inhaling strong air freshener. I know it is not their fault that someone smoked in a non-smoking room, but that doesn’t mean I should have to deal with it. We came back from dinner 2hrs later and the air freshener hadn’t done anything. There was also an almost fully used toilet paper roll still on the handle in the bathroom. I frankly don’t want to use toilet paper a stranger has used. By this point it was already late and we were only staying for one night AND I thought I was paying cheaper than I was, so we decided to just suck it up. They also were not serving breakfast, even though they advertised it, but after seeing the hotel we wouldn’t have eaten it anyway. I will give points to the staff, who were all very friendly.

The lady at the front desk was kind of rude and very unprofessional. Once we got to our room, we noticed our door wouldnt lock properly. The pillows felt like center blocks wrapped in fabric. Then the next morning, the front desk lady just barged in my room. Its just poorly managed.

The "non-smoking room" reeked of smoke so much so that the clothes in remained in my bag still smelled of smoke when I arrived at home the next evening

We had a double bed room; the one bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. It was a couple that ran the hotel, the lady was friendly but the man had nothing to say even when I asked him a question directly. I have no other good things to say about it. I could not recommend it to anyone in the current state it is in.

I was impressed by the owner's/family vision for the hotel as they continue to re-model. With the overhaul, this facility will be better than new. It was a very convenient 2-day stay ( event was 3 minutes up the road). Noise was minimal, bed was comfortable, room had microwave and a good sized fridge. Room was clean. Definitely worth the price paid.

The parking lot flood light also illuminated my room, and the curtains were not large enough to block out the light. One of the staff helped me up the stairs with heavy luggage, for which I was grateful.

Room was overall clean and you could tell they had worked on sprucing it up but it was cheaply done.

The manager is really nice and seems to care a lot about the residents. The first room we had the toilet was wobbly so we asked to move to another which was alittle less wobbly. But hopefully they’ll get that fixed soon. The rooms are pretty nice and the beds are comfortable.

Very friendly staff, very comfortable beds, the best water pressure and shower head, clean and easily assessable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Arrived at 5pm and my room wasn’t ready. Asked for a discount on room and that wasn’t an option. I requested a refund on room and the woman was rude and unfriendly. I have stayed here plenty of times and never had this type of service. I was shocked.

Friendly and attentive staff, I’ve stayed here several times as I travel a lot for work. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I’d HIGHLY recommend this property.

Best value in the area, I needed a hotel rather suddenly while on vacation as I was unable to drive to my rental property due to snowy roads. Not able to pay a lot of money for a room, I found this to be suitable and rather in between my current destination of Cloudland canyon and onward to Blue Ridge. Easy to get to and find in Lafayette, plenty stores and places to eat.

Surprisingly nice. Judging by the outside you would not think so. It smelled fine and was clean and a comfortable bed. The room itself needs a new paint job and the bathroom area needs TLC. The breakfast area was not available! Housekeeping did bring fresh towels and soaps but did not make the bed My chief complaint was them not refunding me the first night. Due to the Microsoft issues and flight cancellations, I was a day late. I called to warn them I would be late. They would not refund me. Thank you Hotels.com for trying to get my money back I would stay here again. The price was right and the staff were friendly.

No breakfast!!!! Coffee maker in room for only 2 cups. Room needs a lot of updating. Not allowed in lobby. Seems that most rooms were occupied with weekly or monthly stays.
