Friendly helpful staff. Helped with getting 2 rooms close together Nice Breakfast great coffee. Best I’ve ever had at hotel. Clean room Disappointed with the air conditioner. It was a wall unit that was very loud and sometimes didn’t work. If staying for a while would have had to ask for silverware. Only one spoon and 2 forks. Some of the towels were old and frayed. They just need to look at them. I would recommend staying here. There’s always something small that can be wrong. We were there for and event We are members of this chain of hotels.

It was a beautiful hotel with a convenient location, helpful staff and a really spacious and stylish room. However, there were just a few things awry. We were offered an upgrade when we arrived. But the A/C was not working there, so we were given a different room, and had to schelp all our stuff to one floor up. The room was very nice, and they offered a little 'social hour' with a complimentary buffet offered , which we enjoyed one night of our stay. We also enjoyed the chic and well equipped kitchen in our room. The lobby had a wondeful space for relaxing and reading. Only complaints: the smoke detector was dangling on the ceiling; the seal at the base of the door was peeling off; and the bed was a little too high and 'poofy' for my taste. Overall, this was a great place to stay for our little romantic getaway.
