O quarto é exatamente como as fotos e tudo bem organizado e limpo. Café da manhã americano e simples, nada excepcional, mas também o formato esperado deste tipo de hotel.

The hotel itself was fine, but the checkin process was terrible and the person checking me in was rude as was the manager she eventually had to get. Once it was my turn to check in I gave the woman at the desk my ID and she looked up my reservation and found it almost immediately, because she wrote the room number on the envelope for the keys. But then she continued to stare at the computer screen and move the mouse around for 4-5 minutes with absolutely no explanation as to what the issue was, until finally I had to ask if there was a problem with the reservation. She mumbled something about "it's just spinning" and said she'd have to get a manager. They both stared at the computer screen for a while, still offering no explanation of what was happening or apologizing for the delay. The manager then went to a different computer and did some things which must not have worked, so he came back and stared at the original computer for a while again. After several more minutes something must have happened and they said it was working and gave me my keys. Still no explanation of what happened, and no apology. At that point I just wanted to get to my room so I took the keys but when I got to the room they did not open the door. I went back, had to wait for her to finish another customer, then she took my keys and reprogrammed them, and handed them to me simply saying "You're all set." No apology, no explanation.

Staff and breakfast were great. Didn’t utilize the pool, but next time will aim to do so! I think the only thing I would request is maintenance on the AC/HVAC unit - it wasn’t working properly with the thermostat and seemed like it was struggling to power on. No complaints otherwise :)
