The room was top floor in the corner but was very loud both nights we were booked in for. Neighbour's were very loud and told staff and nothing was done. We had stained sheets and frayed towels with dust on lamps and lip marks on glassware that we rewashed before use. Grease on induction burner and a comment card left under the sheet for when we got into bed from over a month before our stay.previous room occupants logins were all still logged into streaming services.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful property, but our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a theft. We enjoyed many things about Cannery Lofts. The property is beautiful, the location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, on our final night, a jacket was stolen from our locked vehicle while parked on the property. We immediately reported it to the front desk and Niagara Falls Police Service. We were never warned at check-in about security concerns involving the parking area or told that the property would not accept responsibility for belongings stolen from vehicles. Hotels.com described the parking as well-lit, so we had no reason to expect this. We contacted Cannery hoping to reach a reasonable resolution, but our request was denied and our follow-up was not answered. Hotels.com was contacted and, while they weren't responsible for the theft, they did take a step to assist us, which we appreciated. We are not accusing staff of involvement. We simply want future guests to be aware and take precautions. We were told afterward that the surrounding area is considered very seedy. Had we known beforehand, we would have made a different choice about where to stay.

The room was clean, however when you use the shower it gets the bathroom floor wet. There was also mold in the corner of the shower. The WiFi was horribly show even with an access point in our room. The worse part over all was how loud the other guests were and you could hear every little thing.
