OSCAR BOUTIQUE HOTEL

The hotel room is average. Room & bathroom are clean. However the AC is turned off while we were there & the temperature in the room was warm - the staff stated they couldn’t turn on the AC because it’s not summer. On the upside, the buffet breakfast was quite good, especially the sausages. On the downside, the staff was terrible - they were all cold & unwelcoming & even rude & I would not stay here again just for that reason

Decent hotel, although doesn't look quite as good in person as the pictures. The room was clean and comfortable, although small. Conveniently close to the airport, so perfect if you just need an overnight stay and head back to the airport. The made-to-order breakfast was good. One issue we did have was with the front-desk staff. She was curt when we checked-in. When we checked-out, they directly confronted us, accusing us of stealing a towel from the room. They implied that we needed to pay for the towel, to which we refused and invited them to search our luggage instead. They did, and found no towels. This was the second hotel on our trip to Uzbekistan that confronted us about towels! We're not sure what to make of it.
