Kind staff, great breakfast w/view, lovely rooms!

Hotel a conduzione familiare a pochi passi dal mare, dalla fermata degli autobus (molto efficienti sull’Isola) e da due centri termali molto rinomati (per i quali la struttura fornisce sconti). Accolti da un ragazzo molto cordiale che ci ha illustrato la zona e la struttura (priva di ascensore), accompagnandoci fino in camera. La camera che avevamo scelto con vista mare si presenta luminosa e ampia, con arredi non nuovissimi e con bagno finestrato. La vera chicca della camera è l’ampio terrazzo privato, cui si accede con una porta finestra che rende la stanza luminosa. Il terrazzo infatti è dotato di un tavolino con due sedie e due lettini con una vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Ischia Porto e parzialmente su Casamicciola. La struttura è dotata di una splendida piscina con vasca idromassaggio e lettini con ombrelloni a disposizione dei clienti, e di cui abbiamo potuto usufruire gratuitamente anche dopo il check-out. Bar aperto fino a tardi e colazione a buffet (ampio ma non ampissimo) con vista mare. È inoltre possibile il servizio gratuito di deposito bagagli. Consigliatissimo

We were a no-show, but not for not trying to cancel over a month before the sceduled date. And I was justifiably angry that if I cancelled, I would get zero refund. So we left it unclaimed. We had discovered that I had made two senior mistakes one after another within minutes of booking. First mistake was wrong date. The second mistake was not realizing this hotel is on an island. I had not expanded its map. Even Airbnb staff were unsuccessful in getting a refund. Would they treat their grandparents this badly? Disgusting!

Tres bon accueil. Hotel propre. Grande chambre avec terrasse et vue sur la grande bleue. Bon petit petit déjeuner. Merci pour tout Nathalie

Owners were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast option was a wise choice. Our room had a fabulous large balcony with a view of the ocean. Warm pool and hottub were very welcome and hotel was steps away from the bus stop. Great end to our busy visit to Italy.
