La stanza era stupenda! Personale gentile. L'unica cosa negativa era lo scarico del lavandino osturato. L'acqua non passava. A parte questa piccola inconvenienza, il resto era tutto impeccabile

The fire alarm went off at awkward hours during my stay waking me up from my sleep. It was a huge inconvenience. I got no money off my stay and was just offered points. I would not stay here again. No thanks.

I am satisfied with almost everything, clean room, convienent place of the hotel, etc. But I have not given the top poist (five stars) because of 1, parking fee is seperately paid (maybe because it was a different company running the parking), so every time I drove back to the hotel I had to pay again. I wish that parking fee can be included in the my hotel bill, althougn the hotel may have to deal with another company, 2, the same thing with the breakfust restaurant (seperately paid with another company), and the food was too simple, and not so good.

When I checked in, the gentleman who was working the desk should not be doing that as a job. I get that people have bad days, and maybe this was a VERY off day, but after a long day and a long flight, the front desk the actual front-line first impression of the hotel was shocking. Maybe my standards are too high; I am hoping to be greeted and acknowledged.... This person did not say hello, thank you, you're welcome, or anything; absolutely nothing was said except ID, CC, and sign here. I'm laid back and RARELY write a bad review because, from personal experience, it can hurt business... however, I would think the management would like to know
