Well appointed units in a lovely quiet rural setting. Horses were entertaining. Kitchen incuded a induction cooktop and dishwasher. Great wifi and comfortable beds.

The property was clean and perfectly ready for us. A real mood setter! The property, all four cabins appear to be brand new. The horses are right there and just a few steps out from the back sliding glass doors. No, it does not smell like horse business. We were there one night and saw the Northern Lights for over an hour. This is a great location for searching for the lights. Almost zero light pollution and no mountains to obscure the views No TV but you shouldn't need one. There is WiFi if you need to get on touch with the rest of the world. If we ever end up back in Iceland, we will be staying for at least three nights rather than just one. One is not enough. Our favorite location out of five stays.

An incredibly unique property, with Icelandic horses right behind your new & fresh cabin. The option to book private or group horse back riding tours with the team here made the experience complete for our family. Highly recommend.

Sleeping with the horses is a quiet retreat conveniently located to the Golden Circle. Make sure you rent a 4-wheel-drive if you go in the winter. The last 4 km is on an unpaved road. We got stuck in the mud when we took a wrong turn. The good news is that, Hörður was our knight in shining armor and brought a large tractor to pull us out in the middle of a driving rainstorm. The Blessi cabin is actually one large room with a separate bathroom. There are a minimum of dishes in the kitchen, but everything is in perfect condition and as clean as can be. It was probably the most comfortable bed we slept in in Iceland. We would be happy to stay there again.

Nice cabins in the landfield with horses around not far from window. The host has horse riding tours but have to be >12 years old. Mattress is foam.

Lovely and cozy stay. The cabin has everything you need to relax. Enjoyed walking around and seeing the horses and property. There was also a kitty whom was just the sweetest!! A great place to relax and unwind. Please note there are no TV’s in the cabin(GOOD!) and the horses don’t directly come to your door but only 20ft behind an electric fence. If I had but a minor criticism it’s check-in. I felt silly that I walked up to Mr.Iceland’s house but he was out…maybe have a small sign to advise to check the email? (Did that afterwards) I had another guest ask me about check-in while I was walking around the farm. Still, overall highly recommend!

Beautiful cottage. So peaceful to lookout on the horses. Would definitely stay again. Check-in and check- out very easy. Cottage well equipped with the basics for cooking simple meals.

Clean well equipped kitchen with fridge a burner dishwasher coffee maker. Everything you need. Was very comfortable and cozy. The horses come right up to you along the fence. Was the best place we stayed on this trip.

This place is amazing. Everything was great but there are things that i need to nitpick here. 1. It took me an hour to be able to lock the front door. I don't know about the other cabins but the one i was given, Kristall, was giving me that issue. 2. The air conditioner was not working or i was not able to get it to work. 3. The shower was loose at the bottom causing water to spray out. 4. Judging by the name and pictures i assumed there was going to be horses everywhere. There was only 2. So with all of that i am only giving it 4 stars and not lower only because of how it made it us feel. It felt home to us and that's what we are always looking for.

Even though I’d had unfortunate bad weather and arrived late to the hotel, I enjoyed the safe place to finally relax after a long day of driving. Beautiful spot and very clean stay

Wonderful stay! It was raining and cold while we were there so we didn't get to interact with the horses too much but the room was lovely and it provided a very comfortable stay.

Unbelievable experience and a must see. Truly sleeping among horses on the most peaceful, picturesque property. Only about 15 minutes to a town with several dining options and a grocery store. We got to pet the horses and take a beautiful evening walk alongside their pasture. The cabins themselves are gorgeous and very luxurious- the bedding was amazingly comfortable. I wish we had more than one night! A once in a lifetime experience.

It was an amazing experience. Mr. Iceland gave the kids a tour of the stables and spoke about the horses. My kids were really happy.

The stay was great. Clean property and all ready for arrival. However, there was no one to contact for further needs. We needed an iron and an extra pillow as we were 3 staying but there was no communication on their end.

Beautiful accommodation away from the busy tourist areas! Recommend to anyone visiting Iceland ☺️ also can’t forget you get the added bonus of meeting some of the most beautiful Icelandic ponies 🐴

Sleeping with the horses is a quiet retreat conveniently located to the Golden Circle. Make sure you rent a 4-wheel-drive if you go in the winter. The last 4 km is on an unpaved road. We got stuck in the mud when we took a wrong turn. The good news is that, Hörður was our knight in shining armor and brought a large tractor to pull us out in the middle of a driving rainstorm. The Blessi cabin is actually one large room with a separate bathroom. There are a minimum of dishes in the kitchen, but everything is in perfect condition and as clean as can be. It was probably the most comfortable bed we slept in in Iceland. We would be happy to stay there again.

We loved staying here! Such an amazing location with all the beautiful horses, very modern and clean cabins, also very close to many waterfalls and hiking locations! Would absolutely stay here again, highly recommend!

Spacious and clean cabin. Very modern but cute. Felt safe and loved watching the horses out back. Wish to return someday with better weather. Loved everything about my visit.

Unbelievable experience and a must see. Truly sleeping among horses on the most peaceful, picturesque property. Only about 15 minutes to a town with several dining options and a grocery store. We got to pet the horses and take a beautiful evening walk alongside their pasture. The cabins themselves are gorgeous and very luxurious- the bedding was amazingly comfortable. I wish we had more than one night! A once in a lifetime experience.
