Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und nett. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ok, eigentlich kann man nichts wirklich negatives sagen. Sie ist gut beschrieben, die Fotos zeigen die Unterkunft von seiner besten Seite. Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend. Lediglich das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Für ein Zimmer mit Ventilator und Gemeinschaftsbad zahlt man 4 Sterne Preise.

Gefallen hat die überraschend schöne Aussen-Anlage und gut sortierte Küche. Leider ist die Unterkunft ohne Verpflegungsangebote und schwer zu finden.

Very disappointing. I would not stay here again or recommend it. Our experience at 4Ever Palace was far below our expectations. The biggest issue is the lack of transparency regarding the check-in policy. On Hotels.com, it states that if you are arriving after 11:00 p.m., you should contact the property. However, what they don’t make clear is that they simply do not accept check-ins after 9:00 p.m. This should be clearly stated before guests make a reservation. There is also a sign at the entrance advertising a 24-hour WhatsApp contact, but this is misleading, as assistance is not actually available as advertised. The photos are also quite deceptive. The property looks much better online than it does in reality. The rooms do not have air conditioning, which is a major drawback in a place as hot as Alcácer do Sal. Another important detail that is not made sufficiently clear is that this is much closer to a hostel than a hotel. The bathrooms are shared, the swimming pool is tiny, and the overall facilities are very basic. We paid considerably amount for one night for four people, which is completely unreasonable for what is offered. For the same price, we could have stayed at a much higher-quality hotel in the area. Another aspect that made us uncomfortable was the resident cat, which wandered freely throughout the property, including the shared kitchen, where it climbed onto the tables. This raises obvious hygiene concerns in a food preparation.
