unfortunately the room was not as big, clean or comfortable as i was expecting it to be. the room had a narrow entry/hallway leading to the bed which made me claustrophobic. the room itself was not very spacious. it was just big enough for the king bed, two nightstands and two chairs on either side of the bed, it felt cramped. the bathroom was not as clean as i expected, i could see a fingerprint from a previous person on the toilet handle and a streak next to it from the cleaners just missing it. there were small markings throughout the walls, the shower floor had dark stains, bed frame was dusty. water pressure in the shower wasn't strong. the bed was not as comfortable as other hotels, not as plush. same with the pillows, i would sink into them and they instantly flattened, it was like not having a pillow at all. plus the mattress would move out of position of the bedframe, there was no support to keep it in place and would move with little effort. the ac took a very long time to get to the temperature that we set the thermostat to. the room was consistently humid. Finally, all the signs in and out if the hotel advising us of the "risks we are assuming" if anything happened to our belongings/vehicle, suggested that theft was an occurrence and we were in an unsafe area which made it an uneasy stay. on a positive note, i appreciate all the light options in the room, the lobby was pretty, the gym was convenient and the free breakfast was a plus.

Amazing hotel and staff! If I HAD to complain it would could be just the $10 parking I feel like if you book a room you should be able to park for free, but other than that I would book again if in the area
